I came here for Tamales after hearing about them. Unfortunately, they were out of the red Tamales, so the search continued.... I did find items here that are not at Walmart though. This is a Mexican market and while I was there it was very crowded. The tortillas smelled amazing though. Will be back after construction in the area is done.

Remodeling a plus,. Very convenient walking distance,. Fresh produce,. And meat always cold and fleshly cut,. Never had a ploblem.

Great place for your authentic mexican foods.prices vary.it has a little bit everything.also fresh meat deli.Its just a bit small,it can get crowded at times.the parking is not the greatest.Its in the corner of the main lights🚥🤦but still convenient for shopping

I really dont like it there, its to small and it hard to move around. When I would go and buy a pack of flower tortilla, there were all gone and had to wait and not only me.. cause the person before me bought them all for his burritos he sell. So stopped buying them there. If they know this happens and they dont do anything about. It means the dont care. and there parking is bad. They park how ever they want and there no handicap parking.It to small for the traffic that though there.But if that what you like,nock yourself out.

Best place in town to get hot fresh tortillas

If you want Mexican flour and corn tortillas, Amigo Market is the best place in El Chuco town to get them. They also have a carniceria. They carry pastor meat, fajitas (chicken and beef), marinated carne asada, menudo, etc. During the weekends they also sell menudo, Mexican Barbacoa. A lot of Mexican items and goodies: Jacintos, salsas, mueganos, mangos enchilados, etc.I put 4 stars because the other regular groceries are a little over priced. Like eggs, milk, chips, etc.

I love this little market! The flour and corn tortillas taste like the ones from the tortillerias across the border, not at all like the ones packed with conservatives that make them taste like patas.... they have fresh meat, fresh pork lard, salsas that truly taste homemade, etc! Excellent service every time I go!

This market used to have more than fair pricing but since corona they are charging double if not almost triple the price for produce that would be available cheaper at Walmart or even target. So sad I used to love going here now I only go for the flour tortillas but even that I am thinking of not getting anymore. Just sad.

This store is but that big and some of the carts cannot be taken outside so if you get the little ones, which look like toys (dont get more than you can carry). Also the parking is now very good. There seems to always be vendors trucks that make parking difficult. Even the parking at the front of the store can be dangerous when backing out into the street.The prices vary. Some things have awesome prices while others are way too much. The hot and fresh tortillas though are bomb.

Manager at the location is very rude. I called to ask a question and he just hung up on my face, RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE.

Love Their Fresh Homemade Tortillas. Their produce is always fresh and very reasonably priced. Their meat market is reasonably priced but I was deeply disappointed to learn they will not give you the price per pound on any cut of meat. I called today to ask about the price on the T-Bone and I was told they wont give out prices over the phone. I understand if theyre concerned about competition, but what about penny wise customers such as myself? My prime cut meat money will be going to someone else cause of this. Im shopping for 1½ cut T-Bone Steaks, I dont care if theyre a few minutes from me, they lost some points with me today.

Its so easy to get good things at an affordable price. Im in love with their flour tortillas, especially right out of the machine. :)
