Wife and I walked in while he was showing a mattress to another guy. 1st thing I noticed was their cut up display piece was from a used mattress. 2nd thing is look at the types of labels on mattresses. Do your research. This way you can spot refurbished mattresses being passed off as new.. Not every labeled mattress means its new.. And any place even a giant retailer that offers exchanges (usually 90 days) if not satisfied, guess what, youre probably getting an exchanged one that someone took back. We didnt buy anything.
