Horrible customer service!! They see you and not even ask if you need help. I stopped the employee and asked for help I got an attitude out of it and he directed me to the area I needed and left. Not even even good day or anything. I just walked out and taking my service somewhere they value it.

It was fine. No customer restrooms. Luckily I had a training potty in my car for my 2 year old. Staff was friendly.

Has great sale items. Look for the orange tags. Shoes are good finds

Big 5 is the place I usually get my work boots and I have never had an experience like the last one walking in is a greeting as usual but I had trouble finding some things never got asked if I needed any help and I was the only customer at the time all I can hear is the works talking about there outside life they notice me walking back and forth but never offered a hand they would look at me and continue on with the conversation. I had to be the one to go find them and ask where some stuff is and they finished the conversation then decided to help. The help finally came around and didnt bother to go check the back stock to see if there were any of the sizes I was looking for. I will not be going to this big 5 location again please stamp me as a customer lost by this organization !

Has quite a variety of sports or exercise equipment. but the employees have poor customer service. especially the cashier has a bad attitude. I think if you work in customer service you have to have good attention. Dont judge people by the way they dress or look.

The employees greet you and ask if there is anything they can help you with without being pushy. They have a fully stacked store. I purchased a set of Sony wireless ear buds which was about half the price i saw them listed on amazon. I also purchased a black Seattle Seahawks hat that Ive been looking for since about 4 years. This place packs A LOT of sports gear into a relatively small space compared to the mega stores. You should be able to get most anything you need here. It can be pricey sometimes, but their sales and clearances make up for it.

My boyfriend and I went looking for shoes and we found some nice comfortable ones. My boyfriend was also looking for some shoelaces. The associate informed us that the store only sold one shoelace and not the pair. We thought that it was kinda weird that they would only sell one shoelace. Turns out that the associate lied to us. That is why the rating was only a 3 🌟

I like going there to get a very good priced pair of tennis shoes. I was surprised that the employees were very attentive to what i was looking for, usually they are talking among themselves. So i had a good experience today getting my shoes on!

Since there are no more Big 5 Sporting Goods stores on the westside, my parents and I went here. The selection is pretty good. Theres a lot of stuff to check out. The staff is real friendly and helpful. Lots of affordable shoes and clothes, too.

This store had the bike seat Ive been looking for . The Dyer Big 5 has the worst host or welcoming staff ... this store helped me quickly . And the have more stuff stocked up ... great staff and great business .

Well-stocked offering all the necessities for a wide variety of sports. Medium-size store with plenty of parking and pleasant sales associates available to help. Easy in and out for people in a hurry. Good clothing line and ample shoe selections. Prices are reasonable, and they always have items on sale.

Took my bros for some birthday shoes, received excellent customer service. Plus, they had my size for which Im very thankful. I have a large foundation of you know what I mean.

The staff was friendly, accommodation and most of all available. It seemed that I didnt have to wait more than a few minutes to find one for help.Price wise, the item I was looking at cost the exact same on Amazon, so it was a no brainier.

Theres good customer service and then theres annoying...Total time in the store was less than 5 min, an associate asked me how I was doing and I replied, Great. Then he asked me if I was finding everything okay followed by, are you looking for anything in particular or just browsing? I find this line of questioning to be quite annoying Im just looking for a shirt man and Im going through your clearance rack what does it look like Im doing? Maybe browsing?! I was under the impression that if customers have questions or need help they seek it out? Ill be sure to order online next time or go to another store.

Went here looking for shoes and was able to find exactly what we wanted and all three pair that we bought were on sale. In addition we were also able to get a military discount. Would definitely shop here again.

I love the BIG 5 they have the most helpful staff, and the BEST prices. And Big 5 is the only place that I can find my size. Love their selection.

This is a nice place to shop. Good variety of Sporting Goods items. Great value on tennis shoes when theyre on sale. Scheels half and happen often and you can get some excellent buys on shoes there. I was there tonight in the sales lady help me try on three or four different shoes that were good price and good fit but I didnt find the quite the right one for me.I recommend you stop by if you need any type of clothing or Sporting Good items. Their return policy is very good and the service is great.

The store is great people very helpful, and when you call in for them to hold merchandise they will hold it for you. And they will look for what you are asking for if they dont see it right away. Props to all the employees.

I just bought shoes 👞 and the girl that was helping me was great! She was very sweet and attentive. However, the cashier was... well let’s just say I had to ask for the manager . The manager was great!

Great sales on in season items and shoe clearance. Employees are helpful and kind. Background check for purchasing weapons is a strange process at this store. I actually never heard back from the employee regarding a background check. Restroom was normal. Lots of parking.

The sales people are very courteous and greets you when you come in. They went out of their way to find and call the other stores if they have them in stock. Plus they are very knowledgeable too. Thank you for your time and cooperation.

Two employees (male and female) greeted us and thats all they did. The store was empty with no customers. We needed assistance at the knife counter and no one came. They were both too busy with thier conversation. We then left.
