We enjoyed our visit to Costco and were pleasantly surprised that they have samples again! I am not sure when they started again, but hey! The food court dining area has been drastically reduced in size but the waiting line is smaller thanks in part to the kiosk for ordering. Self checkout is also available now. The store is clean and organized. The best part was a very friendly sample server named Lilia. She was so kind and explained every detail of the product.

They have fresh meats, pastry, and vegetables. I go for the cookies and then to get my favorite hot dog with drink. Only $1.50. plenty of parking and self pay registers, no cash only credit/debit cards.

I like going and the prices are good but I absolutely hate the fact that they move things around almost every month.

We purchased a living room set online. Came damaged and we started return process. The pick up company scheduled pick-up with 4 hours window so my husband took time off from work and waited 6+ hours, no one showed up. My husband called them twice and they told him they will be late and he waited for another hour but still nobody showed up.We called them the following day, they said they have to reschedule us. After two weeks, they called and scheduled for today with 4 hour window from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. They told us that they will call us 30minutes before. We waited until 6:00, no show and no call. At this point, I called Costco customer service and the lady tried to call the company and they were already closed. Costco lady told me to call back tomorrow during their business hour.My husband at 6:30 called the company phone number(called us to schedule ) and a guy answered. He told us that they have other pick-ups and will call us before they come. We told him that we do not live at the pick-up location but we only 15 minutes away and as soon as we get their call, we will be there to meet them. We waited but no one called. I monitored our security cameras at that house, when I saw a pick-up vehicle. We called the company again and they told us they cannot wait and they said they called us. We have our phone with us the whole time and there were no records of their call.This is the worst experience ever. Costco return is a joke!!

Renewal memberships for 2021 are still at $60.00 for (1) year which is a 👍. New Fall & Winter items in store now + Seniors hours are from 9:00 a.m.- 10:00 a.m. throughout the week.

Love their selection, quality and prices. Their staff is great too.They dont take Amex and have no auto checkout application, that I can find.Sams self checkout is awesome. No standing in line.

I always find what Im looking for at Costco, opposed to Sams We usually go during the week after lunchtime and weve been pretty lucky not to be fighting the crowds. Their fruit and vegetables are always fresh and well stocked.

Good place and product except the following: 1. the Basmati rice quality is very poor compared to Royal basmati rice at Sams club, 2. They dont carry wesson product, 2. They dont carry tortillaland product.

Well I asked this lady who worked there where was the baby food products and shes like over there just go this aisle way over there. I was like lady thats not showing me where it is. So rude. So I asked another worker she said Im sorry we dont sell baby food. So I left...I will not renew my membership. I will stick with Sams.

I like Cosco, their products are good and personnel are very helpful and friendly.

So amazing and wonderful if you need to return something. Cafe prices are great too just like the other things they sell. We really like to shop at Costco, El Paso location is well run too

Food court needs some managerial attention. Its very disorganized. One difficult visit is understandable as things happen, but Im on a 5th visit that has not gone correctly. I called and placed an order ahead and did not get my pizza until almost an hour. I was even skipped as others were placed in boxes and put in waiting. The associate tried to give me a stale mix of display pizza as well. Single orders are not working out very well either. There needs to be some attention given to organize the food court.

Been a member for over 3 years. Very happy with prices and variety of products. Kirkland (Costco) brand is good quality. Get my gas as soon as I get out of work, so its a BIG plus they open gas pumps at 600am during the week. Never have many people at that hour.

Staff is polite and the store is always well stocked. Great produce. Smells great in there.

I love Costco. Before the pandemic, I loved the samples they offered. Now I just like the food variety. There are all sorts of staples available, including more exotic things like a $100 Serrano ham! It’s a great place to shop, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. The food court offers great value for the money, and the food is very tasty. It’s a really nice experience all-around!

Alaska and Nashville Costco services are better.Only the food & service there is excellent.But for the shop itself it is horrible.

Always good selections but it would be even better if they had the scan and go option. The lines to leave are always way too long and take forever.

Costco is the most frustrating store to shop. None of the aisles are labeled, the app doesnt even list store inventory, much less product locations. It takes ten times as long as it should to find a couple of things as it should. Apparently theyre subscribing to the IKEA get them so lost they wander the entire store to find one thing and the exit.I SO wish BJs would open here. Sick of Sams and this is a worse alternative.Costco, if anyone in your store actually cares enough to read these, consider this my non-renewal notice.

Its always a great experience going to Costco. I went in got what I needed and a little more of course and didnt have to wait in line for more than five minutes. The warehouse is always organized and clean!!

Wish we had one closer to Abilene. But I have never had a problem with Costco except they are to pushy about face mask.

Costco has a variety of goods at reasonable prices. Its a clean store and very well stocked. They did not accept the Master card from Capital One, but they do accept Visa. To my surprise, Costco is also into Automobile sales.

We have only used the membership 2 times so far and each time has been a nightmare. The lines are crazy long, it’s super crowded, and no app to just check out quick and leave. I understand this is the only one in town but it’s just to crazy for us I’m going to cancel and go back to Sams club.

Our favorite store, it will be great if there is another location in El Paso, too many shoppers on Saturdays and Sundays.

Good prices and deals on all kinds of items. Freindly staff. But this store is always soooo crowded along with the parking lot. Terrible especially on weekends and holidays.

Why would you put a costco in this tiny parking lot area? All else was fine, almost got crashed into 3 times while looking for parking spot. People slow it down when in a congested parking lot gonna kill a pedestrian.

Went to get glasses 🤓 adjusted and one of the associates was very helpful and gave great info on our situation.

If you have a large family to support, you cant afford not to have a Costco membership.We forgot our membership card at home but we were able to get a temporary pass printed up by showing our state I.D.The store is clean and customer service was very helpful and courteous.

So glad there is a Costco here in El Paso!Great store, kept very clean. Went to look at computer but the selection on laptops wasnt all that great! However, I did get a good deal on the Skull Candy INDY ANC Fuel wireless ear buds. They are about 30 dollars cheaper here than they are on the skull candy website. I was really surprised with the quality of these. The sound quality is great and they are the best ear buds Ive owned. Work great for listening to music or talking on the phone while driving and the charging case that comes with them is great.

We like going there . Great value on the items that they sell. Very organized. Like walking the isles sometimes they have different items at good prices . I was looking for a handcart to move stuff around and found one there for $79.00 very good.We are regulars there

Everything comes in bulk so its great for big families & or corporate functions & make sure you bring ur own bags or boxes to put ur goods in

We were here on a busy Sunday. The check out line was very long but the staff worked very hard to keep us moving and the cashier was very pleasant.

It’s Costco! This place is amazing, especially for wholesale/bulk organic groceries and other goods. Selection is always top quality and the Kirkland brand is affordable and always just as amazing. I always look forward to a Costco. Just be advised they have super strict Covid policies for your safety as well as the employees. Although it is the only Costco in town, it is always worth the trip! I hope we get one on the westside soon!

Came to renew my membership and customer service was horrible. Had to wait in a really long line behind everybody returning merchandise to renew my membership this is how they try to gain business. Elsa that checks receipts was rude when i asked her if there was a different line for what i needed. And apparently returning an item takes priority over a new membership. They literally left me waiting in line while I took care of people behind me in line who were returning items.

You knew, Im starting to really dislike Costco. I switched from Sams to Costco not long ago and, its becoming the same thing. I cant walk in there looking for dog food only and come out buying 5 hundred bucks worth of stuff!! Some really cool stuff though, you know, the kind that people will later ask you hey where did you get that, and of course Ill be like uhhh, ummm, I dont remember... you know because if everyone goes out and buys the same stuff as you, suddenly youre not that cool and your stuff loses its cache...

This place is awesome. I enjoy going to Costco everything they have is healthy and prices are good. Love their ice cream.

Found almost everything I wanted. They’re running out of slot of stuff cuz of the Memorial Day weekend. Of course I bought more than what I need, but that’s because there’s so many nice things to choose from.

The store is always very clean, and it seems like theres always someone wiping down the handles of the refrigerators and freezers. The staff is courteous and professional, and if the line starts to back up they open up more cashiers very quickly. Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes to check out.

Well stocked place to buy household supplies and grocery items in bulk.

Customer service was a very rude blonde lady with light colored eyes, who did not help me at all. I drove all the way from Mexico for something they had promised me earlier on the phone. But she said no, go talk to whoever has promised you. And she did not help me at all.My problem was I wanted to use my membership to buy online from Costco.com, but did not have a membership ID. I had purchased my Costco membership in Mexico, and their customer service had told me to go and just get a membership ID for online shopping from this branch of Costco in El Paso.

Only used for gas and this one has lots of pump lanes, so the lines moved quickly.

Love it, just it gets kind of crowded. Another one needs to be built on the east side of town.

Initially I put CostCo in the group with all the other box stores. A few days ago, I went in search of a great TV. The person working in that area went out of his way to go get a mail flyer that had a reduced price starting the next day and the sale included a five year warranty on the TV. This saved me over $300 and I got a great looking and sounding TV to boot. I salute CostCo on the customer support training of their employees.

The parking lot is insane! I would not recommend going here if you can help it although it is the only one in the area

Terrible customer service at this branch! The supervisor of membership services (dont remember the name but was a lady with blonde hair) is very impolite. I traveled for very long distance based on approval received from COSTCO customer service online while got RUDELY rejected at this branch. The request was very simple membership services (supervisor) said they will not help me even though the online COSTCO approved this is doable and I traveled 2 hours from very far to this branch to receive service.

Always have a great stock of different fish and meat. My familys go to for bulk purchases, including water and diapers. Costco has played it smart throughout Covid and I highly recommend shopping here. The executive membership pays for itself with the cashback reward at the end of the year.

Unfortunately, Costco does not want people that live by themselves to shop with them. As I went to the service desk today, to renew my membership, because I do not live with my niece, I was not able to share the membership with her. This does not make sense as we both live by ourselves. I, because Im am a senior citizen and she, because she has her own apartment. Doesnt make sense that senior citizens with limited income and live on their own, are discriminated of membership because of living by themselves. Also, what was suggested by the employee is for either my niece fot myself to lie about us living at the same address. Her suggestion was for me to have some junk mail or some type of proof of address of where my niece resides. What happened to integrity, what happened to good work ethic? In other words, Costco wants me to lie in order to get a membership? Or also, because I do not reside at my nieces home, that automatically disqualifies me from sharing a membership with my niece or any other relative that does not live in my household. Simply not fair and I definitely felt discriminated by this policy that you all have, but worst of all, I felt very bad when the employee suggested for me to lie only to get a membership. If this is how she conducts herself, what other unethical practices does she suggest to other customers or fellow employees? Is this what Costco is all about? Discriminating against seniors and/or fixed income, potential customers. And also, allowing employees to suggest unethical practices? Very disappointed Costco.

Being a warehouse it arranges the food and isles driving me crazy having to go through the whole store with a heavy shopping cart. I understand this is a sale tactic at most groceries, but a warehouse?.. Considering the sick and elderly that just want to grab and go.
