Stopped in to have a second line added to my iPhone for business by transitioning one of my physical SIM cards to an e-sim and Josh, the new manager for this location was beyond helpful. Professional, personable and made sure I had everything I needed and more. Can not express adequately how refreshing it was to have such a great customer experience.Beyond just my own experience, there was another man in the store that had lost his phone, didn’t know his pin code, and was at a total loss and the other associate helping him patiently worked to get a new phone up and running during a process that took a good amount of time. She was pleasant and understanding throughout the interaction. I was impressed to see the great customer service truly was top to bottom with employees at this location. If you are looking to switch to T-Mobile or need some support with your existing service, this is the store to go to.
Excellent customer service. Vladimier was on spot helped me save a ton of money while getting more for my money! The best sales rep that I’ve encountered in a very long time. For the past few months I’ve been trying to upgrade me and my wife’s phones but never got a thoughtful and patient rep willing to go over all my concerns. Vladimier did all that and more. It’s was like he understood what I needed and made it happen! And I can’t forget Josh man these two here were like Batman and Robin made me happy the spend so much money. Definitely will be going back to those two!
I really was pleased with the way I was acknowledged upon entering the store. Joshua helped me today and was able to get me a great deal. Daniel also ensured I was well taken care of. I would highly recommend this store.

Vladimier helped us and got us some great deals on the new iphones. As a long time t-mobile customer, I was not disappointed. He was very professional, and attentive. He didnt rush us either while transfering data. Overall, I was satisfied with the service.

I think it was about time I kicked my old sidekick and went to T-Mobile. The staff there is amazing and friendly. I was helped by Yesenia, who is Very knowledgeable and helped me picked out a plan that work for me. She even gave me some recommendations on types of phones and how to monitor my child use of phone. Definitely will be going back for any more concerns or questions.

Love love love their customer service. Switched over from sprint to tmobile and Yesenia made that transition very easy. Helped me pick the right plans and right phones. She definitely knows what she is doing. Sprint always gave me the run around.

We just switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and the process was seamless and Jorge and Yessi were super helpful with the process and made it so easy. So far T-mobile has proven to be exceptionally better with Customer Service and the quality of cellular service . Highly recommend!

Friendly employees but the service here is really slow. I always go in and end up waiting over 20 minutes in line but end up walking out because I’m not being helped. It would be nice if they employed more than 2 people at a time.

Went to T-Mobile today to buy a new cell phone customer service rep was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product and I get rated 5 stars
Scammed me $1440, stole 2 iPhone 6s and many hours wasted. The representative told me that there is promotion going on with iPhone. Buy one and get one free when I turn in qualifying iPhone. I decided to buy two iPhone 8s and get two more iPhone 8s for free by turning in two of my old iPhone 6s. Month later I get a bill and I was charged for 4 iPhones. Called T-Mobile directly but they wont correct the issue because according to them, that offer wasnt being offered. I called the T-Mobile dealer and spoke with manager in which she informed me that she will turn in the issue to her district manager. Of course, I never get call back from her and when I did, I get non-sense excuses. I was cooperative and patient but this went on for two months now. When I finally got angry with her, she told me that a customer is waiting and put me on hold. And of course, she never came back to speak to me. T-Mobile is acting irresponsibly by pushing off the mistakes of their dealers to their customer and this T-Mobile dealer is scamming their customers. FCC is currently closed because of government shutdown. Ill be filing complaint with FCC as soon as they are open.
I went to the Elmhurst store on York & rt 83 and Alexis & Joshua were the best customer service guys I have delt with and gave us some many options. Would always deal with these guys.
Took an hour and a forty-five to jump from the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge to the IPHONE 8 plus and still missing my instructions and my sim door key also I would of paid $80 if I did Jump online and the transfer of my pics and my Contacts was done horribly and IAm missing half of my information instead it did cost me $145 and do to the people working at this Tmobile I over paid on my monthly bill as well it was a mess that cost me for a phone they had been left in store so i get stuck with paying for a monthly service fee for a phone that is in there possession it was $55 more do to that in store Tmobile didnt do there job right. And report that I turned in my My S7 edge there was a pain and would likely never return there

Bad experience made me cancel and go back to Verizon. While upgrading our phones the reion manager Nick. Continued to push me to start a fourth line saying its free. I told him we have no need for a fourth line. Nick said that a nice African American family lime ours must have someone who needs a phone. The man also smelled of marijuana. TMobiles hiring practices must allow for racist and no drug screening.
