Incredibly in appropriate behavior from an employee who went up to my wife to make sure she was “ok” when I walked away for a second. and wanted to make sure because she “noticed she was with me”. What an insinuation, I will be contacting corporate

Ive been feeling down sometimes. My son and I went to the mall, to use a coupon and to check the clearance sale. The young male staff member there was super sweet and helpful. With his help, we found, and bought, some awesome Funko Pops for under 10$ . The funko pops clearance sale is 2.00$ per single character, and 6$ per pairs of characters. The young mans sweet and charming demeanor just lifted my spirit. Thanks, Hot Topic. 😊

Nice stuff for my girls

Small and cramped, sections were blocked off for no reason, employees were quiet and didnt say much. Not normal for Hot Topic employees. Iykyk

I was assisted by all the staff. They went above and beyond to help me find gifts for my niece and to explain hot cash to me.

Went to purchase a shirt and was treated very rudely at the counter. Informed the cashier I didnt want to sign up for membership when asked and was told, Ill sign you up anyway. Then when I asked for the receipt was told, its already in the bag, very rudely. Very poor service. Thank you Monica for a eye opening experience.

Oscar was an amazingly helpful and cool guy. My 9 year old son called looking for exclusive Pop Figures and FNAF plushes. Oscar took the time to look for and even held the toys until we arrived. I feel he went above and beyond his duty in customer service

Awful customer service, considering the circumstances. Went in at around 12-1 PM, both cashiers just looked at us with blank stares, no greeting, no “How can i help you?” One of the CSRs even walked out of the back room in front of us and looked at us as if we were an annoyance.

Friendly staff while are willing to help you and will also put effort in looking around the store to find what you need. Just wish they had bigger sizes in clothes.

It was really large, the staff was extraordinarily friendly, the prices are nice, the clothing is amazing, there is a sale going on practically every day, and the design was beautiful. All in all, a wonderful place.

Overly crowded with merchandise, could have a better floor plan. Great customer service and deals. Still rather shop at the cielo vista location.
