I’ve been dealing with these great men for years and they are with out question the most honest professional mechanics I ever delt with the level of expertise is amazing there’s nothing they can’t do,thank you guys so much for getting me in on short notice and for taking care of me above and beyond.

Have been a customer here for over 5 years for my vehicles and was recommended by my uncle who had been a customer for over 10 years himself. Mechanics are very knowledgeable and the prices are super fair. They are the most honest mechanics you will come across. I moved out of town 4 years ago and still bring my car to them because I trust them with all the maintenance of my vehicles. We have 3 cars and will not be bringing them elsewhere. Definitely a place I will continue to recommend. They take care of my babies as if they were theirs!

Putting me in a position where I was driving a car I shouldnt have been.💥💥💥 My neighbor, (shout out to Jose A) turned me onto Complete Auto and Im so grateful! Rocco looked at my car the following day and was able to get to the urgent s!#t..and gave me a heads up on what I need to do next, since as he put it non of us have a few thousand lying around for car repairs...sourgent s*!t. ✔not so urgent s*!t. ✔✔s*!t that can wait. ✔✔✔Thank you Rocco!!!!

I took my car to Complete Auto & Truck Repair and it turned out the issue I was having was due to a leaf in the mass air flow sensor. It was removed and problem solved! Very difficult to find an honest mechanic. I highly recommend them because they always do a great job, even & especially when the problem is more then a leaf. Check them out, great customer service every time!

I SPEAK FOR A FEMALE FRIEND THAT HAD WORK DONE ON NOV.10,2017 THIS GUY ROCKO REALLY RIPS OFF FEMALE CUSTOMERS! I HAVE A COMMERCIAL ACCT. SUCH AS ROCKO ENJOYS. HE CHARGED MY FRIEND 264.62 FOR A MASTER BRAKE UNIT I COULD GET FOR 67 BUCKS! HE MADE A 200 DOLLAR PROFIT ON THIS PART. THEN HE CHARGES 98.47 FOR A TIRE SENSOR THAT COSTS HIM 27 BUCKS. HE DID AN OIL CHANGE FOR 29.50. THIS IS A FAIR PRICE BUT THEN CHARGED 21.53 HAZARDOUS MATERIALS COST TO DISPOSE OF THE OIL! OSHA SAYS THAT ANY AUTO REPAIR SHOP IS REQUIRED TO ACCEPT USED MOTOR OIL FOR FREE! THIS GUY IS CLEARLY A FEMALE RIP OFF WOMEN BEWARE. ! YES, YOUR CAR MIGHT BE FIXED BUT AT WHAT EXPENSE? I HAVE TOLD MY FEMALE FRIEND THIS GUY ROCKO CANNOT BE TRUSTED. IN THE FUTURE SHE WILL INSIST ALL REMOVED PARTS INCLUDING THE OIL IS TO BE PLACED IN THE TRUNK! HER SON WORKS FOR PEP BOYS AND CONFIRM MY PRICES AND F A C T S. I CAN BE REACHED AT 908-337-8545 . I LISTED MY NUMBER BECAUSE I KNOW I CAN CONFIRM WHAT I HAVE STATED..updated 05/08/18 .AS STATED ABOVE ROCKO TRIED TO GIVE A BRIEF STATEMENT TO SHIFT THE POST TO MAYBE OTHER WORK WAS DONE. WRONG I HAVE A COPY OF THE BILL. IN ADDITION HE NEVER GAVE AN EXPLANATION WHY A PROFIT OF 200 BUCKS WERE ATTACHED TO THE MASTER CYLINDER? IT WAS ABOVE RETAIL! HE NEVER EXPLAINED WHAT WAS HAZARDOUS MATERIAL? OH YOU MEAN A TIRE VALVE STEM AND A MASTER CYLINDER THAT GETS TOSSED INTO A METAL DRUM AND THE JUNK MAN TAKES IT AWAY WHEN HE MAKES NIGHT TIME ROUNDS? OK.. OIL IS FREE. IN ADDITION THAT GETS SOLD OFF AS USED MOTOR OIL. EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO A FAIR PRICE FOR WORK PERFORMED BUT THERE IS A THING CALLED HONESTY AND FAIRNESS. ITS TRUE THE CUSTOMER CANNOT WALK INTO PEP BOYS OR NAPA AND GET THE PART AS MY COST OR ROCKS BUT JACKING IT UP OVER COUNTER RETAIL IN NOT WHAT IS CALLED FAIR. MOST PLACES WILL MARK DOWN 10% FOR RETURNING CUSTOMERS. NOT THIS PLACE. THEY IN FACT USE THE REVERSE. WITH THE THOUSANDS SPENT AT THIS SHOP, A TIRE STEM SHOULD HAVE BEEN A GIVE ME FOR BEING A DEVOTED CUSTOMER. MINOR BUT STILL MORE HISTORY EVERY TIME WORK IS DONE, THE INTERIOR OF THE AUTO HAS TO BE WIPED DOWN. GREASE ON THE STEERING WHEEL, FLOOR MATS, AND DRIVERS DOOR HANDLES. NOT GOOD FOR A NURSE THAT HAS TO WEAR WHITE FOR WORK. I HAVE SEEN REPAIR SHOPS THAT GO AS FAR AS TOSSING AN OLD BLANKET OR BED SHEET ON THE DRIVERS SEAT AS TO NOT SOIL THE INTERIOR OF A CUSTOMERS CAR.
