I’ve done business with Arvin Auto Service about 3 times now. The first being a couple months ago because I needed an oil change and didn’t want to take my car to one of the chains since I was ripped off terribly last time. I know nothing about cars or repairs, so I asked a friend where I could go to get good care and honest service. He recommended Arvin Auto and I was very pleased with the service. I have since had to return because my car wasn’t starting and needed a starter replaced, and they fixed my car up good as new and were very nice and patient with my lack of car knowledge. I for sure won’t be doing to Jiffy Lube EVER again. It pays to go somewhere that cares.Tl;dr - great service, exceptional, timely car work. Would recommend!

They are honest, they know how to treat customer I wish everybody can go to this place to fix his car, they make you happy and you feel comfortable.

Absolutely would go back. They saved me about half the cost of what others wanted to charge because they only replaced what was absolutely needed. They also waived an initial diagnostic fee without me even bringing it up because they felt it right to do so.

Arvin and crew are the best mechanics I have ever encountered! Seriously!! Honest, always cheaper (yes I have found this out - the hard way- a couple times). I now will ONLY deal with Arvin. They are my GO-TO guys. I feel comfortable and confident with this! Quality, fair and fast!

Very friendly employees. Dont try to sell you on stuff you dont need. Prices are as good if not cheaper then most other shops. Quality of work is very good! Call ahead for appointments as they are busy most days.

I have used Arvins since I moved to Ellisville almost 15 years ago. Our vehicles are 10-20 years old and they have kept them running with no issues. They have never pushed me to do something that was not necessary and been honest about recommending service that is in my best interest. I trust them completely.

I am a first time customer so I went over and met the owner and the mechanics and all were very professional and the work they did was great. They explained the why and how they would take care of my issues.Since things wear out and break at 181k miles on my truck that I tow a 5th wheel with I understood and was ready for needing additional work. They were concerned about the long term performance of the parts so they chose upgraded parts which I appreciated instead of just using standard parts which is what the last place did and why I am here having my brakes done again.So yes i spent more on the total job but since everyone is priced about the same and they go by what the book says it will take time wise to fix at least here I felt like they had my best interest in mind when making recommendations.
