This is the best Target I have ever been to. The staff here has a sense of humor and is down to earth. From the moment I entered, I was welcomed by three associates who were truly welcoming. In the changing rooms, the associates were kind and patient as I waited for my daughter to try on clothes. Even as I was leaving, I was treated with kindness and respect in a casual manner that made feel comfortable and respected. Great staff and great service!

Did a self service check out. Was helped by male employee. He was a GREAT help. He had patience with my mom. I really appreciated that!!

Clean restrooms and the store is well organized and always clean. There is a cafe in the store. I placed an order online and it arrived there quickly and intact, with free shipping. I usually come here for makeup because they have a huge makeup section that is always well stocked and beautifully organized, unlike some other retailers.

Fastest and most efficient Target when it comes to drive up orders. I’ve been to the one on George Dieter and Joe Battle and this is the winner by far. Plus they have more selection when it comes to vegan food

Ive been using the mobile app and it is super convenient and easy to use. The parking is great and they bring out my order right away.

Real good survise

The grocery section is rarely ever properly stocked. Today the place looked like a disaster, only one lane open. Terrible customer service from everyone except the gentleman handing the wiped carts. That kid is doing a great job. I can not say the same for the one cashier that was working. It is ridiculous of management to do that to their employees.

Everyone we came in contact with at Bassett location addressed us saying hi, inquiring if we needed anything and/or thanked us from the entrance to the exit. This is rarely experienced at any other retailers like Walmart, Food King or Albertsons. Kudos to the great training, fostering an inviting guest shopping experience!

Every time I come and I have questions the workers always help out. Today I needed a phone charger and a gentleman in electronics helped me quick.i didnt get his name but Im always pleased with the store. Thanks

Hands down my favorite Target!! We are a big family just moving to the area. I was overwhelmed looking for things I asked a young man who was putting items on a shelf, for help!! Easy and convenient! We need something quick and can’t take down our autistic son off the car so this is so much better for us. Thank you for putting this drive up option. What would make it top notch and better is if you offered to allow milk to be purchased at pick up and other frozen items.

Forgot to pack some stuff for a trip so I had to make a choice between Target and Wal Mart. Target got the vote and out I went. The products I needed were very easy to find and the store looked pretty clean and well kept. I did self checkout and the clerk there did walk by me several times and didnt say a word. Other than that it was a good trip.

Small but it’s all good. The design of the store is so nostalgic. It’s the smallest target in El Paso, but will find what you are looking for. For me the staff is friendly.

Open the entrances!! Quit forcing everyone into and out of one entrance. That will not prevent covid, but only force everyone into one little area.Oh and update your stock online. I am not a happy person when I drive somewhere because it says they have something and then they don’t have it.

Awesome!!! They gave me all my items and they were waiting for me when I drove up to pick it up. I remained parked less than a minute. Would definitely be using the drive up pick up service again.

Great customer service by Josh. He went beyond than what he should have. Did not hesitate to clean or make faces when my 1 year old grandson threw up in front of him.

It was easy to do in store pick up. I also had to exchange some shoes that didnt fit. I no longer had the tag and thought it would be a hassle. It was no problem.

Caramel popcorn machine not working....... again!!! Seriously Target? They just dont want to clean the machine I guess. Managers, please take Caramel Popcorn off the menu if youre not going to sell it.

I did my first pick up at target today for a modem that I’ve been needing for the longest time but NEVER have time to do it. So I decided to order online and pick it up when I had time during my busy day. Well let me tell you that I’ll be using these services again! It was so easy and quick.

I used the Drive-up service and it was quick. When I pulled up my order was ready. I probably stayed in the parking lot for less than 15 seconds.

The bathrooms are always absolutely disturbingly dirty. Yesterday I used the family bathroom and there was a mountain of used toilet paper sitting on the floor next to the toilet. Paper towels on the floor and black dirty marks on the tile. Also, no paper towels to dry my hands. Please take more time to make sure your restrooms are stocked and clean for your guests.

Its close to where I work, and thats very convenient for me. Also the sales associates are always very friendly and willing to help.

I ordered two of the same articles and when I picked them up there was only one. The online store count said there was 4 available, but there was only one. GIGO - Garbage in - Garbage out.

I wont be shopping at any other Target. This Target cleans the shopping carts, makes sure people are 6 feet away from each other AND they clean the self check out area after each use. It is soooo clean, I feel really safe and clean shopping there. I had to run into Walmart for something, I prolly have herpes now. Jk. But for real, thank you specifically this Target, because I just left the one on George Dieter and its cleanliness is not even close.

I love the style of fashion clothing and home goods. I also know that when I buy groceries at Target, Im getting quality goods.

The workers that processed the order gave me a broken item. When I told them I wanted an item that was not broken Kim told me to go find it off the store shelf. I looked and didn’t find it. I went back to Kim she finally checked the system and target was out of stock. She told me to drive to the west side or Far East side to get the item I needed. Nothing but haste.

They were courteous and very prompt with my order.

Lack of masks enforcement and check out line are not Properly socially distance The entrance into the target store is extremely crowded and unsafe this needs to be fixed I should been should’ve been addressed months ago not now

The employees here are extremely pushy about you signing up for Red Card and Target Circle. I have come here with headphones in and purchased something through self check out and there will be an employee going on and on about it in my ear even though I am wearing headphones and have already told them no thank you. Today when I told the employee no thank you, the employee made fun of me and continued his pitch. I had already spoken to the manager about this about a month ago, but nothing has changed. I think they have a quota they are trying to meet. Anyway I wouldn’t go here unless you’re prepared for a pushy sales pitch while you’re just trying to go about your day.

Went into Target (since they promote being pet friendly) I took my puppy in to buy some things. I was shopping in the electronics section and one of their employees told me to leave because my puppy was scaring people mind you everyone was coming up to him to play with him because of how playful he is.

Well stocked & organized. Employees are always friendly. Everytime I go there employees are always asking if I need help finding anything which is very helpful. Best target so far!

I was very disappointed with the womens bathroom. Two of the sinks were covered and out of order and the other two were clogged. I believe management needs to be more proactive in keeping up with the maintenance of the bathrooms. Other than this the store was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful

Its not to far from where I live. Everything is kept clean. Staff is friendly. Can usually find what I need. Its inside a shopping center with other stores and food court along with a movie theater.

Service beats walmart... hands down!!! They ordered the bathing suit pieces I needed right there where I was shopping and charged my card...no shipping cost! From the mannequin to my cart!!!! Love Target!

There was a little bit of line having only 2 lanes open. But the service was nice and went by fast. The cleanliness of Target was pretty good and everything was easy to find.

I was shopping and an associate by the name of Angel was a big help! Was gift shopping for my daughter and he made some great recommendations as to what was in style for her age group!
