Everybody was very helpful, especially Tori, who went out of her way to fix my glasses. Super service. This is not the first time that I received excellent service.

What a nice place to get your eyes checked. Both my husband and myself needed glasses. The staff was very professional and easy to work with. I needed to have my glasses adjusted and they were happy to make the adjustments needed at a no cost. Exceeded my families expectations.Will gladly return for our annual check up.

I booked appointments for my children at the location in Ellicott City because they had the earliest Available appointment for my children to be seen. I get a call a few minutes ago telling me that the office in Ellicott City doesn’t see children under 8 because they are too young. I explain to the guy that my son will be 8 in two months and that it was suggested by his school to see an eye doctor. My son has been wearing glasses for the last two years prescribed by the eye doctor in Laurel which is another location of there’s. He then says well our doctor here doesn’t see anyone under the age of 8! Well which doctor because there is more than one so give me the one that will! Unfortunately that can’t be done!! REALLY! So my son can go to all the other my eye doctors and be seen but this one can’t! So I cancelled all my children appointments and I’m done with my eye doctor in general! Absolutely ridiculous! I could’ve rebooked somewhere else now I will have to wait another two or three weeeks before my children can get glasses but still have to attend school! One less customer and I’ve spent a lot of money there but the unprofessionalism is beyond me and visions works or American best here I come ! I will NEVER return and they should practice more professional communication!

This was one of the best locations I have ever been too and was a great experience because of my encounter with Tori. She was very helpful and I will be going back here for all my visits 🤓 !!!!

I will never return to this eye doctor. The whole staff is very unwelcoming. from the moment you speak to somebody you feel very unpleasant. I asked one lady for a contact solution she had a blank stare for two seconds and then said she will see what she has she came back and gave me a half empty contact solution that had already been opened with stains it. I would not recommend this facility to anybody.

Do not go to this location. The manager is a jerk. I arrived at 12:31. He said they have a strict 10 minute tardy policy. Where is it written? He called about my insurance the day before and never mentioned the policy. Stay away!!!! Rude and arrogant!

The manager there (Tori) was so helpful as well as the rest of the staff.I got a great deal on my new glasses and sun glasses.Im a very happy customer.

I took my daughter here since our eye dr closed his practice. This is her first pair of real glasses and tho they are far more expensive than Id prefer, her exam was great and all the staff were super friendly. It was a pleasant visit. So pleasant in fact, I cancelled my appt with a different eye place and made my appt here also! I have read the bad reviews and will keep my guard up...but seriously the one guys looks like he writes complaints for a living!!

I had an appointment yesterday at the Ellicott City location, and needed to share what a great experience I had. The entire staff was fantastic! They were so friendly and welcoming. A huge shout out to Corissa, Josh, Mercedes and Dr. Stephens! Thank you all for your help! I will be returning!

Extreme tardy and very low efficiency! In the beginning the manager told me the refund will be sent to my credit card, I didn’t receive after a week, then called him again, he told me they’ll mail refund check to me. I called them every week and after two month I still not get the refund check! Too bad!

Stay away from this place, overpriced and rude. Had to have 3 different apps to get my prescription correct and even then I had to make an appointment at a different location. Just trust me....stay away

This has by far been the friendliest, and best establishment we have dealt with for getting glasses and that says something right there. My son has been wearing them for almost 10 years as well as my wife for longer. And I just had to start wearing them. Some places just try to get you in and out as quick as possible. But the crew here is very genuine and you can tell they care. I was INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED with one of the times I called they even recognized my voice and said hi Mr. Greenfield. Top notch!!!!

There are good reasons why this place rating is 3.3. I wouldnt waste time on this place if you dont want to over pay and get poor quality.

Very happy with the exam process (quick and effective) and glasses (price and quality). The tinting works particularly well and my cheap eye insurance paid for the exam and much of the glasses. My guess is the eventual cost was similar to the bargain places and i really liked the convenience and glasses. They said it could take up to 2 weeks but I think it was a week or less (it has been a while). I would recommend them if they work with your insurance and just did with my wife. That is what reminded me to leave a review after looking them up on Googlemaps to get the phone number.

I will give minus star if I could. This store is such a rip-off. I went there for eye exam only with insurance. First, they tried so hard to sell me glasses. When they realized I wasnt going to buy a pair, they couldnt care less about customer service. They reluctantly provided me with my prescriptions which I later realized had incorrect information. I had to come in again to get my corrected prescription. I took the prescriptions to Costco and bought 2 pairs of complete glasses for my kids and 4 boxes contacts for me for zero dollars!! Last year, I had to pay close to $100 for my kids glasses at this store, and that was AFTER same insurance coverage. Of by the way, I bought my girl a pair too for some ridiculous price. The nose pads came off. I went back to the store to fix them.. only to be told that these were special style nose pads and they cant fix them...what a service. As a comparison, you get a lifetime service at Costco with no questions asked. I really really really hate this store. I spent so much money there for myself, my wife, and my 2 kids. I am NEVER going back to this place EVER again!!!

The front desk gentleman representative was angry when I returned the call because I did not answer the phone call right away. He seemed very irritated that he did not have any of my information on the appointment. I do not recommend this place.

I do not Recommend it..First they rescheduled my two family appointments. And the canceled my 4 years son appointment at the last moment saying the do not do test for knowds under 6..Second, At tbe day of the test the encourage me to do an additional test and pay additional $27. After I agreed and done the test, there is no explination or report for the result, just the paying part and general explinarion that every thing is OK..The doctor did good explination for me for the regular test.. But has not explained anything for my husband..

The dr was great however the receptionists are not clear. I walked in for an eye exam and they only did a glasses exam and not contacts. So now I have to go elsewhere to get fitted for both. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Went in for a quick look around. Ended up getting a complete pair of eyeglasses. Christy was both helpful and friendly. Will return!!!!

Ricky was very forthcoming in assisting me about information related to the eye wear and the suitable configurations for my prescription.

The service was terrible; I never received my order! Several of the staff were rude when I asked questions..

A gentleman at the front desk is not polite to the customer. He just tries to argue and give any excuses when customer is not happy (appointment was cancelled without any effective notice and automatic reminders of the appointment were kept being sent).

Satisfactory but not outstanding service.
