Took them my trx450r to check why it would crank and not start. They charged me $100 to check it at the time I dropped it off and said they would notify me the next day. After a week passed I finally called them and they told me I needed to replace the piston and that they would leave it running again for $2900! I told them I was gonna go pick it up when I got there my whole engine was completely dismantled. My quad never had any issues until that day always would start right up. They told me my carburetor was also clogged I am almost convinced that was the problem to begin with these guys broke down my quad do not go there!

Attitude problems, it took 3 months to get my bike complete and ready, over price. In those days they seemed to be more worry for getting ready for their motocross races. BAD BAD

TNT Motoworx is amazing bottom line! They did repairs on my 1998 KX 250 two stroke that no one else would do. They didnt charge me an arm and a leg and they actually cleaned and detailed my bike before pick up. Nobody does that! Thank you TNT Motoworx you now have a permanent customer!

If I could give them no stars I would!! I took in my ATV because the engine was running but dying. They said it needed a bunch of parts and repairs and that it would be over $600 to repair. I told them to get it done since it is my sons and want him to be riding a reliable bike. They turned it in on a Friday I paid them and we went on our way. My son rode it Saturday morning and called me that it had left him stranded. We took it back Monday morning and they said they would check it and call me with an update. A month passed and no phone call. I called and they told me that it had major engine damage and that it would be about another $1000 to get it running. We tried to resolve the problem with them but no deal. We even went as far as telling them to return us the $600 we paid for the repair and that they could keep the bike and they said no. Clearly showing that this is a company that is out to steal innocent hard working peoples money!!!!

Awesome place. This is El Paso so most peoples first language is spanish which I dont speak much of. The mechanic spoke little english, but the had the younger man there with me the whole time translating every thing for me. The people were quick to help and even offered to carry my motor to my car for me. This is now my go to for any motorsport needs.

Attitude problems, told me I needed a engine rebuilt. Pulled my bike because I knew the engine was fine. I took it to viva, All it need was a ignition coil to start and runs fine.

Best service that you can find in El Paso, we have been using them for almost two years and they always welcome us with a smile and good prices. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on our bikes, quads and watercrafts.We recently purchased two dirt bikes from them, and they gave us a very good discount. This place should have zero stars! Took my quad 2 yrs ago, first few months waited for estimate, than Norma the owner said she was waiting for deposit after we took initiative and called them. Took her $800 for parts/repairs and every month she kept asking to be patient because she didnt have mechanics to perform anything other than oil changes and maintenance. Dropped in with a new mechanic to ensure I wasnt being scammed. They COMPLETELY stripped my quad for parts, I took what was left, took pictures of all missing parts, tried calling her to be nice and give her time to give me my missing pieces only to have her hang up on me EVERY time I call her.I am going to file a civil law suit for my $800 and costs to replace all missing parts...and she did this knowing it was a soldiers quad! I cant wait to get her in court!!!...you should have taken ownership and done right by a customer...UNBELIEVABLY CROOKED THIEVES!!

Ordered a tire, confirmed on 2 separate phone calls that they had it in stock. Was assured it was in stock. Arrived the following day to have it fitted, they didnt have the tire in stock (the one they were referring to was a different size)!Also told me I needed new brake pads desperately......I didnt (this was checked by the dealer I went to to get the correct size tire).Also put a friends front tire on the wrong way round (directional tire)!

I took my bike to get checked on and was told it was going to be at most a week for them to check my bike and tell me what work it needs, a month has gone by and no phone call, i keep calling and they say they are going to check it ( the day i call ) and call me back with the repair estimate and nothing ( and this is the owner who i speak to ) also i bought new tires and it took them 3 weeks to put them on. till this days i have bot received a repair estimate, so i plan on picking it up today and just finding someone else.

The shop did a great job putting new tires on my Shadow. They also dont have crazy up charge on the tires, and are comparable to what you can buy them online for.

Took bike in told them it was was running bad and cutting out. They looked at it said it needed top end told them it already had been done by tek,showed them invoice .they said it needed one. I let them do it I took home same problem took it back told them they went threw it and guess what found electric problem wiring harness,was pinched by seat they said told me they did a quick wiring fix and it would be 160.00 already paid them over 800.00 told them Im not paying a dime more they said come get bike and dont come back . Nancy the owner replied. I said no problem, also take a very long time to do work and never call you back when they say.

DO NOT BRING YOUR BIKE HERE! Read the other bad reviews! They are money hungry!Brought in my bike for a carb issue. It would bump start but the carb would just be poring out fuel.(had a fresh topend rebuild, heads everything) I tried to rebuild carb but pulled out the float valve seat, that couldn’t be replaced. So they said they could fix it. They said they fixed the carb but it’s still not starting. They said I had a bent cam(on my brand new cam) so I brought them my old cam and asked to see the bike and bent cam. They said the bike was at their other shop and it’s closed(Saturday) I told them on Monday I wanna see it, so I left. About an hour later. They called me and said they installed the cam, that now it’s the crank! Even when the “other shop was closed!” And (the crank was inspected with the topend rebuild!) I said to stop and I’m picking up the bike. I got my bike back with none of the plastic bolts on it, the tank bolts were gone, the fuel lines were gone, and engine oil leak and the cam back that wasn’t even installed like he said! And the side of the carb missing!

Act like they know what they are doing. Dont. Took my suzuki rmz450 after buying used. Gave them a week for prep and tune took untill night of race 2 weeks later. They spliced my spark plug cable! Overheated first lap. Clutch was out of adjustment. Wouldnt start after took apart and saw cable spliced. Also top end was warped and carb was not tuned. Fork seals leaking. In conclusion they did absolutly nothing and charged me $400

Dont waste your time and money on this place, I recently took my atv for a tune up, they told me that my atv needed an oil change and a new spark plug so I agreed. about 1 month later I picked up the atv and it turns out they did not even change the oil or the spark plug. the oil was black and dirty as hell and the spark plug was the same. they just take your hard earned money!!!

I would not give them any stars or negative stars if I could. Took my bike there for spark plugs and valve adjustment. They told me $150. When I picked up my bike it was $460 because they said their mechanic had a hard time. I had to help them put the fairings back on because they didnt know what they were doing. I got home and all the oils had dumped out because the incompetent mechanic did not put the crank case back on right. All they offered was a free oils change. I would NEVER recommend this place for even a tire check. Biggest bunch of idiots in El Paso.

On 9/2/2014 I towed my motorcycle to TNT at 1000 and had two air valves and rear brake pads replaced, and bled, with a safety inspection. I had just changed my oil - fresh. Pick-up was promised at 1700, although the work was completed by 1600. I had to wait until 1745 with two reminders before a mechanic furnished a safety inspection sticker. Also, TNT swapped out my fresh oil and replaced with black, spent oil - 5 qts. to be exact. My cycle only holds 3.4 qts and it was overflowing! Also TNT destroyed my clutch master cylinder bladder seal and banjo bolt boot with phillips screwdriver pry marks. Brakes still not bled and remain spongy. TNT denied responsibility and did not offer replacement parts, oil or filter. Also TNT deliberately left the ignition on, drained my battery, and tried to sell me a new one. DO NOT TRUST! No accountability or follow-thru to assure completion and quality service.

While traveling thru El Paso, I had the unfortunate fate of having a rear tire to blow out on my Honda Goldwing. Contacted TNTMotoworx on Monday morning and what a pleasant surprise to have someone on the other end of the line that was actually concerned about my problem. I took my dirtbike so they can repair the forks on it, and Nancy told me that she can leave me my bike like new for 500 dollars . When I went to pick it up She gave me a bill of 900 dollars it never ran the same again it even had lose screws.
