Ive been going to this place for years and they have always done a good job with my vehicles. They have even taken me to the car area and have shown me things wrong with the car so I like that. Also compared to a lot of car service places in the area, the prices are lower I think.

Went in because i was having exhaust problems i drove my car into the place and they claimed they fixed the issue however i couldnt even get my car to start. They charged me 500$ and i Had to get it towed to another mechanic where it revealed that they messed up my steering column module and burnt up my battery. I DROVE MY CAR IN THERE PEOPLE AND IT WOULDNT EVEN START WHEN I LEFT. They didnt care. Kept telling me it was some type of security system thing in my car and that they finished the job. Steer clear from these guys unless you enjoy nightmares. Their brilliant mechanic work costed me another 1400$ on what they broke on my car.

Very poor communication. Horrible attitudes. They don’t deserve to be there. Opens at 8. There at 8 on a first come first serve. 4 hours and they never even looked at my vehicle. I asked for my keys and they just picked them up. Didn’t say a word and handed them to me. I will 100% steer everyone away from these people. Horrible business if you even call them that

If you pay for full service you better make sure that’s what you get because they act like they check your fluids when they don’t. They lost or forgot to put my dipstick for my oil and claim they never touched it but how is that when you have to check oil levels after replacing the oil, then they said they would order me a new one and it would only take two days which actually took a week and a half but got upset because I kept coming in to check. BEWARE DONT GO THERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR DONE RIGHT.

Muffler Nan has always done a good job for me. Affordable and fast. When they find the problem, they show it to me and let me know how long it will take and how much it will be up front.

The handiest shop in town!Efficient and knowledgable mechanics, at a truly fair price.My muffler system had been in dire need of repair for the past year. Two other shops didnt want to deal with it, the guys at The Muffler Man had no doubts of how to fix the broken pipe.I didnt request a quote, but simply asked them to look at the problem and go ahead and fix it if it doesnt cost alot (since I had a busy day and couldnt hang around). The car was ready to go, quiet as a mouse, in 45 minutes, at a cost of only $30.00.Thanks a million!

I worked for these guys and they are retarded...they owe me $200 in back pay cuz Lisa the manager shorted my paycheck every week. Gary the mechanic pulled cars out without putting oil back in them,and they stole my tools.

Called for a quote, given one price. Told another price when I arrived. Then called later with a third price. Dirty, un-kept waiting room - with a woman laying on a lawn chair in the office wrapped in a blanket.They seriously need to learn the art of customer service. Will never consider using again.

Woman and people of color beware!!Treated a hispanic woman with disrepect. Called to follow up on behavior and was told if you want an oil change go to another place when its cold outside. I will also be reporting to BBB thus type of behavior is unacceptable.
