Knowing what I wanted to buy made it easy. I was very well welcomed to the dealership as soon as I got there. Beto (Chevrolet sales man) gave us all the attention needed and answered every question we had. So great customer service and satisfaction. Lack of communication with customer. Mission has always been great. Now I really dont know. I know a lot of the staff has changed and maybe management to. Someone needs to step in and find a better system/ form of communication. They had my car for atleast 5 days and no one bothered to call and say it would be another 14 days before they could work on my car. Yes I am upset because when I was there they told me 3 to 4 days. I would have been more understanding if they would have just made a phone call. Be Honest, Honesty is the Best Policy.

I had an excellent experience at this Chevy dealership. Alfonso was the tops. He kept me informed on my truck and was so very nice. The wait was not long, even though I was early. Jaime Gutierrez was the service rep that worked with me. It was truly a pleasure to have him handle the issues with my trunk latch. He did a few things that Ive never experienced when it comes to a service. First, he made a recommendation that allowed me to maintain mobility over the weekend. Second, he called twice during the entire process. The first provided an update on when the maintenance tech would see the vehicle. The second was with the maintenance tech in the background. They explained the results of the diagnosis and presented me with options that could resolve the issue.There was no pressure and they clearly communicated all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I was extremely pleased with the service that Mr. G provided.This was my first interaction with this service center and I was extremely impressed.

Parts Department- Dont waste your time ordering parts from here because they charge 35% return fee if you bring the part back.Service Department - When you make an appointment they said its to drop your car off not to work on it. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot --I ask them if he made an appointment with the Dentist would he be expecting to get his tooth fixed that day or just wait two days in the dentist office. His response, well the technicians are two weeks behind. I was scared to ask for an oil change. Well to say the least I will NOT be going back there.additional...Had a Spanish friend to take parts back and they did NOT charge him 35% return like they charged me. As a matter of fact they didnt charge him anything. Theres something wrong here. Will be calling the owner to ask him what kind of practice is this.

Left my vehicle off at 8 am for radiator flush and inspection for any other problems. Service Agent named Matthew stated he would contact me, to let me know if any other problems were found and time to pick up vehicle. After 8 hrs and no call, I called The service department. Advised the secretary of my situation, who stated she would forward my message to Matthew. Still no call from Matthew. At 5:55 pm, five minutes from closing time, I received a call from the secretary that my vehicle was ready. Unable to pick up my vehicle in such a short times notice, I had to leave my vehicle at the dealership overnight, which was a big inconvenience for me.

Just drove all the way from New Jersey to visit family and needed an oil change couldn’t be happier with Alfonso. He always kept us updated every step of the way on the service being performed on our truck. I truly recommend Chevy and Alfonso for any service your vehicle might need.

While the cars are outstanding and the people outstanding, I would not go to them because of what they give for trade-ins. While my lowest trade-in offer was 11,000.00, they offered me 7000.00. While the average profit for a trade-in for the car dealership is 2300.00, they wanted to make around 8000.00. All I was looking for was a matching 11K for my lowest offer, they went way toooooo low. Be careful going to Mission Chevrolet, they want to make their profit way above while you lose out.

I was advised I needed to change both cabin and engine air filters. However I had just changed both of these after the previous oil change. Filters per manual are good for 15k miles. So I feel tech recommended replacement simple to up sell my service. Very dishonest!

I had to go in three times to get my AC fixed with little support from the dealership. No rentals were ever available and my concern never seemed to be taken seriously. If I ever have issues with my vehicle I am NOT taking it back to this dealership.Per their request I reached out to the dealership after they read my review. I wasn’t able to speak to them the first time they called because I was at work. I tried to contact the person handling the case three separate times and left a message but no one bothered to return my calls. I have no interest in conducting further business with this dealership and am honestly not surprised with their lackluster attempt at customer service.

Found a 2021 Chevy Tahoe (actually had 3 to choose from), no Suburbans or Tahoes available/on lot(s) in Las Cruces or El Paso (3 lots total). Great staff, great product knowledge.

Mathew was excellent and deserves a raise, in the service department. The issue began when I went to pickup my vehicle after a 2k fix was done and the cashiers were rude and not attentive at all. 5 women mostly young standing around doing nothing. I stood at the window for over 10 min as they walked past the window and ignored me. Please retrain these employees quickly

First time coming here. Was in the market for a truck with 5 grand cash in hand for a down. First off we were looking for a new truck but the salesman immediately wanted to show us a used truck even though it showed they had 3 new ones in stock. Decided to look at the used truck and noticed the price of the truck on their website as 31k, when I asked how much they were asking Isaiah told me 35k??? Then I asked to see the new truck which they had listed on their website for 35k. He asked if I was ok with a 650 dollar a month payment before even letting me look at the truck. I said no that was too much, little did he know I was gonna put a larger down payment to bring the monthly payment down. He said it was unavailable to see, something about needing paint repair from being shipped here, probably another lie. I asked him why would I pay 35k for a used truck when they are selling them for 35k new. He stated due to the chip shortage they were gonna mark the truck up by 5k. I told him no thanks I’m not gonna pay the same price of a Silverado for a Colorado. Few days later they mark the price of that same truck up on their website to 41k. None of the other dealerships had a “special” mark up price. And I don’t appreciate being lied to about the price that you guys already have advertised on your website. You guys definitely lost a sale with me, will never come back to your stealership.

My truck had 3 recalls, needed an oil change, and tire rotation. Everything was done in about 2 hours. I was definitely pleased that took very little time to complete all that work. The only thing they forgot was to reset the oil life gage. I reset it myself since its accessible to reset now on this new vehicles.

The service portion was good, was told it would be ready at a certain time by different people and took longer then I was told. But other than that the service was good and a smooth process to drop off and pick up.

Their finance manager is a joke. Was given an appraisal for my trade-in vehicle through 3 other Chevrolet dealerships and they had the nerve to give me an off 5 thousand below the other dealerships. Tried offering an excuse as to why the low-ball, saying other dealerships have no idea what they’re doing. Definitely do not recommend them by any means.

Had my truck service today on a last minute call before heading to an appointment, I called at 0730 and I was in and out by 0900. Alfonso was awesome, he kept us informed throughout the service process.

Quick and easy to set up an appointment. Service Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Service Staff was very informative and keep me up to date as far as the services being done on my vehicle. Service member Alfonso was very helpful and friendly.

Kept my car for close to 2 weeks, I called multiple times & never got a call back or updates. Even when told they would call back they never did. Made an appointment but my car still just sat there for 5 days before ever even being looked at. Why did I need an appointment if they were backed up for 5 days till they even got around to my vehicle? Will not be using your services again.
