Store rep. that was porting number put my messaging in to limbo so ATT can not go any farther... NOTE... Never have I ever had to pay a split payment... at any Cellular store... Take it out on the person not there personal effects.. I missed multiple calls from my lawyer....

The lady that was helping my son had a attitude and wasnt friendly at all. Also bought a phone and was not setup to the network and we had to do it ourselves.

Stopped by to get a tablet SIM after talking to US Cellular customer service to switch from AT&T but the only LTE service I received from the store in Ellensburg was LESS THAN EXPECTED.

My mom and I just got phones from Kendrick and nelvy! They were the nicest people and helped us out a lot! If you want the best service, buy a phone from them!

Darek was the most helpful patient and kind person to me today. If I had an extra 100.00 I would of given it to him. Somehow all my contacts were lost and he patiently was able to restore them.

Not enough help in this store & the one and only guy there had to run across the parking lot to break bills to.make change. He was awesome but the wait time to.pay on my phone bill was not. Best to just pay over the phone.

Ok .. we went into the Ellensburg store and we were met by Darek.. what an amazing salesman! He knew his stuff! And knew every detail and all the information we needed! This guy needs a raise! What an honest not pushy salesman! He got 2 thumbs up even from my hard to please husband!!

My dad and I have come in and received some if the worst customer service from other store reps trying to sell my Dad something he doesn’t need. Way to expensive, the people that work there do not quote the actually amout there going to charge you and when you ask why your being charged that they cant even explain why that is the price. Would not recommend us cellular.

Best cellular service for the Upper Kittitas County. I picked up a new phone the other day and was helped by Darek. He stayed almost an hour after closing to make sure everything was transferred to the new phone. Then when I came back a few days later to fix some issues, he again went out of his way contacting his boss multiple times to resove my issue. Glad he is there!

So incredibly disappointed with my experience. Was excited to receive a new phone with their promo. The gal helping us assured us my phone number would transfer so we decided to switch from a different carrier. When she put my number in she said it was unable to transfer and she didn’t know why. I reluctantly decided to change my number and went ahead with setting up an account and getting a new phone. When I left I decided to stop in to my old carrier to see if they had a hold on my number and we cleared some things up and they assured me my number was good to go. Went back to US Cellular and she typed my number in again and it still wouldn’t work. She just sat there and looked at me and said sorry still doesn’t work I don’t know why. So I called US Cellular’s customer service line and within 2 minutes I had an answer and was told it should have been explained to me in the store. Strike 1. I get home, still feeling uneasy about having a new number, and realize the new phone doesn’t have all my contacts on it. So I drive the 15 miles back in to town with my 6 month old baby in tow. I explain to her that I have contacts missing and she takes both my old phone and my new phone and messes with them for a while then tries to hook them to their machine but still no luck. Then the other gentlemen working tries to help her and mentions that my old phone only has 60 contacts on it. Ummm what!? It should have almost 200. You could see in her eyes that she was panicking. She wouldn’t allow him to help her whenever he offered advice. At this point I had been in the store for over 3 hours with my baby and now missing contacts on my orginal phone that she had no right to mess with in the first place. Strike 2. I finally said I want to return this phone and cancel this service. That obviously motivated her finally! So she got on the phone to Apple and wasted even more of my time trying to upload my contacts on my new phone instead of fixing my old phone that she should have never messed with in the first place. All while my poor baby is fussy because he’s had to wait all day for this incompetent woman to do nothing helpful at all. She finally got my contacts on the new phone and I wasn’t about to wait around for her to get them on my old phone so I wrote down how to do it and went home. When I got home and tried to get my contacts on my old phone they were still missing. Then I went to upload them from my gmail where I had backed them up in case this ever happened and guess what... they were all gone! All of our business emails and contacts deleted. Strike 3! I called my original carrier and they were able to help me get my contacts back on my old phone but no one was able to help retrieve all the missing email addresses and contacts in my gmail. When I spoke with US cellular customer service they were shocked that she had messed with my old phone and that she should have never done that and I should speak with the manager when I return my phone. When I went in to return my phone the gentleman that was there was wonderful and super understanding and informed me that the gal I dealt with was the manager. So I guess speaking to the manager won’t do any good when the manager is extremely incompetent. Overall an awful experience. A warning to anyone going in there don’t let them touch your old device unless you want the hassle of losing everything and spending your entire day there!

Darek at US Cellular in Ellensburg,WA is wonderful! I sure wish that US Cellular had a store in Wenatchee, but I have been a pleased customer since 1998, and choose to travel out of my way, for the great customer service from Darek Travis in Ellensburg,WA for my great phone service, help and answers!
