Pretty messy place but I dont fault them for it with an overload of inventory. Wide selection of boots, uniforms, pouches and holsters. They have a collection of morale patches as well. The store associate that was there when I went was friendly and willing to help, and he was playing a good selection of music.

It is loaded with all kinds of tactical gear and stuff. Highly recommend.

I went back again a bought another clip for for my gun I bought a few days ago.and I asked if there were guns under 300 bucks and they really are willing to lower the price a couple bucks and I love that.this is the best place to get your airsoft guns and whatever else you need.

I hit surplus shops all over the country. ‘This one I found well stocked, organized, and friendly! I spoke with the couple at the counter, and told them “I love the shop, some stuff is a little high, but other stuff is half price on average” the man responded with “I’ll work with anyone on any price” if not tagged they come in close to a good deal. Over all one of the nicer mom and pops shops out there. FIVE STARS ON service, price. FOUR STARS ON inventory, access, and hard to replace parts needed for a GI who needs to replace something lost. By far the best in ElPaso!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Was helping some friends move out to El Paso and my buddy brought me here. Luckily i had my 416 that he rebuilt so i was looking for some stiff to throw on it. Found a nice snug medium M203 that finished off the build. Before i left also picked up a serrated M9 bayonet for my real steel. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing service. Been to a lot of tactical stores and this place is awesome. I went looking for a plate carrier and found the perfect one thanks to the staff. The staff was extremely helpful and did everything in their power to help and also offered a military discount on an already good priced carrier. They have a wide selection and would recommend anyone to make UTS their first stop if they need anything. Easy 5 stars.

Great customer service by Mundo. They offer Active Duty and Veterans discount. The selection is wide and whatever they dont have, they can get it for you within days.

Dont let the outside fool you this store has a large inventory things that you wont find elsewhere. Staff is very helpful and polite.

Great customer service! I looked everywhere for the new ocp uniform, but since we were recently authorized to wear it, it was out of stock everywhere. I went here and they didnt have my size so he called other shops to find it for me before putting in a special order. Another bonus is that they are the only place currently selling the new coyote tan boots.

The worst tactical store Ive ever been to! As im leaving this review im sitting in the car right in front of the store.About 2mons ago i purchased a handcuff key and weapon holster. 2 days later the key breaks, so i bring it back and the guy replaces it for free and tells me 3x that if anything else breaks bring it back and it will be replaced. 4 days after that the holster breaks while my weapon was holstered!!So i bring it back and the pregnant girl calls the boss and im toldbi can exchange it because they dont do exchanges....I will tell all me fellow law enforcement and military family to NEVER SPEND MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST IN EL PASO.

Really disliked the place. The employees were very rude and had trouble helping me look for some stuff. I left this place even though I was being patient with the three employees that were there and ended up going to alamo shooters store.

The people there have always been helpful and willing to work with pricing. Ill always go there first before giving my money to an online store, and most of the time they beat the online prices anyway.
