Cleveland is great! Usually when I go into a Verizon I am there for hours. I was in and out in less than an hour. Friendly service and clean. I had to wait a minute to go in because they were at capacity. Im fine with this because it means they are taking precautions and cleaning in between customers.

I love the staff here. It looks like they know what they are doing not like the employees in Berwyn. So recently i had gone to this location bcus the one in Berwyn located on Cermak n Harlem had sent me to this location bcus apparently they didnt know how to do their jobs. I had received my new iPhone Pro 12 Max from Apple but for some reason it wouldnt activate. I had gone to the one in Berwyn n they had said that apple dosent send iPhones with 5g sim cards n that they didnt have any 5g sim cards themselves n therefore sending me to this location. Well i got here n it was as easy as 123. They have a better atmosphere and exactly knew what they were doing. Turns out i never needed a 5g sim card since the new iPhones come with it already. The gentleman just activated for me n even apologized that the other store which is 10 miles away sent me here when there was no need. I definitely recommend this place!!!

I long time customer my sales rep Mr. Cleveland Carr is the best, this Elmhurst location is his new home and it is great the energy is way on these the products are changing for the best. Suggestions please think about incorporating stock options for your customers that have been with you for years and years. Im one of your faithful customer. Has been coming to this location now for like 6 years. Every time the layout is changed. But they always have great service give you a front answer the best way to take care of your phone service needs. Of course I can go online and just order phone if ship it to my house. But they was able to do it from the store give me the online price and the sales rep was still able to get out his commission off the sale. Which is great in this environment of online and Retail that is constantly changing rapidly. I will always hope I can support the store at the store level instead of going online.

I generally loathe cell phone stores. I feel like thats a pretty standard opinion. This is one of the no so bad ones. Theyre obviously going to try to sell you things, but they generally remain helpful even if you decide that you arent going to buy something.

Worst store I have ever visited. Lady didnt know how to work her tablet, had to give her my number multiple times. On top of that when I asked about a certain product she didnt even know what I was talking about and said they were out. Some other employee knew what I was talking about and found the product. Experience was so bad I left and went to another store. If I could give no stars I would.

We had recently changed our call plan to save some money our monthly bill and the people were very helpful, but the Personal Hotspot feature on my IPhone was accidentally deactivated with the new plan. I called the store and I spoke with the store manager, Howard to explain the mix up and within minutes he was able get the Hotspot feature back up and running. Thanks for resolving the issue so quickly.

Worst store and employees i have come across in along time. The manager was nothing more than incompetent and recited lines like she was reading from a handbook. Salesperson sold me a wall charger for my phone, which was brought in for charging issues and battery drain. Unfortunetly i was out of warranty from Verizon and the phone manufacturer. We did conclude my old charger was faulty which i decided to purchase a new one just in case it was that simple of a fix. Other than trying to sell me a $200 upgrade the salesperson was useless on helping me fix my issue. The charger she sold me ended being a new data USB cable instead. No apology or acknowledgment that the wrong item was sold to me. Gave me my money in return, smiled and said have a nice day and walked away from the counter. Not even an offer to sell me the correct charger that i originally asked for. Thank you Verizon! You just lost a customer since 2001.

When I arrived the manager took my info for a wait list and said it would be at least an hour wait. (Who waits an hour these days for customer service?) My fiancé an I went next door for a quick dinner after the manager told us we were in the wait list. After 40 min we went back in and a different employee informed us we werent in the list at all and would have to start the wait over. Im sorry but how is the manager of a store that incompetent that she either never put us on the list or just skipped over us without contacting us- She had my cellphone number an knew we were next door! Horrible customer service and I really am reevaluating staying with Verizon all together!

My hands are tied on getting a new phone. They are under construction. None of their stations are plugged in to look at the phones. When I asked he pointed at the floor and said there is no outlet so he couldnt. I suggested an extension cord. He shrugged. Ok guess Ill take me business elsewhere.

Went to store to avoid confusion and mistakes. Wanted a plan that provided WiFi Hotspot. Uninformed agent sold me a plan that cannot have hotspot. Spent hours trying to resolve the issue, but no refund offered. They did try to replace the lies with extortion offering me a credit if I purchased a more expensive plan. They are good at saying they are sorry, but not good at honesty or service. Let the buyer beware.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Went in to ask about charges to my bill and was told that autopay did not include credit cards only debit or bank withdraw, never told this when I signed up. Told the representative to cancel my account but they cant cancel accounts in the store! The manager Megan was very unprofessional and rude, told me to leave the store because she did not want the people signing up for service to hear my complaints .

HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This is the second Galaxy S4 we have had problems with in the last 6 months. Had to go through hoops & loops to get that one replaced for battery issues, dropped calls, and over heating. My husbands phone is now having the same issues. The Shaumburg store was not helpful until the 3rd visit the first time around and just changed the Sim for the 2nd phone, promised a call back and it never happened. The manager Adan at the Elmhurst store was not helpful at all in addition to being rude and arrogant, you should never tell a customer that theres nothing you can do to help. Sent us to Best Buy and refused to give us contact info for senior leadership. Reached out to Office of the President and after almost 5 hours still no resolution has been reached. It can not be that difficult to replace a phone that literally burns your leg when in your pocket, especially when one is paying for insurance every month, no late payments, and never ask for more than a working phone. Store Customer service has been absolutely terrible, way to discourage a loyal customer and tell them that you cant help them. Will be switching carriers if issue is not resolved ASAP!!! AT&T HERE WE COME!!!

Terrible service! Went into the store in the midst of a rainstorm, and walked in to ... nothing! No greeting, no acknowledgement, no eye contact ... absolutely nothing! There were about 4 to 5 associates each helping someone, but unlike any other store nobody even acknowledged my presence. There was one more person also standing near the door, and so stood and waited literally for about 15 minutes. My son got antsy and started walking around the store to look at the various phones and tablets, and one of the iPad security theft cords was faulty and sounded an alarm when my son touched the device. Thinking at least this will get someones attention, I gravitated over there .. and literally the associate walked over, disarmed the device, and walked back - again no greeting, no smile. I finally asked the associate if there was a manager in the store, and her response was hes over there, and she walked back to the customer she was serving. Finally just left the store - it was still raining, but definitely felt warmer outside then in the store. Was so upset that I called Customer Service, and thankfully the gentleman who took the call understood what happened and took my complaint and filed it to Corporate. Still amazed how a store can be this rude and inconsiderate .. yes, you guys are the largest wireless carrier and dont need to take much effort to get people, but the AT&T store in the same town was twice as busy and their manager took the time to smile, apologize for the wait, and ask if we were OK.
