Purchased a car here in 2016. Had some warranty work that needed done. called multiple times and left messages . Service dept never returned my call but I have gotten many unsolicited calls and emails trying to sell me a new car.

Have gone three different times to get my oil changed. One time I set up an appointment and the other two I just dropped in. Each time I was an estimated an hour to complete the service. Each time I was presently surprised with them completing the service around 30 mins. I have gone during the week and once during the weekend. The gentleman that checked me in was extremely professional and friendly.I personally would recommend if possible to set up an appointment and was told that by the staff to make it easier on the customer.I also liked that they followed up a few days later to check if I was happy with the service.Would recommend this location.

Continues to be a terrible experience everytime we visit here. Quoted an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Then they tell me I need an alignment as well. After 2 hours I go out to see what is taking so long. They inform me the alignment added an hour. So one, tell me this when we add it so I can adjust my expectations and schedule. And over two hours for an oil change, rotation and alignment seems obnoxious when I have an appointment.

Tried hondas on line but to schedule appointment. Never got a response from service team. Came in and waited 1.5 hours for recall to be fixed.
