I was impressed! Gerber did an outstanding job after Bambi took out the front of my car. Communicated with me through the whole process, finished way before I expected, and it looks like new. Great to work with!
The people at Gerber were professional and kind, the work was completed with precision and was finished on time. They even were able to deliver my vehicle back to me and take care of my rental. Awesome service above and beyond!

DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL, drive to a different location. They told us to take the broken bottom cover off ourselves. My partner got visibility upset form this, who wouldnt be. This is ridiculous. Now we have to drive and do even further damage. Staff was also rude.
The women who make appointments and schedule are extremely rude and very unprofessional.

I am very frustrated with the Elkhart, IN office, and regret choosing this business to repair my automobile. The following are my concerns:1.On October 6, 2020, I took my car to the Elkhart location for an estimate to repair my vehicles after a collision. When I got home I reviewed the estimate and it did not include the damage to the tires and rims. I called and spoke with the staff regarding this matter. At that time I was told that he saw the front tire damage, and did not see the back but he will note it.I dropped my Subaru Legacy off for repairs on October 19th. He did not mark either tire on the drawing, to which I reminded the employee of the tire and rims. He explained that they draw red and green on the car and he will get that.On October 20, 2020, I spoke with the Fort Wayne location and was informed they were not informed by the Elkhart location of the damage to the tires or rims.2.On October 16, 2020, when I dropped my car off I asked for an estimate as to when I should expect my car. They told me they did not know and the Fort Wayne location will let me know.I did not receive an update from the Fort Wayne location until October 20th. I was told I will not get my car back until November 2.I WOULD NOT HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH GERBER COLLISION IF I KNEW THEY WERE KEEPING MY CAR 18 DAYS.3.On October 20 when I spoke with the Fort Wayne office I was informed that the parts for my car were just ordered and they do not expect to receive them until around Thursday, October 22nd. I asked why I could not have kept my car (it is still drivable) until they attained the parts. The man said he did not know the answer to this and will follow-up with me.4.I called the Elkhart office on October 20th, and asked to speak with a manager and was told I need to speak with Fort Wayne. I repeated three times throughout the conversation that I would like to speak to a manager. I was told the manager was out for the day. I asked to be called tomorrow (October 21). The Elkhart manager never called me.The Fort Wayne staff handled my car and all communication with me after I called the Elkhart-manger (who did not return my call); and Fort Wayne’s did a great job.

My 2014 jeep Cherokee was hit on the passenger front fender anr rear passenger door. Gerber Collisions was the repair shop insurance had me use. Was a great choice. I reccomend Gerber Collisions 100%.

Top notch bodywork. They fix it like it was before the wreck. Body panels fit correctly, paint is perfect. Note this is NOT cheap. They are fair professional and experienced.
My Toyo RAV4 had an unfortunate “injury” during an outing to South Bend last week... left front bumper and fender were crushed juuust enough to need insurance-covered repairs. Gerber Collision was the company recommended by my insurance, and let me tell you: THEY ARE AWESONE!!! If I could give them TEN stars, I would!! And you’d absolutely never know it had ever been in an accident. Their repairs are spot-on perfect! AND they washed and vacuumed the car😃 Thank you so very much! 💕
My Allstate Insurance agent recommended this place. I called and was told I would get a return phone from the main person who does the scheduling, which I never received, so I called again. This time I got transferred to Sabrina who gave me her e-mail and ask me to fax the estimate so she could look at it and figure out when she could fit me in the schedule. I emailed her the estimate with the email she provided and it did go through and I never received any phone call back from them. I guess they didnt want my business. Glad I figured this out before they got my car.
Called 5 times to get my windshield replaced in my Winnebago and emailed all pictures and information. Never received one call back after being passed around between people. Even their manager never returned my call. It’s amazing people can run a business like this and keep the doors open. I’d give them a negative rating if possible.
Great jobI want to retract my first review. I had just received a text from their automated service which gave me opposite/contrary information to what I got from Michael. Michael had told me that my car would/should be ready in a week. The text messaging said two weeks! That was a big difference when also paying for a car rental. I picked up my car today which was the week as promised. My car was clean and looking like new. Thanks!!!
Hit a deer on the toll which really crumpled up my front end. Worked with Joe. Very friendly service. Kept me updated. They did a wonderful job.Can not tell it was ever in a accident.
Staff was very friendly. They got a hold of me and I explained to them my frustration. They made sure that after all the miss comunication everything ran smoothly.

Called twice and was kept on hold by the automated system for 10 minutes. I finally left a message for them to call back, I clearly repeated my phone number twice. Never got a call back. No idea if they do good work because they cant be bothered to answer the phone or call back a potential customer. Thanks for nothing.

An assignment was sent to them and an appointment was made for an estimate at 9:00 am. At 9:20, the estimator arrived at the office and could not locate the assignment to write the estimate. Its possible that the assignment was never sent by USAA Insurance but USAA assured me that they did. The signage is extremely poor for the body shop and estimating center and with all the activity of a very busy Ford dealership I found the whole experience stressful and confusing.
