I called Carlos early in the morning asking him to fix my garage door. He arrived within 10 minutes to my house. I went to the atm and by the time I came home, he had finished all the work. We agreed that he would fix the broken spring but he went above and beyond by also moving the reinforcements to where they are supposed to be (they were not working properly where they were). So i called this place around noon to ask for estimate and Carlos said he would try to make it same day but that he had other jobs ahead of me. Since i got off work at 5 i thought he was not going to make it since i had not heard from him. He called me right before 6 saying he didnt forget n that he was on his way. He looked at garage n said right away it was not bad n that it would be 65dlls. I thought it was reasonable so i told him i wanted the job done thinking it would be on another day since it was past 6:30 and dark alrwady but he just said he needed to get tools from truck n started working on it. I was surprised n happy. He finished in less than 30 minutes. Garage door works fine, he gave some advise on future details i need n was on his way. I am so happy i called him.
