Watch out for this place. We received our stuff and had some people review the inventory documents. Come to find out they put codes on the inventory sheet for everything worth over $500. A brand new couch had inventory codes for being soiled, scratched and dented… not sure how that is possible. It’s pretty shameful that the packers do that. Half of the stuff that is written cannot be read. REVIEW WHAT THEY WRITE ON THERE BEFORE THEY LEAVE. PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE CODES!!!!!

International Moving & Warehouse is by far the best moving company Ive dealt with in my 25 years of military moving, Sergio V. and Orlando A were very polite and professional, they even placed everything where I wanted it and even wanted to unpack my items for me, you dont get service like that everyday. Our shipment arrived with minimal bumps and bruises and the move-in crew didnt damage our brand-new house when they moved our furniture in. This will be our last move for military purposes, and Im glad that it ended with a positive experience!

The crew was friendly, careful about bringing items into the house, and assembling furniture. However, they were a couple hours late. In addition, I called the following day to claim a couple of minor damages, was transferred to a dispatcher, but had to leave a voicemail that was never returned.

The two guys who showed up to pack up my mess of a house were super friendly and very efficient. They packed up my home in a few hours and I have faith that all my things will arrive at my new house in the same condition it was in here. Awesome job guys!

Raul and Andy were my moving team. There was a hiccup in scheduling, but they came to my home right away upon notification. They were professional, maintained a positive attitude the entire time, and gave me awesome advice and insight on items not to pack or how items are stored when theres no direct delivery.

Jimmy and Navm were the ones delivering my HHG shipment from Alaska. They were both incredibly professional and timely. We were able to have our things dropped off the day after we got to town. They were very fast in downloading it without the feeling of being rushed. This was the first time we have received our HHG with no damage to anything. These guys were awesome...Carlos Alvarado, Ramon Clavez, and Marcos Acosta! They were the hardest working men Ive seen. They worked a solid eight hours in 90 degree heat with only a short break for lunch. They were very thorough, consientious, friendly, polite, and professional. I was extremely impressed.

My current military move from Georgia to El Paso, TX was terrible on the Georgia end. When Jimmy, Josh, and Tommy showed up to unpack all my stuff at our house in El Paso it made up for terrible movers in Georgia. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They took care to ensure everything they unpacked was done with care and even took the time to make sure all my stuff was inventoried with no rush. They contacted their company to make sure our second shipment was all there and on its way and also they made the necessary call to get 3rd party help involved in assembling my pool table. I would definitely recommend these guys for any moving needs, especially for military moves. Best movers I have ever dealt with in my 14 year military career.
