I’m a new client, but I will tell you that I believe in the reviews, and took my BMW here. This place is clean, has a nice cozy sitting/waiting area, and I only met one employee and he was very nice. Your best bet is to text them, and they will reply within 24-48 hours. They got me in and out, I believe in their work ethics and will continue to bring my BMW in for maintenance.

Believe the five-star reviews. BELIEVE THEM. When my new-to-me Mercedes convertibles top wouldnt budge, I saw dollar signs, and not in a good way. A quick Google search led me to BenzTech, and I couldnt be more amazed/pleased/tickled/other. I had to wait a week to get in to see them; I would have waited longer. It took two and a half weeks for them to get the car part in that I needed; I would have waited twice that long. I couldnt believe how affordable the repairs were. Andy and Josh were professional, courteous and gave me honest service with no upsells or surprise fees (lets be real, that would have totally happened if Id gone to the dealership). I read the reviews here that said people were driving three hours plus to get their car worked on at this place, and I was skeptical. Now Im a believer! As someone mentioned, your best bet is to text them – theres a reason its hard to get a hold of them; theyre incredibly busy because theyre the best! Piece of mind is what you get when you deal with these guys, Definitely no pressure and you can tell they are honest with their recommendations. They can get really busy but don’t let it discourage you, better to wait for good work rather then having to pay twice

I cannot say enough about Benztech. They were skilled and extremely professional. We were traveling from out of town and they made us extremely comfortable during our time there. A++ all the way around.

Andy was great to work with had a very nasty turbo problem and exhausted most avenues he took a traditional approach eliminate each possibility and on day 2 finally found the problem ..I choose him because from his website I felt he would be someone that doesnt just stick the computer in and gives up if the codes make no sense..Great job highly recommended well worth the 1800 mile drive

I would recommend Benz Tech in a heart beat. They are always friendly and very informative. And great prices!! This is the only place I take my BMW. I prefer Benz Tech over any BMW dealership.

My sprinter is always on the road and when Im close by I stop by for an oil change and they always get me in and out very quickly.

Holy cow these guys are great. Showed up one morning to get fuel filter change, worked me in, no problem. Highly recommend. When I am in north, these guys work on my van.

These guys are our go to guy’s for our Dodge Sprinter. They do a great job and they do it quickly and they do it right. Would recommend anyone to go to them.

I have taken two different vehicles here. Each time they diagnosed the problem either the same or next day. Usually, depending on availability of parts, I have my car back the same day. My company has Mercedes and Dodge Sprinter vans. I also have 2 Mercedes (E350 & 500ML). These guys always seem busy, but are always friendly and get our vehicles in and out. No high pressure selling and really seem to care about your cars. We love the Sprinters, but almost gave up on them because the Dodge and Mercedes dealers are terrible, rude & dont seem to care to deal with them. They were never fixed on time and always seemed to have to go back for the same things over & over!Skip the dealers & take it to these guys!

My company brings all of our Mercedes Sprinter vans here. We are based in Pennsylvania, but we tried shops al over the country & had terrible luck. My driver found these guys when broke down in South Bend and we have been coming back ever since! Nobody else knows Sprinters like these guys! Not even the dealer! They seem like they have seen it all. These guys really seem to care about our fleet & have gone the extra mile to get us back on the road! Highly Highly Highly recommend!
