They make a fabulous design team! The rest of the staff are equally skilled, helpful, and easy to work with. Premier is my go-to for my continuous home remodeling projects.

Bill and the team at Premier did a fantastic job for us. We did a comprehensive kitchen remodel and replaced flooring throughout our house. Bill was able to effectively work with subcontractors and used good judgment in terms of suggested solutions when dealing with the challenges of an older home.

Excellent work & customer communication. I hired Premier to replace all carpeting in our second home, as well as refinish some hardwood floors. All work completed on time and exceeded expectations for a reasonable cost. His hardwood floor specialist did magic to revive beat up rental damage. Highly recommended.

Over the years, weve purchased paint, flooring, counter tops, and window treatments at Premier Paint. Its staff listens to our plans and guides us to good choices at good prices. They take a personal interest in finding and installing the right materials for your project. Recently, we wanted to extend an existing flooring treatment into a new part of the house. The manufacturer had discontinued the original material. Premier Paint went to work and found enough of the right material in a warehouse halfway across the country. They did the same with countertop material a few years ago. Premier has access to experienced installers in our area. Its our first stop for residential finishes for our home

I can not tell you what a great staff this company has, the are awesome. Bill really knows his product and is a true professional. Renee the in house interior designer has an amazing eye and talent and communicates so very well with the customers.

I had a leak in a strange place in my bathroom that had an experienced plumber scratching his head. I called Premier as they had done my bedroom carpet and a couple who own an apartment building and knew the ‘repair and remodel’ ropes said Bill Hansen of Premier was someone on whom I could count.We’re they ever right! Bill took over the project of finding the leak, repairing it, and putting the bathroom back together. It involved working with a plumbing company and an electrician. Bill was on it! The problem was solved and my bathroom looks great. The price was way below my expectation!

I had met the owner of Premier Paint several years ago and was immediately impressed by his openness and honesty. When career changes brought me to the Ellensburg area I contacted Primier Paint for my home improvement needs. They are my go-to for all of my paint and flooring needs. They are thorough, professional and honest. I havent purchased any cabinets from them as yet but I have no doubt the experience would be the same. We had a very good experience with our kitchen backsplash install. Paid the in-home consult fee, and the decorator was fine, but It was kind of a waste of money because I had a picture of what I wanted and ended up going into the store and picking out everything myself, and it was definitely not the trendy subway tile look. They do have a nice selection of tile samples and are happy to order special - which they did in my case. The order came in much faster than I expected.I would give 5 stars to the installer, he was a perfectionist and did a fantastic job working around the brick in our island. Pricing was ok. Since they are about the only game in town for tile, you pay what you pay, but I like supporting a local business. Would definitely recommend.

We were referred by Town and Country Homes, who by the way is a fantastic builder, to meet with Renee in your showroom. My daughter and I were very impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. We ended up choosing all our cabinets, flooring, counter tops and paint colors for our new cabin in Cle Elum. The final product is amazing and Renee helped up along the way to assure everything was perfect. This is our 37th home project and one of the best. Thank you!

I did not have a very engaged customer experience while visiting the store. My wife and I are shopping for hardwood flooring, and have very little experience with installation - therefore we have many questions, and are seeking advice from the experts. I did not find any here.We were barely greeted as we entered the empty store - it was like we were bothering the person sitting behind the counter (perhaps woke him up from his mid-afternoon nap). We were walked over to a few selections of wood samples - and the man walked away again. After about 7 - 10 minutes of my wife looking at the samples and no one returning - we decided to leave. Prices were nearly 3x what you would find at Home Depot or Lowes - and there was not any estimated costs for installation.

Helpful, with a desire to find the right product for each of my customers...installers are the best and I am hard to please!!

General manager was rude and disrespectful, didn’t seem to be interested in my satisfaction or my first time experience at the store.

Not a good store for the individual but on a larger scope projects I observed is better suited. Went in and left with out purchase.

Ive been been going to Premier since 1998 (before it even changed to Premier). They have always had helpful knowledgeable staff and a good selection of products.

Premier does great work and has super service. we have used them many times and will do so again.
