Dont even think about using this company, Jesna.They dont give you correct company info, never give you a straight answer, wont provide manufacture of the windows they sell/install and wont provide window measurements. This is sos they can claim you have custom sized windows, which will be a special order and once you pay your deposit you cant get it back. Go with someone who doesnt require half upfront, a well established company, who will provide a written estimate with sizes, and style listed. This will allow you to compare apples to apples, instead of apples to who knows what... I warned you so, proceed at your own risk.

Horrible experience.... do not believe a word they say. They will provide Horrible customer service once they receive the product. They gave me a quote of 2600 dollars as to which only half was the cost that they charged for the windows. They didnt install the product and instead just left them in front of my homewithout an acceptance of goods. The company does not have the customers interest in mind and handles failure of products and services very poorly. They show up late, dont verify if the product is in, dont answer phone calls or customers concerns/complaints. The company gave me the run around and I still to.this day do not know who the owners are buy I do know that the good reviews on here are not entirely real Mr. Perez and his staff are not a company to work with and do not take out peexprmits for windows. Please explore your options before getting yourself into a mess like we did.

Please look else where for your door needs. Excuses after excuses why they could not provide the doors I ordered, wrong sizes on a few and I had to finally settle for a lower quality door at the same price. Poor customer service, they did not want to compensate me for the price difference.

These guys are extremely sloppy. They failed to meet their own timelines on work being done, showed up late to install my windows, and did a terrible install job(most likely cause they did the whole job at night). The management did not work with me at all with my complaints.

Never been treated so horribly, the customer service is just horrible. Would never recommend to anyone doesnt matter how big or small the project it is not worth it.

Awful service!The kitchen window they installed at my house broke a few months after the installation. I called and they said they would come during that week, but they didnt come that week, or the next, or the next. They never came. Their customer service people are very nice, but they will lie to you.

I absolutely love the final product of my windows and doors, everything came out great and just as expected. They are a small family owned business so they dont do things like a corporate company would on the professional standpoint, but none the less with a little patience and appreciation for a local small business they get the job done and get it done well.

We did not want to rate or judge this company based on previous reviews, so we took a chance on them as we believe in seeing things for ourselves. For starters, The rep was an hour late to our scheduled appointment. I called twice after waiting for 30 and 45 minutes to cancel the meeting all together and he made his way over after I complained anyway.We started fresh again as he told us he was late due to having to finish up another window job.He told us that due his tardiness, he would give us a small discount. We heard his presentation on Windows and also doors at and promised to send us an estimate on that the next day via email.Its been 4 days and we havent heard back on the door estimate but did receive a call asking if we wanted the Windows or not.This company could do very well if they did not lack professionalism. They were unable to keep their word on so many different levels. Im sure the work is decent, however the customer service, the timeliness and persistence to get the product sold after they have not completed their part will not be a sell for me.

This place is a rip off. They change their price after giving it to you and are really expensive.

Called because I had an emergency, they told me they will show up at one time had me waiting all day never showed up . Called again the next day samething never showed up . Horrible experience . Need to work on communicating the customer . Not reliable at all.
