They did a bad alignment, didnt want to fix the problem, had to paid a different shop to get it right, they dont care if you walk out with out a solution..HEY, DO NOT FORGET, THAT CUSTOMERS ARE WHO MAKE YOUR PLACE !!AVOID THIS PLACE !!

I bought two 600 dollar 16 ply Michelins for the front of my truck and new rims. I changed my kingpins and tie rod ends and alignment that same week because I didnt want to damage my brand new MICHELIN TIRES. Three months after purchased, the tire on the right side started disintegrating; loosing chunks of tread. Brought it back to get it changed under warranty. They said no, because I did that to the tires, the road was chewing them up, the guy said. Ive had goodyear tires, continental tires and even at one point Chinese tires in the front, and this NEVER HAPPENED.THANK YOU CUSTOM BANDAG FOR SELLING ME GARBAGE TIRES, AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELENT COSTUMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER COME BACK TO YOU GUYS FOR ANYTHING.You will not even take the courtesy to respond to this review. EXCELENT COSTUMER SERVICE

Zero Stars. Made an appointment. told them the vehicle type. showed up. waited four hours. I had one guy say he hadnt done that type of vehicle in his life. another guy say vehicle wouldnt fit in the bay due to an incline.waste of time.if you couldnt service my vehicle, you should have said so when i booked the appointment instead of giving me the run-a-round. It would have been fine with me.

Went here for semi tires. Wasnt disappointed. Word to the wise, dont ever buy Chinese for the steer.
