I came here to return a couple of things from Amazon and they sure make it easy quick and painless. Was able to pull up go in and walk right to the counter and get my stuff returned within just moments. The ladies were really nice. On top of the great customer service Kohls also gave a 25% off coupon. If you know Kohls theyre crazy with those coupons.

I love the store its been a long time since Ive been in that store. The lady that checked me out wasnt very happy. I tried to make small talk, she said nothing. I was waiting on her to tell me my total. I told it to her. Customer service means a lot to me. Lets be nice to one another say something nice. Great deals, great prices. You just have to love a place that takes care and appreciates its card members/shoppers. Rarely do you see a big name store appreciate teachers outside of teacher appreciation day, but Kohls has a great deal going for all educators going on. Feeling the love.

My favorite place to shop for clothes! I love their brands. The prices are great, especially when its a sale.

I must admit Im not a big shopper here but I had a really good experience. The sales associate helped me look for what I wanted and went out of his way to look even in back and other places where it could be. In the end we didnt find exactly what I was looking for but he even offered to order it for me if I wanted it. So service was great in my opinion.

First let me start by writing I dont go out much due to COVID. But I had to get my son some clothes. Everyone seemed so bothered when I asked for help. Please if your not pleasant please stay home.

Good shopping but there were alot of empty shelves

Orders are ready for pick up fast, once you purchase online! Mostly accurate online inventory, if you cant find it at one location, you can check and probably find it at another local store.Checked in for curb side pick up on arrival with no other cars in sight, had to wait awhile, until I called the store to notify I had been waiting outside. Friendly staff.

Got a nice pair of shorts unfortunately I got the wrong size and had already removed the tags on them....but they were on clearance so it didnt hurt that much.

Best clearance rack, and rest of the merchandise is top shelf staff is pro. One thing today, Im at the rack like I remember Christmas, the coat was calling to me and the lady was like thats an expensive one...buck60 on the tag clearance, I took it like its out of your price range, pretty woman moment. And I wonder if she just was being thoughtlessly helpful. My buy went from oh yeah to...well I didnt buy anything.

It’s a Kohl’s, so they have all of the typical inventory. Also, it’s very well organized and maintained. You’ll be able to find what you are looking for with ease.The staff is fantastic. But, it’s Kohl’s so three stars is on point.

I love this store. Its always clean, tidy and neat. Associates are around, will not pester you but are always willing to assist (without an attitude). They have great, qualities items, and it seems they always have sales. Winning.

This kohls location is very convenient. It has a big selection for women, men,kids and home goods. Its usually quite and easy shopping. Employees are hardly on the floor but stuff is easy to find.

I’m actually pretty surprised on how nice this kohl’s is! I’ve always kinda stayed away because this mall is always packed, but I’ve since realized that they have the best selection out of all the kohl’s I have visited in the area and for being in a mall heir store is pretty well taken care of and organized! I’m sure that’s not an easy feat as I have been to my fair share of severely disorganized kohl’s in the past (not just in El Paso). I’d definitely come back to this location!

Returned an Amazon box recieved a 25% off, shopped the sale and came out like it was Christmas

I felt like I was bothering your associates by tryong to shop at your store. One associate was even upset and sarcastic because she had to return items to the sales floor from the upstairs plus size womens fitting room. You all have very nice merchandise, but unfortunately extremely poor customer service.

Kohls has excellent prices. Nice clothes and great prices. I bought some nice tennis for a cheap price n they are good quality.

No one could be bothered to help me or another customer in the same area as me. We wonder around asking mutipule employees for help and each one keep saying we werent in their dept so wed have to wait for some one to find us... the other customer left I finally found something similar to what I was looking for but in the wrong size, i asked the lady at the register if she could help me look and got nothing but rudeness and told to walk over to the customer service desk.. I definitely do not hope this is how they are told to treat customers...

Kohls is a great store to shop at especially when you have 30% coupons. Other than that I think it is overpriced and their clothing selection can be improved.
