When I first walked in, there was only one sales lady on the floor, and there were two female patrons ahead of me. The sales lady was hospitable, however I ended up waiting probably at least half an hour or more. At first I didnt mind because I really was determined to get a new bed because I needed one, so I proceeded to look around thoroughly of their selection. But in actuality I ended up not giving this business patronage for various reasons. I was more than patient, I got a good look around, and the sales lady said the bed I initially wanted was not in stock. Okay, second strike. Then the beds were rather pricey. I did qualify for financing but the sales lady was I felt pressuring me to buy a bed I really didnt like just to make a sale. I wasnt okay with that. At that point I was already turned off, and politely walked away. So they lost a sale, thus a repeat customer. I did buy a mattress there in 2017, and had little issues. I was a happy customer at that time, but this time they lacked in sales staff, availability, and the approach was not suitable for me. Never coax people into buying something they dont want or dont like. I ended up getting my bed from Sams Club and Im quite happy with it.

Awesome customer service and good quality mattresses

Buyer beware, if you are like me and had a memory foam, temperature control mattress do not go for the Tempur-pedicFirm. We made the mistake of buying a king size dual mattress and frame because of my acid reflux. This means you have 2 XL twin beds that can fold at the head or feet. We paid over $7k and I regret it every bit. I tried sleeping on it for a week, it was so hard and uncomfortable that I started sleeping in another room. I called to get it switch to a softer one which cost another $420, but they will not order it because you have to sleep on it for 30 days. Apparently this happens often, but the sales people do not caution you or advise you. Tempur-pedic is overrated. Next time We will buy their brand to insure availability.

Originally I thought buying a mattress would be a headache and would take forever, but Angie was very very knowledgeable and professional. Her Customer service was definitely on point! Worst buying experience ever! They earned our business by throwing in a Bed frame with our purchase but we spent over $2,500 cash for a mattress that we did not end up liking and had to wait over 5wks to receive it so that was disappointing to begin with. We ended up exchanging the mattress and upgraded to a better model for for an additional $1,600 for a total of over $4,000 cash. Unfortunately for us, next week will be another 6wks since we paid for the upgrade and completed the exchange. Every single time they’ve given us a delivery date since then it never shows up when they say it will so we call and they always have the same answer “We don’t know where your mattress is”, “We scheduled it for the following week”, “It didn’t come in with this order”, “We should have it next week” all just to be let down again, again, and again. Called Tempur Pedic myself and unfortunately they were not able to help because we didn’t buy directly through them but informed me that there should be no reason we should have waited this long BOTH times for our mattress. Go direct through the manufacturer and cut the middleman out!!

Do not buy mattresses there, they sell mattresses very expensive, and bad quality, they make a contract in favor of them so you can not exchange or get your money back, even that they promise that they will exchange the mattress in 90 days if for any reason you did not like it, you are not confortable or the mattress is damage. They make you paid $69dlls for re delivered, and $300dlls for exchange, they also make you to deal with the mattress company instead of them to fix the problem. Angie Hernandez was the sales lady that when l bought two of the mattresses she was very nice, but when l notify her of the problem that l have with mattress she was very impolite, offensive and unprofessional, Elva A lady that send me two workers she mentioned that the mattress was ok, and when l told her that their own employees stated that the mattresses were damage by going over an inch an a half down and the springs were already damage with less than three months of used. As you probably know is is one of the worst customer service than l ever had.

Angie was just amazing and so helpful. Great customer service. She went above and beyond to help with what fit our needs and not the companies. Very friendly explained what each mattress had and what was best for us. Took her time with us. Didnt rush us with purchasing. We came back after 30 years and were not disappointed. So muchas Gracias for having such an amazing employee!

Great shopping experience. Even though the staff was extremely busy they still greeted us as soon as we entered and that they would be with us as soon as possible. They also went into great detail with the reasons for their recommendations and helped find the perfect matress for us.

Shopped around all day at other mattress stores until we came across Popular Mattress where Kevin assisted us. Kevin was extremely helpful and took his time finding the mattress that fit us best. I ordered a queen size bed for my daughter on April 3, 2020, upon getting home after assembling it, my daughter laid on it and rolled over and the boxspring cracked and came out through the bottom.I reported it to the store, they were rude and said they would try and replace it. Here I am April 30, 2020, and this morning I received a message stating the bed didnt come in, so I was rescheduled for next Friday.Very bad service at that location!

The people were very attentive and knowledgeable. They were willing and able to find past transactions to make comparisons easier. They were having a Memorial day sale and the costs were reasonable. They always have high quality merchandise as well being able to make customized bedding. They have some additional clearance and accessories sales.

My whole family has been buying from Popular Mattress. The sales people are very sleep smart and they help you decide what is best.

I have seen their commercials and have known that they are locally owned, but have never even tried to look for a mattress here but I thought they would be over priced or not quality products, but to my amazement I was pleasantly surprised with the prices and personal attention given by the store mgr. Angie Hernandez. I purchased the bed best suited for us a Beautyrest by Simmons, 3x back support firm mattress, cant wait to sleep on it. Go see them!

Extremely unsatisfied with the customer service! This is the 3rd mattress we have bought there. Salespeople seemed accommodating when we were buying. But after the sale failed to follow through on what he said. HAVE LEFT MESSAGES BUT MANAGEMENT HAD NOT REACHED OUT. Feel bad about complaining because the owner has always worked to satisfy the customer.

My wife and I had been shopping around for a Tempurpedic mattress all weekend long and ended our search at Popular Mattress. The only thing that kept me from a 5-star rating was the long wait for delivery. Fernie negotiated a free adjustable base, a protective cover, two pillows, and sheets for the price of the mattress alone.
