Low rating because I had to walk around the store looking for charcoal, only to discover it was near where I entered the store. .due to no cashier for outdoors items I had to take it to the front of the store the go back to where I entered the store, since I had park near that entrance.Staff was somewhat helpful.

Great deals and helpful sales associates but there were limited sizes and items were incorrectly placed on wrong selves and racks.

Walmart at 6am was pretty organized. They had a party decoration I wanted for nearly half the price of Party City.

Customer service experience was horrible I just called this Walmart 5 times and the hung up in my face each time! After the fist call they clearly knew my number and continued to pick up the phone and then I heard the click very rude.

Cheap. Quick. Easy to find things. Only gripe is that some items are under locked glass. Comics and trading cards arent locked up, but theyre behind a couple of registers that dont seem to be open when I go there in the morning.

No sense of customer service. When I reached to cashier, he didnt say hello nor thank you .The security took the receipt out of my hand like I am a thief. His eyes looks at me liked get out of the store, Asian.

Walmart is Wal Mart. Some are better than others, some cleaner, some not. The one here in Galt is a nice walmart, could have a bit more to offer in crafts, & other items Ive looked for. But its ok.

We went to the Walmart just to go get some bread some eggs and sausage we ended up with $316 worth of groceries weve found a way more stuff than we were expecting I didnt like going to the Walmart in our neighborhood thank you again for Walmart being there in having some of the lowest prices I will be going back to Walmart thank you again.

There is always something cool & sale priced that is just too cute to pass up. Its like a reward for shopping so smart for all my pet supplies.

Loved how nice and neat the store is. But things are a confusing, disorganized, and bit hard to find. Not sure how the systemized it their categories. Took a bit of times to find my items.What I totally dislike is their lack of management, lots of customers waiting in line and there’s only two registers open... make no sense on the day before Halloween. Waited over 15 minutes on the check out for 5 items of purchased😡🤬!Definitely not go to this location again!

They have more selections of Asian and Filipino products. You can buy frozen egg rolls (Lumpia) then fry it at home.

Usually this Walmart is pretty good but today there was only one checker open. The line for the checker and self checkout were huge because of it.

Out dated food on shelves. My son went yesterday to buy some Farm Rich Tim Out chicken bites. Since the Wal Mart closes to us has been sold out. It wasnt until later that night I happened to be in the freezer and the best by date caught my eye. I looked at the date and than at the calendar. The date on the box was best by 2/21/21 we are now in April. Since my son threw away the receipt upon leaving the store we winded up just throwing them away. Luckily we caught it before he ate them. Beware of food at this store apparently no one is checking products sitting on the shelves.

Like it. Clean. Covid minded policy and staffs. Always has what I need vs. targe which always dont have what I need when I need it. So Wally world keep it up with the online orders. I like the 2 days shipment orders as well. Will be a great competition against ebay easily if Walmart can only get their delivery down to 2days like Amazon.

Sometimes when we’re on a time crunch and need to hurry in and out for baby formula, the staff take a really long time to come to the baby section. Today my fiancé and I were waiting over 5 minutes to get assistance. And when David finally came to assist he gave my fiancé an attitude. Needless to say I was really frustrated with the way he talked to my fiancé, since we’re customers!! The wait time to get formula is ridiculous, that’s why I’m leaving one star. Wish I could leave 0 honestly. At the end of the day David helped, but please do better!!!!

Right now The Christmas Tree marked (T38) is Out of stock every where except this Walmar but there was No tag or display model up making it that much more challenging but....anyway I was in luck thanks again Walmart (Elk Grove on Elk grove Blvd)

So many people not wearing masks and not enforcing any social distancing. :( also noticed major change in inventory nearly everything good is no longer on display. (Such as the normal nintendo)

Terrible service I’m a regular customer almost there everyday and I have been treated by the staff very poorly. And honestly I will be taking my business elsewhere and returning all the Christmas presents I purchased from there and going anywhere else. I will no longer be supporting such a disgusting business. You guys work in customer service but have the worst attitudes please fix that or don’t work in customer service. I tried my best being nice and understanding I worked in customer service too but I would never treat a customer the way you guys do.

I love the curbside pick up! I almost never have to go in. The workers do a great job bringing my groceries and loading them in the car. No contact pick up. Absolutely needed right now. I am one less person in the store getting the essentials. Thank you to the workers that shop for me and deliver to my car. I appreciate you!

Coming in from out of town had to stop for necessaties. The selection of items was outstanding! Of course we ended up spending more than what we had bargained for. Lol! So much more than my local Walmart! We are happy campers! Well be stopping in again on our way out

Rating this place 5 stars based on the pharmacy alone. I have been to the pharmacy a few times to pick up meds for my mother. Last night I went with my Dad and the pharmacist came up and talked with us asking where my mom was. She even mentioned my moms meds. She said your parents always come together. I thought it was nice to know that the pharmacist knew my parents.

Lots of clearance..no staff helper in evening in the outdoor part of the store to help and checkout took 10 minutes

It is truly depressing that America’s largest employer remains the last store on Earth that does not use NFC/Google Pay, but wants you to use Walmart Pay instead. I had the most frustrating experience at the self checkout when Walmart Pay needed my CVC number to verify my credit card.The pin pad did not take the only credit card that I carry around with me either. The employees were very useless in remedying the situation as they only tried to show me how to use the app instead of trying to find a way for my credit card to be accepted. Most places with self checkout when a credit card is declined have a way of employees reaching into the back end of the register software and manually entering.Walmart, fix your app. Update your self checkout. Take NFC/Google Pay. I do not want to come up to a register to find that I am unable to pay because you refuse to get with the times.

Waited for a half hour just to get a inner tube. Pushed the service button about 8 times no employees came to assist. Called the store to have an employee paged to the department, still no show of employee. Several walked by me saw me standing and not one asked if I needed help. Walked to electronics and finally found an employee somewhat willing to help. Either have employees available to assist or stop locking things up! Im tired of being g treated like a common thief every time I try to shop!

Only thing to really worry about here is freshness dates. Check your dairy product and meat for dates. Every time I go there I find at least a half cart full of expired product on the shelves. And im not even trying to find it. This is for the grocery store Walmart and not the older regular store next door. Prices are good though.
