Placed an online pick up order and went yesterday 5/7 and the order wasn’t ready but the girl at the door told me when it is ready just to come and stand by the door and not in the line to get my order. So today 5/8 I do as I was told and a different girl at the front door told me I had to stand in the LONG line of customers that were shopping in store to receive my item that was already paid for, I had to stand in a line for them to literally hand me my bag. Well I wait in the line for close to an hour and moved 3 spots but had to leave due to time.The manager spoke with another pickup customer and told her the same thing, hence why I didn’t bring it to her attention. The email says You can do curb pickup but the phone line is ALWAYS busy and you never get through to anyone.I just want someone from Pandora to explain why they are rewarding customers who think ahead and order online for pick up have to stand in line with everyone else shopping in store?

Drove 30 minutes to buy a charm and made it to the store 20 minutes before closing time. A lady was standing at the door turning customers away. A couple was informing her that they already knew what they needed to buy and were not there to browse (my same situation) but she simply denied their entrance. Whats the point of having store hours if they arent going to respect them?

If I could give zero stars I would. We made two trips over an hour one way to exchange a bracelet for the right size (sizing online is inaccurate) the second time they said they couldn’t exchange (even though we had the receipt) it because it was ordered online through PayPal. They can exchange with other third party payments but not PayPal for whatever unexplainable reason. Needless to say we will be returning all purchases now and will receive no future business from us either. This is so disappointing as I have looked forward to having a charm bracelet for some time and the first charm was for the birth of our first child this Mother’s Day.

So this was my first time shopping at pandora and I recently shopped there Mother’s Day weekend, although the line was long my first experience here at the store was amazing!! Iris helped me out and showed me many options to chose from. I will definitely be coming back 😊

I placed an online order this Friday the 7TH early in the day, and my online order said it would be ready 6-8hours. I went to the store since they would not answer their phone and they informed me that my order would not be completed for another day or so. I called over the weekend multiple times and never got an answer. Yesterday, Sunday 9th i went down to the store to inquire about my order and was informed that my order wouldnt be completed until Monday. So today rolls around and my order was completely cancelled. And to add insult to injury they sent me five seperate emails informing my order had been cancelled.They provide awful customer service and dont answer their phones.

One star because it’s the minimum possible. The service is awful. They sure act like they don’t want your sale. I’ve been trying for a week to buy a $200 bracelet from there to no success. I would have already had it by now if I world have just ordered online and would not have been mistreated.

Ok service if you dont mind waiting in line for 30 minutes. This all falls on Management, they allow one person in but do not have a time limit for the person buying. So you could wait outside for more than 30 minutes if the person shopping is one of those pests.

Currently only allowing one person per purchase in the store because of the pandemic. My dad took me to help him pick a new charm for my mom and I was denied entry into the store because I was not making a purchase. I completely understand being safe in these times but let’s be efficient about it.

I have been a Pandora customer since 2012. My experience on May 8, 2020 at the Cielo vista location has been by far the worst. I made an online purchase on May 7th at 2:00pm. The order was an in-store pick up. Once I payed for my order I received an email stating that my order would be ready for pick up in 6-8 hours. I decided to wait until the next day. To allow the store some extra time to work on having my order ready. I arrived at the store at 11:50am. I spoke with the employee manning the door. I mentioned that I was there for an order pick up. She mentioned that I had to get in line with everyone that was there for purchases. I mentioned that my order was already paid for. She then said that the store was short staffed and that the person responsible for completing in store pick ups was not available, and that I needed to do the line, since she couldnt warranty that the items that I had paid for were even available. I made the hour long line. Once inside, I explained everything to the employee that was helping me, she was able to retrieve the items that I was interested in and had purchased online.Then she informed me that I had to pay for these items. I showed the employee proof of purchase and the order number. She insisted that I had to pay again because this was a separate purchase. I told her that I didnt understand why I had to pay for the exact same items that I had already purchased online. I was supposed to only pick up my order. She then proceeded to call a manager, Im assuming she didnt understand why either. Since she couldnt explain it herself. The manager insisted that if I wanted to take the items I had to pay for them again. Because she didnt have the personnel or the time to process the online orders. I mentioned that I could understand the overwhelming amount of online orders that they might have been receiving, since it was mothers day weekend. But that their website clearly advertises a 6-8 hour window for in store pick ups. That if I had been explained the situation I wouldve abstained from making a purchase.Bottom line, the only option that I was given was to pay for the items, again. Or to leave emptyhanded after having already paid. I decided to pay again. The manager mentioned that she would cancel and refund my money from the online purchase. May 10th, I am still waiting for her to to fulfill her word. I am to say the least disappointed and frustrated on how this location operates.

Ive been trying to call regarding an online pickup order and the phone is always off the hook.They told me that the order would be ready 1.5-2 days from now even though it was purchased early yesterday and online says it will be ready within 6-8 hours. The other option was to wait in the long line that doesnt move to possibly be helped.At this point, either because my review or not; they completely canceled my order 4 days after I did it.This was an awful and unprofessional experience.

The manager hung up on me while I was trying to ask a question. She rushed me off the phone and I still had questions she literally hung up on me. So I called right back she didn’t answer the other employee told me that she thought I was done talking. You are supposed to ask if I need anything else or have any other questions. She seemed aggressive over the phone. That was bad customer service and just very unnecessary.

Crazy long lines every time you go by there, I went in as soon as they opened and 4 ladies in line already, I waited 1 hour for them to look around and not buy anything from them. I was exchanging an item and I had to stand there while they looked around. If youre exchanging something make a separate line for that, once I left there were at least 20 more people in line.

I’ve been calling the store numerous of times for the past two days and nobody picks up the phone. No matter how busy you are there should be someone who will be able to answer your call by the second or third time. It is the worse customer service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I was there yesterday to buy a bracelet and some charms for my mom but ended up going to Swarovsky and buying a gift there instead, where they did treat me right! They have a very chaotic and disorganized system to get into the store when theres a lot of people waiting. Theres a line, in which I intuitively got on to get to the store but no one told me a needed to do the extra step of getting in a sign in sheet! So it was a bit surprise that when I get to the front of the line this lady from Pandora wouldnt let me in since I wasnt on their sign in sheet. What was really upsetting is that this lady wouldnt do anything to help me and she passed two other people (that were behind me on the line) ahead of me to the store. Another couple in front of me ran into the same issue and the same negative response from the Pandora employee to help. So we were waiting in this line for 20+ minutes and she still wanted us to wait more until they would call our name from their sign in sheet! This was completely unacceptable since no one from Pandora at not point approached us to make sure we were in their sign in sheet! This Terrible Service made me take my business elsewhere where I do feel as an appreciated customer! Pandora needs to work better on training their employees and if theyre going to have a sign in sheet make sure everybody on the line is already signed up and not assume they are already to avoid these kind of issues!

Pandora store in El Paso TX has incompetent rude and disrespectful.. I guess I have to call them, young girls. They place full responsibility on the customer for their their own mistakes!! Jasmine is the rudest of all. She needs to get a clue about how customers are supposed to be treated. The jewelry is not cheap so at the very least they should respect the fact that customers are paying good money for their services. If Jasmine is left in charge while the manager is out, hold on to your money and go somewhere else! She doesn’t deserve the sales! Spend your time and money where it’s appreciated.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PANDORA!!! Horrible customer service!! The store manager Lee should be fired!!! If I could give this no stars I would. Went in to exchange a bracelet for a smaller size... said I could exchange it so I put all my charms in my new bracelet and after looking at the date in the ticket store manager said no and made me take the new bracelet off and I walked out of there with all my charms in the palm of my hand. NEVER WILL I SHOP THERE AGAIN. They make it seem like you’re trying to take their money when simply just want to exchange to be able to actually wear the bracelet... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!

Worst customer service EVER!! Went in today to exchange my bracelet with receipt in hand without expecting to be treated so poorly, I was greeted by Jessica, I let her know I was there to exchange my bracelet due to it being the wrong size, mind you it was a gift that was bought and given to me the day before for Mother’s Day, everything was as it was issued to my husband at time of purchase, as soon as she opened the gift box she rudely said we can’t exchange it, it’s used, the bracelet had only been tried on when I opened it, of course her remark upset me I’ve been a Pandora customer for years and never encountered this type of issue at this store, I stated to her how is the bracelet used if I just received it yesterday and only tried it on, she then walked over to her supervisor Andre to whom I told how is it that she’s stating the bracelet is used if my husband purchased it yesterday and I only tried it on, I asked him did you all sell him a used bracelet?? He told me to give them a minute and finally did the exchange. Never again, definitely going to Jared for my future Pandora purchases, better customer service there by far!!

We felt very welcome. The sales person worked with us patiently and knew the product lines very well. The gifts were carefully wrapped and labeled to avoid mix ups. She carefully explained why to keep the receipt in a safe place for at least a year.
