Highly recommend talking to Justin Garcia and Sergio at the service department. I got some cams and needed someone to install them. I spoke to both Justin and Sergio to consult with them. After consultation, I decided to leave my bike and let them get to work. Justin called me during the entire process, from parts arrival to letting me know I had an oil pump issue. Sergio even got a custom map from Vance and Hines with all the upgrades on it. The shop gave me exactly what I wanted, a bike to keep up with the new 114s. Sergios work exceeded my expectations. Job well done to both these fellas.

Went into Barnetts with my damaged (movers from Hawaii to here) 2016 Ultra Limited Low and came out with a 2021 StreetGlide Snake Venom. I flew in from Oklahoma to get the bike I wanted at a fair price. When I got to the dealer, MC (the salesperson) had everything ready to go. He had me out of there in 30 minutes, plus my shopping time. They took very good care of me. I told my friends about the great ride back and I would do it again.

I recently bought a trike from Barnett Harley Davidson in El Paso. My service was great by Johnny Hernandez and was treated very kindly. I did ask Johnny for a couple of T shirts and a sweatshirt and was surprised that what I received, a sweatshirt and a T-shirt that were marked down off the sales rack making the deal cheap. hahahaha. Guess something is better than nothing.. Barnett Harley Davidson did meet top drawer expectations delivering the trike to me in Albuquerque and explaining all its Functionality.. thank you Johnny even tho I got mark down merchandise haha..

Barnett Harley Davidson is truly “TEXAS SIZE”! You’ll find everything you need for you, your bike, your spouse, and your kids. Those who are looking for a bike, go down there! They not only have Harley-Davidson, they also have Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, and other brands in their used, and “specialty lot”. I definitely recommend getting clothing. The clothing looks nice and will fit you great! Oh…. Don’t forget the kids, get them a toy bike or other toys that Barnett has in stock, they’ll surely have some fun! I’ve been here numerous times for parts for my CVO and Heritage Softail, and for some clothing. I am a permanent customer and will keep going now and in the future!

Let me tell you about high way robbery. This place charged me for an oil change and a tune up close to $400. My bike is a 2000 HD Sportser with less than 2000 miles. Take the bike for runs when less than 100 miles sprang an oil leak. They said it was leaking from this or that. Mind you never had this problem until I took it to them for an OIL CHANGE. Another $400 for something they did. Stay away! Learn how to do a bike repair before screwing the customers who take care of their bikes. Never taking it there again!! Unprofessional shop! Totally crooked!

If youve never been to Barnett Harley Davidson you need to go. it is the best Harley Davidson shop I have ever been to in my entire life Ive been to a lot of Harley Davidson dealerships but this one takes the cake. its got so many different things inside his harley shop it was just an awesome experience.I will go back any time the people are very nice the owner is very trustworthy awesome a great guy.It is the largest dealer in the world.Mark Barnett will help you in anywhere he can.I recommend you go there on any harleys Davidson needs.Has smoking deals you never get at any harleys dealer.The huge place is full of all kinds of differnt things.The people were so nice.Plece was very clean.I give the place 10+

Do not go here for service!!! On the phone, they swore they had several OEM Dunlop tires. The next morning, after they tore the front end apart, they told me they didnt. So I was forced to purchase another brand; I only got half the mileage out of it for the same price 🤬. Additionally, they supposedly replaced both front brake pads, but actually only replaced the outside one🤬. To top it all off, they offer no military discount, not even on parts, which is really sad considering El Paso is home to the US Armys largest installation. Ive had service at dozens of dealerships from Maine to California. This one is the absolute worst! I will never go here again.

I dropped off my bike on Sept 25, 2020 for some work. I just picked it up April 9, 2021. Thats 169 days! I was told numerous times that it would be ready only to be lied to time and time again. When I was told that it was finally ready, I asked if some kind of compensation could be made for them having my bike for almost 7 months? Nope. Nada. I drive 109 miles to get there and the motor has been fixed but nothing had been done about the blinker not working. So now that part is on back order. The day before I went to pick it up, I was told that they would have it washed and detailed and ready for me when I got there. That hadnt been done either. So I was told to wait 10 or 15 minutes while they washed it. 30 minutes later, Im still waiting. Finally they bring it around to load up and it still hadnt been cleaned up. Poor, poor customer service in my opinion. After spending 4635.21, one would think my business would be appreciated. It certainly didnt feel like it.

This dealership is always worth stopping in for a quick look or to pick up anything that is Harley. They have a huge selection of gear and swag, but even a bigger selection of new and used bikes.It always has that Harley community feel inside and out. They are constantly doing or planning events. I go to EPT about once a month and I have to stop in here and Chico’s Tacos while I am there.

Took my Heritage Classic softail in for my 25k service and to adjust my front end. Staff were helpful and thoroughly explained what work was performed. They found a crack in my rockerbox and sent me a picture by text and they fixed it right away. Turnaround was a day or so. Great service!

He is there to assist you with all questions and make you feel completely in control. Paul understands it is a big decision and it is one you should take your time with, knowing a purchase of new HD bike is like being home your first born from the hospital. I have been coming to Barnett Harley-Davidson for the last year and a half maybe two. I convinced my Brother-in-law to look at a V-Rod. Johnny was his dealer...I cant say enough good things about Johnny. He worked some magic and got my brother-in-law on that V-Rod, that was last year. This year I could no longer ride my Yamaha R1, without serious knee and back pain. I went to Johnny and he helped me out. Traded in my R1 with great trade-in deal...then got me another great deal on a 2010 Ultra Glide. Johnny and the rest of the staff at Barnett are extremely helpful, patient and super friendly. I wish I could give more stars than just 5! I am glad I made the switch to Harley-Davidson, but Im even happier I made it because of Barnett Harley-Davidson! Thank you!

Not happy with the way this dealership treated me as a customer. I flew in from Phoenix and purchased a used 2018 Road Glide special and rode it back. I love the bike. I had agreed on a price on the bike a week before I flew in. This was to be the out the door price to include tags. When I did my paperwork the numbers were exactly what I had agreed to. Once again. This was to include tax, title and tag in my city and state. I even told my salesperson Adrian, “ you guys take care of it. I don’t want to mess with it.” Received a letter from Arizona department of transportation the other day saying $348.00 is still owed. Text Adrian he said he had an emergency in family and would check on it when he got to work in two days “Friday”. Never heard back. Text and called on Monday. Nothing. Called dealership. Transferred from financing to title to Johnny then back to title. No one could help! Kept being transferred to someone who could help. Finally get a text from salesman Adrian said spoke to Barnett’s saying nothing they can do. I had already called and spoke to sales manager Johnny and he was going to have Curt or Mark Barnett call me. Curt did call. In short. Said not going to do anything about it. Not good customer service after the sale. I will let you come to your own conclusion on why they did not pay the correct amount to tag the bike. I just read Curt’s response and I actually have a text where Adrian told me he was on the phone with ADOT. Watch these guys close.

My first time at the El Paso location. Visited regularly the old Las Cruces location before it closed.Loved the old location. The El Paso location is better! Actually have more stock on hand from bike accessories to outerwear. Found HD t-shirts for 19.95, ones I really liked and wanted.Definitely need to make a visit if your close, or make it a destination point for your next ride.P.s. I even found my next bike. Going back next week to see about purchasing it. They have many in stock, new and slightly ridden, to choose from.

This place is a Flippin joke! The only Harley store Ive been to that makes you wear a mask, including my little boy, AND use hand sanitizer AND take your temp (and I am a truck driver and all over the United States, stopping at Harley stores at least 3 times a week) YET, when I walked in her and he co-worker were busy chatting WITHOUT masks on AND THEN she refused to let me speak to a supervisor. How are you protecting your employees and patrons ad you claim when you dont have your own masks on. Sheep!

This place has always had very poor customer service and quality of work when you have your bike serviced is dangerous at times. Its to bad its the only Harley place in town.Called you back and left a message.They called backed and said they would fix issue. Didnt hear from them again; these guys are a nightmare. Can I take back the 1 star I gave them; there a joke.
