This is the worst place you can ever go to in America. Worst service and worst manager. I’ve never had woest experience than this place they are robbers who take your money and then make excuses refunding and will never refund. God is watching them they took my money and didn’t do any thing for me the patient. Rude people.

Have to wait for 30 min out to just Oder a glass and no body comes to take care. Have to return sad

Called the office and Juanita put me hold until the office closed and never returned to the call. The Dr. is great, her staff is trash!

When switching insurance providers, my husband forgot to sign us up for vision insurance, so we needed to find a place that was inexpensive since we now had to pay out-of-pocket for ourselves and three near-sighted children. I called around to inquire about the cost of appointments and found that Walmart optical was one of the most affordable ones. I found the doctor there to be very friendly and pleasant, and very professional. Everything about the exam was very similar to the optometry practice I had gone to under my insurance plan. I was very impressed and highly recommend this practice.

Went there the first time to spend my FSA money before it expired. The exam and service were so good that Ive been going for 15 years now, and my wife and kids go too. The doctor and all of the staff are great.

Dr Blandina is very passionate about examine eyes and does the best job in making sure your sight stays intact! Should be voted the best optometrist in the area! She loves her patients and it shows!

This place is a mess. We arrived before our appointment and still had to wait for over an hour. The doctor is pretentious and irritating. Having folks wait more than 30 mins in the exam room before the doctor does her thing is offensive. I will definitely not be back for an eye exam.

SOUND A LITTLE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE BUT THE STAFF IS ALWAYS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND DOCTOR BLANDINA REALLY PROFESSIONAL. WE HAVE BEEN MORE THAN 5 TIMES, ALWAYS AN EASY EXPERIENCE.

Wasnt happy with the experience at all! I waited one hour before eye specialist saw me, even though I had an appointment. she had lots of patients and was going back and forth between the room. in the middle of the exam she left and i waited for another 30 mins. the worst part... she couldnt get me a fit for the contacts!! she tried 5 different contact lenses on me and after i was there for 2.5 hours I got irritated and told her the last pair worked so I could leave!! cheaper than other places but not worth it!!! i have to go to some decent place to get my eye exam done again!!

Dr Blandiana is excellent. She gave us explanations of what she was doing and about her findings and patiently answered all our questions. Her vision check is very detailed and she’s going the extra mile for making sure the exam in thorough.The reason for my bad review is her assistant who was late and didn’t take the time to run the insurance before. That put us on a half an hour delay (while the dr was waiting too) and when I asked if I can step into the store to grab few items she gave me a lecture about leaving two minor kids unsupervised - a 14 year old and a 3 weeks shy of 18 year old. 🙄I considered that rude and disrespectful. She could’ve simply said “No” with no offense.

I’m not happy here really rode and bad personality !!! and I am waiting so long !!! NEVER EVER come back here again — Please before u come here thinking about it 100 times !!! 🤔🤔 Thanks
