I was a representative for my boyfriend household food being pack and picked up. The two ladies who arrived within the window given and packed everything up in a timely manner. Mayra and Jessica asked to see all the items needs to be packed and ensure I was satisfied before going over the paperwork in detail.They are presented a Covid memo before coming into my home letting me know they were tested and negative. They respected by surrounding by wearing their mask as protocol and there was not damages to my property.Thank you!

The delivery team satisfied my expectations in a few ways. Team was able to accommodate the delivery to my schedule. The team was very professional and efficient. Received a 15 minutes warning phone call, the driver briefed me on the process, they unpacked my stuff within four hours including reviewing paperwork and taking all the wraps and boxes away. Fantastic experience! The whole team did a wonderful job, from setting up convenient days/time for us to move to packing up all of our stuff with care. Gilbert, Mario and Mario, Jr. are the best team! They showed up on time everyday and worked quickly and efficiently. We had an international (complicated) move, and everyone from Eric at the office to our moving team handled it perfectly. Great communication from the entire team. We will absolutely use them!

Overall a pretty good experience with our movers. We have quite a bit of stuff so it took 2 days to pack and load. We are confident our stuff will arrive in good condition. Only complaint we had was the movers on both days left unnecessary trash around our house including empty water bottle, unused boxes and packing papers, and an entire box of rolls of tape. Can’t really say I would recommend this company as we were assigned them by the Ft Bliss trans office and we get what we get.

Communication via email with the office staff was fantastic, prompt replies and very professional. The crew on both days was personable, polite, and took very good care packing and loading our items. Highly recommend!Edit to add: after our stuff was received in Hawaii I was kind of disappointed with the packing job. Lots of heavy items on top of lighter items, like a tool box on top of a lamp shade or a heavy mirror in the same box as our TV. Be mindful of the packing, as we always should, but this was a first for us.

Mayra and Jessica were polite and courteous when they introduced themselves. Before they entered my resident they presented me with the “Protective Defense Personal Property Program (DP3) Customers” form, basically, the health protection protocols for COVID19. All protocols were followed. They did their job in great detail making sure all items were packed before they left. All documents were screened and signed. There were no complaining nor did they present attitudes while performing their duties! Great job I would recommend the young women I stated above!

Central Transportation services did an amazing job packing up our house in just two days upon our request! They were fast yet efficient with our items and were very respectful. If at anytime they questioned something needed to be left out they always checked with us first! Very friendly to our 3 kids as well which is always a bonus for me!

Mike came before the movers came just to let us know what to expect and ask if we had any questions.Mundo and Mando delivered our HHG on a scorching hot Saturday. They arrived in the time frame they had stated on the phone call.They were both extremely professional and respectful. They took great care to not damage our belongings and make us aware of any issues they could see with our belongings. They are both hard working individuals even though they were mostly outside in 100+ degree weather.This is our 6th move with the military, and we were incredibly impressed with these two young men. We dont have much moving experience, but even just comparing packing out at our previous location to unpacking here, our experience with Central far exceeded our expectations. Jacquez, Crystal and Monica were friendly, worked hard through the entire unpack, helped us put everything back together, and made sure that we understood exactly what was happening and what we were signing. We did have an issue with how something was packed and are needing to make a claim, but they were incredibly helpful in that process, as well, making sure that things were photographed and noted correctly and that we knew the steps we needed to take moving forward. I would both recommend Central to others and use them again, myself, in the future.
