Sherwin-Williams, you have the best paint and the best employees. Your paint chips are in the perfect location with great light to choose a color. You have everything I might need for my project and your employees are friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help.

I have done business with a couple of Sherwin Williams stores. This store has very poor customer support - per helping with color choices. Everyone is busy mixing paint and filling orders - which is where they shine with customer service...I will say that after talking with management about my issue they were able to help me out with the right color. Now its a race to get things painted (exterior) before the weather changes....

I brought them a sample and they were able to match the paint.

We dropped stain sample off 2 weeks ago to get matched. Checked on the sample a week later...... they were in the same spot we left it. We told them we had to have this done now.... called this morning a week later...... still not matched. 2 weeks, one sample + wood to test it on. Not happy

This store location has a great staff! They went above and beyond my expectations. I called got some paint and they gave me discount. I called to get more and they were out so the boss got some more from a Yakima store within 2 hours! Dan is the man!!
