Went in for a tension rod and a cut to fit ac filter. An employee greeted me right away and asked what I was looking for and I told him. He gave me the wrong isle number for the tension rod and told me they dont carry ac filters because they come men in too many different styles and sizes. I told him we were looking for a cut to fit filter and he said they didnt carry those either. However my husband was with me and he found one while I was looking down the wrong isle for a tension rod. Parking also is very hard to come by at this location, esp on Saturday with Saturday market.

I had specific questions about a plumbing job and they were able to give me a variety of options and connect me with all the right products including the ones they didnt offer but told me where I could get them. Thats true customer service.

Quick help from all parties to get you what you need - but some times too quick. Helpful if you get one of the older people that works there. Younger workers often dont know much about the tools or paint. They charged me for the wrong water heater one time, and didnt fully close the lid on some paint another time - both times because they seemed to be in such a hurry.

I am by no means a handy person and I walked into the store knowing nothing about what I was looking for. All I had with me were two dresser knobs and two different types of screws but the gentlemen working was very knowledgeable and with the few word I was able to use to describe what I was looking for he solved my problem. Amazing customer service he even made sure to help us based closing. Exactly the customer service I expected from such a great store 👍👍

Over the decades this hardware store has been a reliable source for all your hardware needs. The staff has been and continues to be the reason most folks feel so comfortable shopping here. Their prices, however, are in some cases quite high. Much of this I guess is due to the pricing mechanisms of the ACE hardware chain. Overall a good hometown hardware store that has what you need, when you need it.

The staff at Ace is top notch! They are always knowledgeable and ready to help. Other stores you have to wonder around forever trying to find what you are looking for, which they likely dont even carry. At Ace the minute you walk through the door you are greeted by someone willing to help you find exactly what you are need. The staff is quite knowledgeable about home improvement and can recommend products and stand behind them. Christine is our favorite as she always welcomes our dog with a yummy milk bone!

Very helpful staff, prices are competitive. Products can be shipped to your local store or delivered to home. Instead of mailing the discount coupons cant you just credit their account like paperless billing, paperless coupons? I forget the coupons at home then lose out because I purchased everything I wanted. Also senior discounts why dont you have such a thing, we might be old but we are not dead. Im remodeling 2 bathrooms this summer plus painting exterior of my modest trailer/mobile home. Lets see how high this goes up the ladder, not holding breath but advocating for the senior nation.

I once had this old sink/faucet combo which required all these minute parts and Norm helped me put the thing back together, I wouldve never figured it out. Hes an old pro and you just dont find hardware know-how like that in the big box stores.Its not a big store but it has everything except the lumber which you can get at Knudsens...and its better than driving 45 minutes to Yakima Home Depot.

Didnt find what we were looking for, but got new keys cut

Came in with some project materials that werent the right lengths for some screws, and Terrance and Kai were both very helpful and attentive, Kai even went through the effort to make sure my screws would thread after they were cut. Project is completed and I couldnt be happier!

Norm and his staff are top notch folks. Always helpful and, if not in stock, they will order any item you might need and within a day or two it is delivered. They are great about calling you to notify you the item has arrived and I honestly feel you can not get this kind of service at any Box Store no matter who it is.

My only gripe about woods (and its a tiny gripe) is that they dont have a good selection of metric fasteners. For everything else Ive ever needed (plumbing, woodwork, vent work, etc) theyve always had what i needed.
