When I first went to look for a quinceañera dress for my daughter, the service was excellent, Ali the owner/manager was helpful. However, when we finished paying our account, service went downhill. We paid off everything by April for her event in October. When they received her dress, around June, she didnt call me to try it on my daughter, I had to be calling for updates. I went back August to try it on her but was too small. She wanted to charge me $150 extra to switch, told her I would have my daughter lose weight. I went back again in September and her dress still didnt fit and said I would have to pay $100-$150 extra to fix or switch. She measured my daughter in an xs dress to begin with and said nothing was her fault. In the end, after filing a complaint, she offered to pay to get it fixed. My word of advice when going to this place is to make sure they measure you in the right size because they will try to take blame off themselves and make you pay extra. The only reason why Im giving 2 stars is because they were able to fix her dress in the end.

No integrity, the manager Ali showed no respect when we completed our transaction for a dress, I bought a dress but left it in her care until I was gonna use it on the following week, which she immediately sold and failed to mention. Refused to give a refund and only offered store credit. when receiving the new dress, it was both wrinkly and had smudges of ink where the alterations had been made. Overall very poor experience.

I recently moved to El Paso TX, after 10 years of living out of here because I didnt know very well Where to go to find everything you need for my daughters Big Day, visit several Quince stores and be surprised because 😧 in some stores they charge you to measure your dresses, I understand it is a lot of work due to the weight and that in others They told me the maximum to be measured and here they themselves continue to measure all the necessary ones until they really see my daughter happy, they gave us an advice on the points to review in a dress such as the weight, the size, the styles so that that day my daughter really look happy and comfortable honestly I only paid attention that they were beautiful and not all that the truth if it makes a lot of difference since my daughter is small weighs at most 100 pounds, they personalized everything to my daughters taste I wanted something very special towers of paris with gold ribbon and to our surprise the engraving of the glasses is included so they also put their name and date on all the trousseau, when I told them I was disoriented after being away for so long, they helped me by recommending me various services of different things I needed Invitations, Photographer etc. When my daughter chose her bouquet, they showed us a catalog of natural bouquets that looked really beautiful.And finally, to my surprise, when the day of the event came, the bouquet was much better than in the photos, it was big and fresh and they took it that day to my house and I live far from the store I am extremely grateful and satisfied to have found this place, visit more than 5 in El Paso and without a doubt it was the best choice, thank you!
