The advisor asked me if I wanted to have my tires balanced and rotated. I asked him how much and he stated 54.95. When I returned to pick up the vehicle he charged me 84.95. I presented 2 coupons and he said he could only honor one. He applied the $5 discount for the oil change instead of the 24.95 for tire rotation. Jesus Elias was very deceitful and I will never return to this location..

To start off, I tried calling the location to schedule an appointment for an oil change, no one picked up the phone or returned my call. I decided to go ahead and go early that Saturday morning to see if I could get a walk in oil change. When I arrived I was told that I could leave my car, however it would not be returned to me until the following Tuesday. When I asked to schedule an appointment, a business card was given to me and I was told to call on Monday to schedule in my appointment. Then came that Monday and I was finally able to schedule. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment, I informed the service department that one of my air vents had come lose and needed replacing. I was informed that I would get a call in about a week to let me know if I could bring in my car to get the issue fixed. I then had to call 3 weeks after my appointment and after my vent had completely broken off just to get an update. Come to find out my part had been back-ordered and had just arrived the day before I called. The service at Viva has been terrible from the moment I bought my vehicle up until now, if Im being honest I only go to get my oil changes done there because I have the free coupons. But at this point, it is not even worth the free oil changes, there is no customer service at all whatsoever. If Google allowed be to give this dealership no stars, I would

Went in on a whim on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. Was having bad luck with car deals for almost 5 days straight. Met up with this great guy Gilbert. No pressure was very easy to talk to. Got his contact information. Came in today which was two days later. No BS games, was straight up with me and got me into a new SUV which I thought would be impossible. All staff members were friendly and he got me in and out. Even with not so good credit everything worked out. If your looking for something and credit is bad they still work with you. Ask for Gilbert if you go. Prior military like me and really easy going guy who doesn’t pressure you!

Bad bad bad service, mechanic knowledge, they could not find why??? my Nissan Frontier was overheating for 5 years. I hardly drove the truck because it would over heat. After $10,000 spent there to include a new engine YES a new Engine installed by them. General Manager never ever answered our calls. Service managers clueless. Well now my Truack has a blown engine beacause it was never torqueed to specks when installed, and all water got in to engine. See picks!

Bought a new Nissan Kicks. At first their customer service was great once I bought the car it was horrible. I didn’t get a call to pick up my plate. I live out of state so couldn’t just show up. I called my sales person Omar for a week never received a call back until I called the dealership. Then tried to schedule my car to get my windows tinted and was told I couldn’t get it done unless it was on Tuesday or Thursday. So upset that I have to get that service done else where.

I purchased a pre-owned Pathfinder vehicle on July 6, the vehicle was at the reconditioned center where they conduct the inspection process and fixed anything thats not in decent shape since is a pre-owned vehicle and I understand is not perfect, I received the vehicle almost 3 weeks later and the SUV did not have the oil change conducted, no engine filter, no cabin filter was replaced, the SUV was very dirty, side mirror was broken, tires were bald and not safe to drive I communicate to the staff, and told me they were going to fix it apparently, the sales staff was decent but the dealership, in general, was not as professional as I remember, probably my last vehicle purchase with the viva dealership, be aware when you buy a used vehicle not the whole process of inspection is done at all. Is not very hard to do the inspection and this dealership failed to do so. Also, I wonder how can the vehicle pass the texas inspection, because the inspection sticker is done at the dealer. Now the dealership doesnt have my thrusts. Management seems to have a sense of urgency to sell, but not to fix any issues regarding the sale. Today is almost been a month a no SUV has been returned, they have no paid my previous loan, and also no exact date for return has been given. This will be my last purchase with this car dealership. This was the worst experience at a dealership.

Made an appointment for warranty work and oil change waited a week for my appointment and they didn’t even touch it by the end of the day. What’s the point of having appointments. Great car buying experience overall. I had issues with my new plates being mailed out to me. After management stepped in to resolve the issue, we found that the street numbers were incorrect and UPS had delivered them to the wrong address. I was able to make contact with my neighbor and all is well.

I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle with them because they are always consistent. They have continued to go above and beyond. I am amazed by their First Class Service received on our most recent purchase! I called them to inquire on the availability of a vehicle. They confirmed and started the process. The purchasing process was a breeze. Margarita Holguin made financing very easy. She is very communicative and very professional. The sales representative Angel Silva had the car detailed and ready upon arrival. He is very knowledgeable on the vehicle and did a thorough walk around. They always make you feel welcome! Worst costumer service. If you plan to buy a Nissan go to Casa Nissan on Airway. I bought my cube there and was given exceptional service, even after the purchase of my vehicle. I came to Viva Nissan on Zaragoza to buy a new vehicle. They’re great and attentive at first, but after the purchase customer service goes downhill. Took them forever to give me the backup key, and no one answers the phone. I have questions about the recall notice and no one answers. Go some place else, this place has horrible customer service.

Took the Altima in because the windshield wipers were loose and were not cycling all the way across windshield. After I picked up the car I took a road trip. On the drive back home it started pouring so I turned on wipers and one wiper blade flew off the bracket onto the highway. Your tech hadn’t snapped it on correctly. We struggled on I-10 a good 20 miles with one wiper blade.

Let me start by saying our sales rep, Katherine, was amazing and I would highly recommend talking to her if you are purchasing from this dealership...Thats about the only good thing I can say about our attempts at purchasing a car through this dealership. We went in multiple days to look at vehicles with the intent to purchase. The first car that was listed online as available was actually not there anymore. Ok, it happens so we go look at the second car we liked- listed in one location but actually on the west side. Upon arrival and looking at the car the sticker was about $5000 above the website price so we passed and came back to look at choices 3 and 4. Both were also currently getting maintenance done and werent available for viewing, and had the same markup. We mentioned this price difference and they were willing to work with us on these cars (supposedly) when they were ready the next week.Next week comes around and the car that was supposed to be ready Tuesday wont be ready until Thursday or Friday but they had others that were in our range that we liked so we went back in (again, our rep Katherine was amazing). Make a decision based on online price posting, go through finance, and suddenly the car we were told was one price is once again $5000 over that price (no sticker on the window when we drove it btw). Multiple fees that made no sense (when we got to see the sticker they were listed, thus showing WHY the price was higher, but on the first offer they charged for unwanted features TWICE). We go back and forth with the sales people just to have them tell us The online prices arent actual prices, we put those to be competitive and draw in people At this point its clear we wont reach a deal so we left.TL;DR: Katherine is an amazing sales rep but the actual sales department are snakes. Read the charges and compare the sticker to avoid getting double charged for features and add $3-5000 to the online price (before TT&L)

I brought my car in for an oil change. I am nee to this area, single, have no family or friends here so i had to wait at the dealership for my service. I had a 9am appointment. It took 3 hours before my car was serviced. I have a job to return to.My issue here is with their policies. For car buyers, Viva Nissan will bring a car to your door for test drives and can close a deal remotely. But for service, they dont offer a shuttle to take people home and bring them back when their car is ready. Nissan of Las Cruces has a shuttle service and has benefitted their customers for years, even before the pandemic.What irritated me most is when i learned the my car, though i had an appointment, kept getting bumped to the back of the line because if someone buying a car requests an upgrade, their new purchase gets top priority over every other car in the shop.What this says to customers is that you are valuable as a car buyer but you are worth nothing as a car owner. This is clearly a policy based on profits business rather than dignified customer service.Please change your policy Viva Nissan.

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in over 20 years and 10 cars that I’ve purchased throughout the years. There is no common courtesy or attempt to make the customer comfortable and informed about vehicle and or process. After purchasing a vehicle, the salesman and manager sent us out without spare keys, vehicle detailed, rugs, vehicle manual and tint on windows. They stated to bring vehicle back very early and sll that would be taken care of. After dropping the vehicle off with them the night prior so they’d have it first thing in the morning....we waited till 6:00pm to finally get through to dealership to find out the car was ready. When we showed up to pick vehicle up...no extra keys, no mats, no tint and no topped off on fuel. What kind of service are you guys providing?!?!?! Last time ever messing with Nissan dealership. First and last...surely lost this customer.

Where do I begin, I cant even give this dealership a star. Ill start off by saying I have purchased 27/28 new cars in my life from a multitude of dealerships, not only in El Paso but other states as well. The Viva Nissan experience has been by far the worst. The only good thing about the experience was my sales person Josue. He was my reason for shopping there in the first place. I bout a new truck from him from another dealer. So, I bought two new cars from him the same day a 2021 Titan and 2021 Maxima. After that its been nothing but disappointing. The tags werent mailed, the payment was on the wrong day, I had to call and speak with Nissan for hours to figure this out. The brand new Maxima has a known issue apparently in the trunk. Took it to Viva for what was supposed to be an hour fix, the car stayed over night and half of the next day. I understand having other customers, I do, I dont understand the utter lack of concern and or customer service. Not only was the car there almost two days, I had to call and check on it. Not one person could take the time to call and update my wife or I, sadly when I went up there, guys setting around on their phone, one didnt even look up just stayed on his phone. Unbelievable to me!! I would be embarrassed if I were Nissan and this level of incompetency were a representation of my product. I will not be using the services from this horrible dealership again. The sad part is, it really doesnt matter, good luck with your future Viva Nissan purchase people.

The employees were polite, but the customer service was poor. The lack of communication between my salesman and I, the customer, was disappointing. I kept having to ask the same questions just to finally get an answer. The final total price of my vehicle was not communicated to me through him. Writing this review as I sit in the waiting are by the TV, with my granddaughter @930 am. We are trying to hear the TV and the guys at the desk close to front doors had the music loud. I asked them to turn it down and the guy said huh. I raised my voice more and commented you cant hear me because the music is too loud. Please turn it down; he turned it up instead. I went back and asked the other guys again to turn down the music and was met with him getting closer to me to hear me as I kept raising my voice asking for the music to be turned down and I commented again the music is too loud. You cant even hear me and Im right here. He turned it down a little. Then a few minutes later, turned it down to a reasonable volume. Seemed more concerned with own entertainment than customers comfort as they waited for vehicle to be serviced.Two hours plus later, finally got car back for 915am appointment oil change, that I arrived early for.

Do not recommend! The car sales man JOSUE was advantageous and acted on bad faith! He added a $2,000 extra on top of the sales price without us knowing. We had already agreed to a price and when he went to get it approved by the bank he added $2,000! Unfortunately we didn’t notice since the monthly payment stayed the same but the reason it stayed the same was because of they changed it to 72 months instead of the 60 months !! If it was possible to give a negative star rating I would. My wife bought a car here in December. The tag/title fees were outrageous so we opted to do it ourself instead of finance it. The dealership refused to send the title to us for nearly 4 months. We called 28 different times to get information about the title. Many times, we would get hung up on while being transferred. My wife was lied to by Jose on one occasion and by a Retired First Sergeant saying he sent the title out 2 months ago when he spoke with my wife. He never did. When I spoke with him about this, he got aggressive and threw around his rank like it meant something to me. I was lied to by a female staff member on another occasion telling us they were overnighting the title. It never showed up. When we finally got the title in April, and try to tag it, Viva filled out the title incorrectly. Causing massive issues and major issues for us, and the MVD. Viva lied to us numerous times. Told theyd call us back and never did. Told us theyd send the title and never did. When they finally did, title is messed up and we couldnt tag the vehicle. When we call to try to get this fixed, no one answers the phone from the Vivas title department. Every departments voicemail is full and has been for the past 4 months. When were able to get it titled, Viva blamed the MVD office for causing the problem. They had nothing to do with it.Nissan should be ashamed to have their brand tainted by such a dishonest dealership that lacks even a ounce of integrity. I will not do any further business with them. I will not recommend them to ANYONE! This dealership is absolutely appalling. Worst service we have ever received at a dealership.

Terrible customer service experience. The service writer only said to us we dont have any loaner cars and it wont be ready today. That was the extent of the conversation he had with us. It was almost if he was trying to dissuade us from bringing our vehicle in. Attempted to build no rapport with us or anything. Then when the repairs were being performed no courtesy call to inform us of progress of repairs. Also no call discussing recommended services or maintenance. Just a call saying vehicle was ready.

Purchased a car, which came with a complimentary detailing. I brought it in to be detailed and was told it would take an hour, so I did some errands in the area. 3 hours later I still had not received a call, and I ended up waiting 5 hours for something that should have taken an hour. I understand some days are busier than others but if I was told it was going to take that long, I would’ve been more than happy to come back a different day.
