Its rare that a company exceeds expectations anymore and Krystal Jeans did just that. I ordered 2 pairs of Jeans. They didnt have one of them in stock. They emailed me right away, sent another pair that was almost exactly the same and a gift for the inconvenience. The Jeans are what I wanted and the gift was a nice touch. Shipping was quick and the fact they sent me an email and communicated about the issue, was nice. Will definitely buy from them again.

Merchandise is good. The people working there are terrible. Standing literally right behind you. And a mask is supposed to be worn over your nose. If your asking me to wear one then Dont make excuses as to why you wear tours wrong.
