Exceptionally slow as usual. Have to explain things over and over and over. It’s like they don’t understand UPS shipping. All of that is 3 star however. Why 1 star. Well because I asked the staff person to close the package in front of me. I clearly had labeled the inner package with the UPS provided security label for high value items. She ignored. When I asked to see her close the package and label it she said “this isn’t something illegal is it” within ear shot of at least 5 other customers. What an embarrassment and terrible service. No it isn’t illegal. We were trying to be discrete about shipping high value items, properly insured. Just checked tracking and it didn’t even leave their store today despite being dropped before 2PM. Now we are concerned. Just unacceptable.

If I could give 0 stars I would I’m a personal shopper. I return products to ups stores all over Howard Co, Baltimore Co, Harford Co.My printer broke so I needed a Amazon return label printed. I asked the lady behind the counter for the email address so I could send the label. I was directed to a business card. I emailed the label and she charged me $3.30 for one copy. When I questioned the price, she said. It’s on the wall behind you. It’s computer time. I had to use the computer. So to check your email and hit print you charge $3,00 for less then a minute plus .30 cents for the copy. She said. You could have printed it yourself. My response, if I could have printed it myself I would have done it at home. She points to the copy machine in a corner and said you could do it there. That was never mentioned as s option. I’ve had labels printed there before by the young man test works there. It was under .50 cents if he even charged me. $3.00 won’t break me, but it’s the principle and her attitude. I won’t be returning to this store. There’s lots of other ups stores in the are.

Not sure why on earth they would staff only one employee on Saturday. It’s the busiest day. I’ve been waiting in line for 15 minutes with 3 people still in front of me. UPS staff better…

Shipped out an expensive package from here and ended up getting lost in transit, thanks! should have went to the Columbia location more professional

For the unsuccessful print also they charged $3 for computer rental as I am unable to open word document from USB because there is no MS word software on their computer.. We can open only pdf documents. Avoid their computer for MS Word document printing.

Convenient location--just slip in the back and avoid the busier main street area. Friendly staff and service is usually pretty quick. Really appreciate their Amazon returns service; very fast and simple.

When I visited this location around 6pm, there was only one person working while the line was forming all the way out in front of the store. Go elsewhere if you are in a hurry as you could potentially wait 30 minutes during busy hours just to drop off return package for Amazon.

Brought two packages into The UPS Store to be shipped to two different addresses. They switched the shipping labels and sent them to the wrong addresses. This alone wouldn’t be enough to warrant a 2-star review (people make mistakes), but then when I reached out to them to get it resolved, they expected all of the work to be done by the people they shipped the packages to, as opposed to taking care of it themselves. It took three weeks of me playing the middleman to finally get the packages to the correct addresses, when it could have realistically taken less than one week. I have extensive experience in retail and customer service, and because of that I generally have a lot of patience when I’m on the consumer end of an issue, but this was objectively handled poorly. I will not be back to this UPS Store.

Update May 2021: the staff is all about their business and not customer service. If you do not have everything you need to ship it will cost you. They do NOT print UPS labels for free, even if you have a label on your mobile device. Walgreens and CVS do that for free so I’ll be headed there now.Small UPS store with a decent staff. I’ll never understand why I can’t get packages sent here so I can pick them up. FedEx lets me do that!

Any other ups store they print the copies out for you and charge per copy. Here they make you print them out and charge an extra $3 to use their computer, which was dirty. Definitely never coming to this place again. Id give it 0 stars if I could.

The very friendly employee charged me $3.22 to print ONE sheet of paper. She didnt tell me the price until it was too late. I think the library charges $0.10 or $0.20 per page.
