I love Sears! Every time I go there those amazing Craftsman tools are on sale. Sometimes 50% off. Ive got a lot of my dads tools. He always bought Craftsman. Some of those tools are 30 years old and still working great! Even if I broke one being 30 years old, I could take it over there today and get a free replacement! Cant beat that! I have a Craftsman mower that I bought 18 years ago, Im still using it.I love getting 50% off as far as I am concerned the best tools out there! On top of that like a big cherry made is USA on all those tools! Thats a huge plus!Thanks Sears!
This store is practically empty. Nothing in stock, floors are empty. This used to be my go to place for appliances, clothes, tools, and garden tools & furniture.
I purchased a Range and a Dishwasher from Sears department store! They were very patient with me and helped me find what I need. Also they have delivery and installation for there. I was approved in a matter of minutes and took the range the same day and Im having the dishwasher delivered! I left happy and they made everything simple for me. I accidentally got a 3 plug for the range and they switched it out for the 4 plug for me. I had a great experience there! Everything is affordable, love this company folks, shop at Sears because they got things right. Lots of things to choose from and they will bargain with you especially the warranties and service which has always been good to us.

Sears is the best. Their auto department has been taking care of my familys cars for years. Went in for help with our Kenmore refrigerator and the salesman was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. This Sears location never disappoints.

Jaime, a Sears associate, was an absolute ambassador for Sears. I would have never even thought about signing up for another card but because of Jaime’s knowledge and expertise it was not even a question. This man has absolutely put customer service as his top priority. What an absolutely epic purchase experience today!!! I will be recommending Sears to all of my friends as well as my Soldiers. I have been active duty for over 17 years now and I would be hard pressed to find service as good as this and I’ve traveled the world several times over. Absolutely phenomenal customer service, thank you Jaime! Jamie even ensured I was taken care of at merchandise pickup. He helped me secure everything in the bed of my truck! I will absolutely buy again from this store.
Appliances are more expensive, unless you get a cancelation appliance deal, then they wont deliver it. They advertise one promo instore although Sears Card Services never honors it...so dishonest. Done with sears.

Purchased an appliance in store, salesman was polite and professional but after that Sears failed miserably with instock item, several days for item to arrive, once it did arrive, received an inconvenient delivery time with after stating my availability... after 45+ minutes on hold was able to change delivery date and time to my schedule but was left without delivery all morning after preparing to receive appliance... spent several calls this morning calling call center only to find out I had no delivery scheduled, to I was on delivery schedule but with no delivery time, which meant no delivery... to no, I wasnt even on delivery list... call center person was not pleasant or professional...I was given todays date for delivery, they failed... several calls by Sears to delivery department trying get info or just schedule a delivery was impossible for them... and they even tried to schedule a future date saying they only delivered certain days... info they give you after the fact... I said I was done with them and their failed attempts to complete a sale, provide a delivery date and time... called salesman at store that was again professional and he even was unable to contact delivery department... after waiting too many days for delivery of appliance, and once it is here somewhere locally, no one, not even Sears can contact delivery department to get the purchase delivered... puras chingaderas... went into store to cancel and refund purchase...Sears is trying to get back on its feet but with these chingaderas theyre not making any fans... I even asked salesman to have store manager call me to explain all that was wrong with purchase but to still provide salesman with his commission since he did well but Sears did not support this employees sale, effort and professionalism...

Definitely not the Sears from years ago. Seems to have too many employees standing around doing nothing, and not enough merchandise (variety). Hardware, the actually only had in stock about 1/4 of what they displayed. Every piece of equipment I went to buy, was out of stock... Guess they lost my $2,500.
I dont know what happened to this place but it looks so empty and sad 😞.

Underrated store for clothing! I had no idea they offered such a wide variety of brands and styles. The clothes are not very expensive at all, either. Im very pleased with my visits, and expect to return fairly often. The only problem Ive ever had is that there is usually only one cashier, and sometimes there is a line of people.
I came into sears yesterday because my truck battery died in Macy’s parking lot. It was after closing time for the automotive staff. I was promptly greeted and assisted. They went well over the extra mile by assisting me with jumping my car and replacing my battery, all while engaging in pleasant conversation. Randy, you rock.

HORRIBLE Experience!!! My balance on my Gift Card was $30 but when I went to pay it had a zero balance. I called the 1800 number and it didnt give me the option to speak to anybody. The gift did not have an expectation date. The cashier was not helpful..no empathy. Then I had an additional problem with shoes....ugh Horrible experience. Be worry with Sears gift cards! They DO Expire even if the employees tell you they dont!!!

Dont buy tools. The lady who helped us didnt even give her name, or her posotion, turns out its Clarissa, and she is the assistant manager of the department. She wouldnt give us an answer as to when we could go for our tools to be fixed. She didnt offer any help, she kept repeating she didnt know when the shipment was coming, that weve been waiting for over 5 months, and wanted us to buy the product again when werent even being helped with the one we wanted fixed in the first place. She said we were yelling and walked away, then proceeded to follow us around the store. And told a different sales associate to not give me the store phone number, behind my back, to which customers were looking at her doing. If there was a no star TURN AROUND warning available, it would be pressed multiple times. If anyone has a Human Resources number available, use it. Or please add it. (07-21-19)
I had a wheel alignment performed on my 2012 Avalon. The dropoff and pickup was pretty quick and hassle-free. I really like the detailed post-alignment report-- which tells you the degree measure of your four wheels before and after the alignment. Very Satisfied! :-)

Since the closer of our sears,it was nice to shop at Sears again. Bought me a new grill at a great price. My current kenmore grill is showing its age but still can grill a steak.

Usually a nice spot to get what you need, especially tools (which they do a great job of repairing for you).
Its an end of an era, Im felling some kind of way, remember, I remember grandmas glasses, keys being cut, watches being fixed, tires, stoves, refrigerators, tools, Levis, shoes, Easter portraits, charge accounts, the Sears catalogue used to be 3 inches thick, I would look through it all year, anticipating Christmas morning
Sears Optical is always wonderful! Theres a young lady that works there, I believe her name is Monica, thats always very honest, professional, friendly, and willing to help! I highly recommend them.
We really like a lot of things and brands we can buy here. I believe is less expensive than other stores, and the service is always good.To be honest this is our preferred store.
Portrait of a dinosaur is all I can say. People thought Kmart was out dated this place takes it by a nose. Everything here looks like a time capsule stuck somewhere in the 90s and late 80s with overblown prices that are better at other stores by a long shot. The only saving grace this place has is the craftsman tool line, apart from that its only good for its almost vaporwave like aesthetics value..
Bought a Kenmore dryer at a very good price & got $300 in free merchandise to spend in installments. Got crocs free today that are usually over $30 at other stores with additional coupon & $7 I earned buying dryer.The only bad thing is that there was only 1 cashier on lower floor & line was long.

Employees have no idea what they are doing. I waited in line for 20 minutes for a store pick up, only to wait in line again for another 10 minutes in a different line, then back to my original line. The employee was asking me how the store pick up works. I told her, all I got was a pick up notification stating that my item was ready. I have no idea how YOUR process works. If they hired competent and courtesy people, maybe Sears and Kmart wouldnt be closing left and right.

I was looking for ( and found ) a pair of shoes to wear to my sons wedding. Not only was the shoes on sale, but I received a coupon earlier for an additional discount today. Furthermore they had an additional coupon for ten dollars to be used in the next few days if I spent 40 dollars or more. With the additional purchase of a long shoehorn I was two cents short. The sales associate mentioned that they had some han lotion on sale for fifty cents. He went and brought the four fragrances to the register for my selection. Since the bottles were 8.4 ounces I bought all four fragrances for only two dollars. All of the associates were very friendly and willing to go the extra distance to be helpful.

I ordered a mattress from Sears and the expected date for the mattress was 1/17/18. I was told to call and make sure the mattress arrived before driving to the store so Ive tried calling for two days now. I still CANNOT get a live person to answer my call. I still have no idea if the mattress has arrived. No wonder Sears is doing so poorly as a business. I will not make any significant purchase at Sears ever again.

I received the most piss poor customer service from the store manager at the Sears in El Paso TX Cielo Vista Mall Location. I went in to Sears on 06/16/2019 (Fathers Day) to purchase a grill. After being sweet talked into opening a credit card which I had no use for other than the grill I was told that specific grill was out of stock. I politely asked for the store manager when one of the associates was just plain out rude and trying to force another grill they had in the back on me. I told the manager of my encounter and she heard me out but seem to care less about what I had to say. I politely asked her if I could buy the floor model at the same price (No Discount) and she told me NO because it was a new model and they would be getting more in. So instead of trying to please a customer and make a sale she told me the only option would be for me to order it and wait until 07/28/2019. I was unhappy with the customer service and attitude of both the store associate and store manager that I just decided to leave. Today I decided to go back and purchase another grill that showed (5) in stock when I talked with an another associate. The line was long so the same store manager from yesterday decided to get on register and help out. I was the next customer in line so I approached the counter and politely told her that I wanted to purchase the grill that I had already inquired about. I assume that she recognized me from the day before because she said she would have to check on the grill. After about 10 minutes she sends out another associate to tell me that they actually did not have any in stock. So they went from (5) to (0) in a matter of 10 minutes which is pretty hard to believe when online is still showing ready for pick up same day. I called Sears Holding and they continued with the horrible customer service saying they have to follow a chain of command by emailing the (Same) store manager who I had already spoke with and wait for a response from her within 3-5days. Talk about a poor management system and lack of customer service but I wish Sears would have gone out of business instead of K-Mart.

Purchased 4 tires. They tacked on lifetime alignment price $100 less than price of 4 tires. I call immediately say thus is a mistake. I get sorry cant refund you, we performed an alignment. Talked to auto service manager same thing. Assistant store manager same thing. Called corporate customer service. Took my statement gave me a case number, issue addressed. Was told if not satisfied call us back immediately. Asside from the excess charge Ive never had an issue with this store.

Employee lied to me to save herself a few minutes of work saying she couldnt give me a price that a manager at sears @ Sunland gave me yesterday no problem. Looking at the other reviews, this seems normal. Will NOT be back if I can avoid it. I wouldve put 1 star but one employee tried his best to help me but 1 person cant make a whole team work
