This new location is not like Waterman! Items stocked are far and in-between thats for sure. Second visit to Elk Grove location. Store clean and staff are helpful. But boxes taped back with parts missing or not working from green indicator sticker on front of box. Some of those items are hard to find that are missing from box.

They have food items, furniture, decorative items, clothes, shoes, decorative items, and many other items. Stuff here is from Costco. Prices are too low and even you can bargain for items which have minor defect. They are moving to new place 9660 Elk Grove Florin Road.

This is a terrible store for buying furniture - when you ask that everything is in the kit and everything works - the store employees say - yes, everything is super! buy! besides, they do not say that the furniture is defective with the manufacturer and that it cannot be returned! they cheat even before the purchase! people take the time to come to pick up so that everything is fine, but in fact they are deceiving and selling not high-quality, knowingly false goods !!!! never buy from these stores

Finding items you need are a hit and miss. Prices are very reasonable if you find the item you need. Place is clean. Seems to be missing many household cleaning items. I would continue shopping here.

Not impressed with what they have. Was told they had good deals on furniture but the prices were too high for couches that were damaged. We went somewhere else. I guess it depends on what youre looking for, other items might be okay.

I have bought my second brand new recliner and they are freaking awesome. Best decision Ive made yet. It is a great place to shop to save money. Now there are four location.

I like shopping at this place and found a small number of decent deals, but my most recent visit was slightly odd. As you can see in the picture, there seems to be an issue with price consistency. These two are the exact same product, but both priced differently. I paid 3.99 each, even though there was a sign in store that showed the 3.69 price, but was promptly removed by store management when I went back to check. Kind of wonder if there is any other products that they keep in stock with the same issue.

Good place to stop by for quick shopping. Excellent quality items for very cheap. They dont have EVERYTHING, or if your looking for something specific they might not have it. But its good if you just want to come in and browse. Or if your on a binge shopping excursion, it wont break your bank too bad. :D

MOST DEFINITELY one of my favorite stores...!! Im never let down with the prices and the huge selection they always have available..! I honestly believe its an Elk Grove secret gem.If your a one-income earning family or just adhering to a strict budget...This is where you wanna shop to stretch your dollar to the max without sacrificing your fashion style or any other home comfort for that matter.!!

I didnt have enough time to go through the isles in detail🔎, but I found great deals on a couple action figures🦸‍♀️, paper cups☕, natural deodorant🏋️‍♀️ and a normal price on a cool black panther Nalgene water bottle🚰🧴🙂

Poor customer service by the manager. He took it upon himself to grab items from my mother’s cart (toilet paper) and gave them to another customer. All he said to myMom as he grabbed the items was, “You can’t take them all these are for everyone.” There was no sign up with a limit either. Extremely rude and we will never shop at this store again!!!

It was really hot in their but I think thats bc I was wearing a sweater so overall it had really cute tips shirts and face products so I loved! Im also happy I survived! I give it a 5/5

This location is closing so there is hardly anything left to speak of some clothing,drapes,bedding not much like I said. Think its the last day today anyway.

This place is great. We only go a few times a year but, always worth the trip. Staff have always been helpful as well.

Depending on what you need you should go here first then to a Walmart or Target..... they have similar stuff for cheaper prices.

You will find all the stuff you returned at Costco here. Dont expect too much discount.

Lots of items. Fun to kind of browse around and see if something catches your eye. They have furniture, lamps, Rugs, simple (fairly stylish) Jackets, many different types of kitchen-ware or appliances. I wouldnt buy food here, and the shoe selection is small (for mens and Womens).Dress warm because it is cold inside. Its just a big open warehouse with whatever air the outside is bringing in.

Its been more than a year since I was last at Shop Heroic. It has changed alot. Bigger, more organized, but not such a bargain. They have furniture in another warehouse across the street. I did find 3 things to buy and I will go back if I am in the area

Great place to buy most stuff from Costco that has been discounted. Just have to keep an eye on some products as Costco can be cheaper on a few things.Hopefully with all the success they have, they can expand to a bigger store as the Aisles are extremely small even with a small cart!

Always find stuff at great value here every time my wife and I go! Walked out with 2 area rugs and a Kolher faucet for dirt cheap. Im happy

Prices are very good. Best place to buy household goods, (zip lock bags, foil,toilet paper, etc.) and dog food. Can get very busy and people can get confused about where the line starts. A little patience goes along way.

They have a good variety of merchandise but sometimes it is to messy around the bin or food items. Other than that it is good to check it out.

Costco Outlet Store! What is not to like?! I just bought a sheet set for $10, Kirkland Signature tailored dress shirts for $7.50, 32 Degrees underclothes for $3.75 each item! The prices are amazing. And if your only concern is the industrial building and layout, you obviously dont appreciate what a real bargain is... I think most items are reduced at least 50-75% from original price and some up to 90% and more. I love this store.

Great place to find Costco items for even cheaper. Its a small place so it can get cramped at times but its worth it. If youre going to buy big heavy things from them, they let you pull around the back and help load so you dont have to struggle. They put items on hold for you as well so you can keep shopping. Sometimes its hard to find someone to help you but its otherwise a great place to get apparel, furniture, bathroom, bedding and more.

Always can find a deal, but you have to dig around! its cold in there so wear a jacket

This place is a crazy mess! You can find some good deals but you gotta really hunt! I felt like most of the prices were to high. It really is beneficial to know your Costco and Sams Club prices for things because most of that stuff should have been way cheaper.

Prices have gone way up. Selections on shelves way down. Disapointed. But they are organized and clean and have good hours.

Decent prices if you know what the shop for. Otherwise the store is crowded and unorganized. Clientele act like seagulls when the new box of goodies are brought in.UPDATE: the layout of the store has been updated to make shopping more organized. Incredible Improvement.

I used to LOVE shop heroic before they opened the other one in sacramento. The selection is not so great anymore. I still stop by and usually find something, just not as fun as it used to be...

The place is ok, decent price. Staff not so friendly. I went there yesterday and the employee, Suzanna, was not very helpful. She was rude not only to me but to another employee. I saw her yelling at the other employee. I feel that she has no manners whatsoever. I will not be back to shop here!

You rarely go here with a specific item in mind. You just show up and see what they have in stock this time around. Today we went hoping to find a lamp-- but their selection of lamps wasnt so great today. Buh we DID get a smokin good deal on Keurig coffee pods-- $0.33 each. Weve gotten really good deals on sofas, a heavy duty hand truck, a very nice (motorized!) adjustable height work desk with a glass top. They have kitchen appliances, clothing, furniture, mattresses, row rugs, light bulbs, toys. Tons o stuff. The inventory just changes frequently.

A lot of hidden gems in there. They have everything from batteries to furniture. Great place to buy bulbs and lighting options.

Great place for some discounted things. Need to know your prices to know if you are getting a bargin. Also check that you have all parts and pieces.

Heroic Outlet is a nice place to visit that have quality products and good prices. I really enjoy visiting heroic Outlet because there is always something new on a weekly basis.

When I want a shopping fix, I head to Shop Heroic. Always find to see what I can find, even if I dont buy a thing.

Bought my son a Cars themed toddler bed, it came with a ton of missing pieces and wasn’t even Cars themed. Partly my fault for not opening it sooner, me and my husbanded waited to put it together after the 30 day return policy. Do not buy boxed items here, they do not check what they are selling.

A hit and miss of returned, expired and clearance products. They have everything from cat food to mattresses. You definitely take chances when shopping there. Take it for what it is, swap meet/ garage sale type items and prices.

Very long wait in line and the cashier took a personal call on her cell phone.

Good stuff at good prices, expect it to be crowded and Hot in the store, no A/C. Mostly open and refurbished items, so if your ok with it you will find good bargains.

Ive heard a lot of different things about this store so I decided to head on over and check it out...man was I disappointed. Everything was a disaster, the shelves looked like people just threw a bunch of different stuff on it...and I mean literally threw it. Dirty, unorganized, un-shoppable, poorly lit and very limited selection.
