Dr. Rizwana did a great job communicating expectations throughout the appointment so I knew exactly what was happening and knew what was coming next. She took the time to explain the differences between different brands and why I may want to consider options that worked better with my habits. The appointment was very efficient and she made sure I knew when to come back in for a final follow-up to get me situated for a yearly contact renewal.
Just got my sunglasses repaired there. Replaced screw that was needed in minutes at no cost. Great customer service!!

I had a wonderful experience ordering prescription sunglasses here. Kelly was absolutely wonderful, efficient, and helpful. I was here with my two year old daughter, and Kelly even offered some toys for my daughter to keep her occupied as I purchased my glasses - customer service is excellent. The store itself is clean with great COVID precautions in place.
My appointment was at 12 pm. I arrived about 11:55 am. I was greeted by the representative who was there. The doctor did not come until 12:30 and when she came she took someone who came after me. She said we had the same appointment time and his visit would not take that long. I told her I did not think that was right I had been waiting long than him. The representative who helped me throughout the process was friendly.
Kelly Kelly is amazing. She is always working with so many guest and manages to help us quickly and efficiently. When she isn’t swamped with people she gives great attention t detail. She deserves the highest praise.
Went there to get an update on my prescription and ended up also getting contacts. Kelley helped me by walking me through how to put them in and take them out. I was able to get them in right away, but had some difficulty getting them out. She was super patient and so helpful! She cracked jokes to help me take the pressure off. She made this a really fun experience. She also talked about her own experience with contacts, which was very helpful! Kelley is the best!
I never expected to have such a great optical customer service experience! I was little late for my appointment, having to get a small child ready. Kelley was so nice. She never made me feel bad about being late. So gracious. I appreciated it. Dr. Pham was so warm, friendly and knowledgeable. She was great with my daughter, who became too afraid to complete her own exam.On my follow up visit to pick up my trial lens, Kelley was amazing...again! Being a new contact lens wearer, I didn’t have any solution. Kelley gave me a few solutions to test out and even a eyeglass case. Kelley and Dr. Pham are the reasons that I am now committed to this location! I’m already referring family and friends. Thank you for the genuinely friendly and professional service!

Customer service is horrible. Person at the front desk is so bitter, She made me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. No smile at all, no friendliness at all. She looked extremely annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself. So much attitude.Also my appointment was at 2 and I walked out at 2:45 never actually saw the doctor. Will never come back here. I’ve been to so many eye places and never experienced that before. Wanna go home and take a shower.
Horrible customer service. I was just told to pay an amount without me letting me choose the type of lens I want. She decided to choose the lens for me adding unnecessary costly additions. The front desk person just told me- ma’am, this how much you should pay. Tone and demeanor very bad. No decorum whatsoever. I was delayed more than 30mins before being attended to and no apologies given. I was running late on another appointment and didn’t want to argue to add to my time constraints, so I just held my tongue. I had being there my glasses in the past but today’s experience was horrible. My kids who were present, were disgusted. They asked me immediately we left the shop- why was that woman so mean ?Well, I never want my kids or myself to experience such hostile and rude behavior . I will never ever go back to that shop for optical care. Good Ophtalmologist, horrible front desk and customer service.
The young girl Kelly is very polite - however this place is messy and dirty where you sit to get your glaucoma test, etc. If Kellys not there you will get a very rude young lady and no help!!!!
Worst service ever. I ordered my glasses there. But they only delivered the lenses, so I have to call them the worker said the manager did the order, seriously?? A manger made that kind low level mistake? She promised me the manager would call me when she was at work, but she never did call me, I had to call them back again, I needed my glasses, but they delayed so much already. But the manager answered the phone said busy can I call you back? Amazing work! At 2pm, haven’t called me back. Not as promised would solve the problems immediately in the morning. I wouldn’t go there for my glasses ever again. Not responsive not responsible worst manager ever! Silver spring manager is the best I have seen in the store.
Dr. Iqbal and Kelly were great. The eye exam was quick.
The manager had a facemask on with her nose hanging out. They didnt acknowledge us even though we stood there for 15 minutes. Just totally ignored us. Finally I had to ask how long the wait was going to be. The kids glasses were all clearly dirty and not sanitized after people try them on.
It seemed like a series of misfortune after going to target opticals. First, they ordered glasses with wrong lens for my husband. When he told them he could not see they said it takes time for the eyes to adjust. After about 6 months he went back as he could not see at all with those glasses. That is when they ordered the wrong glasses by mistake. This mistake of target opticals costed us dearly as we had 3 more glasses made with that same number they provided.So finally they ordered one pair with the correct lens and sent us a text to have it picked up. When we went to pick up they said it was not ready and stated they must have sent the text by mistake. Something does not seem to be working right in that store if they are making so many mistakes. When we pointed it to the manager she brushed it off by saying mistakes do happen. I get that mistake happen but how about making up for your mistakes and not make them again? How about the customers loss of time and money. How about the months of struggling to see with the wrong glasses and the frustration that comes with it?
This optical shop has a great selection. I have bought glasses there for both me and my daughter. Also, the optician that works there is AMAZINGLY helpful and extremely pleasant. I will never shop anywhere else!
Highly recommend going to Target Optical for your glasses needs. Went there today (Sunday) with my family. Crissa was really helpful and very knowledgeable. I havent visited on other days but I am sure it will be great, Target is always a great experience.
Service is so slow there is no customer service whatsoever Goto Walmart instead, better service. She never get up from her rolling chair, so lazy and nice to White customer but say anythingto me for long wait.. Just not the place to be. Shame on you target.
Would recommend Dr. Iqbal and her team. They were thorough and patient. I was having eye strain for a few years and had been seeing other optometrists, but after her team adjusted my glasses and contacts, I havent had any issues.
Wasnt given all payment terms for the eye exam. Limited brands, mostly all over 100. Would have given better rate if their customer service was better.
The doctors are great and have a good demeanor with children . But the checking in process and check out for glasses purchases are slow and frustrating.
My appointment was at 12pm but it’s 12:33 and Doctor still hasn’t show up!!!!!!!!!Just came home w/o seeing dr and it’s now 12:53! Didn’t feel like kept waiting when i heard one of the employee was on the phone w/ dr saying that he/she was on the way when it was 12:42!!!Wasted my time doing nothing!!!
Had a great experience Saturday morning with Dr. Saman Bhatti.She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He kindness is a notable “plus”.I would definitely continue visiting this location.
This location has horrible customer service. The manager is lazy and will tell you anything to get you out the door, no sincerity.I’ve had glasses from lens crafters and Walmart and neither lenses seem to scratch as easily as these do.This is the first review I have ever wrote...the poor customer service irritates me after I spent 400 dollars on a pair of glasses... I would recommend steering clear of this place.
Anemic and uninspired (boring) selection. Go here if you have no sense of fashion.
