I went in for an oil change and regular check. Juan was the service advisor that greeted me courteously and promptly. After. 45 minutes wait while my vehicle was serviced he explained everything that had been done. He even showed me where to put the key to unlock my tires. It was a pleasant experience.
Great experience when I walked through the door. Had a promissory note for a certain amount and they got me set in something right away. The rep was very helpful and willing to work with me. After going to two other dealerships with no luck this dealership took care of my needs and got me into a car that day. Thank yall!**UPDATE!**My cars check engine light came on, being a used car I worried. Brought the car up to the dealership and they figured out what the light was on for, and took it in for repairs. Nate was extremely helpful in this matter! Definitely earned a good review and superceded my idea of car dealerships. 10/10 would recommend.

This was a month over due but Im a mother of 3. My 2009 Chevy Cobalt was done for, I had it for 11 years. It was time for another car that was roomy for my 3 little ones. On August 16th my husband and I was looking around. Joshua helped us narrow down a vehicle with good mileage and a price budget within our range. I really didnt think I was leaving off the lot the same day with a new vehicle. I was able to trade in my car that was not drivable. This is the first time I’ve brought my truck to viva Chevrolet. I was greeted by Chris Guerra as soon as I pulled into the service drive. I dropped off my truck in for the first oil change, Chris made sure to get my truck serviced and returned to me in a timely manner. I appreciate the fact that my truck was parked in front when I picked up and I didn’t have to wait for someone to go get my truck and bring it to me. I had a leak in my coolant system and when I noticed it, I immediately scheduled an appointment, along with another service I also requested for my vehicle. Overall, everything went great and fixed. Be careful if you have bad credit or if your a first time buyer with no credit. The interest is very high! And the salesman doesn’t tell you just to make a sell.it’s sad how desperate they are to make a sale, that they have to lie to people. I had a bad experience with them. My husband and I went to this location. We explained the guy that we wanted to buy a car and that My credit was not as good as my husband’s.my husband didn’t want to run his credit because we are in a process of buying a home. My husband told him that if the interest was to high with my credit then he will run his credit we even told him that my husband was approved for a car loan at his bank. He came in with the paperwork and my husband told him what was the final price with interest and he said 14,000 and we told him we know the value of a car is 14,000 but was is the final price we asked 10x and he keep saying 14,000 he said to sign the paper and finance will give me more information .I told him that I was not going to sign until I read the paperwork well he didn’t want me to see the contract he just kept saying to sign. He NEVER showed me the contract finally my husband and I made the math with an “estimate” that he gave us we multiply 60 months times monthly payments. They were charging me a lot interest and we told him and he said he didn’t know how that work lol he’s a salesman he should know!! what a liar he lost a sale because of his lies !!!!! If he would of told us the truth my husband would of run his credit, but he was so desperate to finalize the sale !!!!!!

Air Bag Recall: First original appointment was for March 16,2021 and upon arriving was told it could not be fulfilled because of no parts, so why was I given the appointment? Told part would be available in a week. Was not called back until April 2, 2021 and had the appointment set up for April 6. All after that went as scheduled and had vehicle returned promptly. It seems that the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing.

My husband and I were in the market for a new Equinox. We stopped into Viva Chevrolet and had one of the worst experiences at a car dealership we’ve ever had. First, we had called before hand and asked if they had any Equinoxes on the lot and we were told they had two. When we arrived the salesman didn’t even bother to introduce himself or ask our names. When we told him what we were looking for, he immediately said they didn’t have any Equinoxes. When we told him we just called and were told they had two, he acted like we were bothering him and finally went inside to talk to his manager. He took so long to return that we were getting into our car to leave when he did come back. He had the keys to one car that was new off the truck and in their back lot. He made us walk, with two small children, all the way around the back side of the building to the other side of the building in 95 degree heat to see this car. Never once offered to go get it and pull it around for us to see. When we asked to see the other one, we again, had to wait outside while he went back in and got the key. Why not just bring both keys in the first place?! We get into the second “brand new” equinox and it smelled like smoke, had someone’s garage door opener on the visor, and had a scratch on the front bumper. We asked the salesman if it was new, he told us it was one of their loaner cars. We said no thanks and told him we were weren’t interested in buying a car that someone had been using, he fought back and tried to tell us that it’s a brand new car. Sorry, but I’m not buying a “new” car that smells like smoke and has a scratch before even taking it off the lot. Not happening. We said no thanks and started to leave and the salesman literally just walked the other direction. No thank you for coming in, here’s my card, or let me see what else I have coming in. Just turned and walked the other way. These things may sound small and petty, but it’s about customer service. This guy didn’t even act like he was interested in selling a car. He seemed more bothered we were there. That’s not how you treat someone about to spend good money on a new car. Viva Chevy, you should take notes from Mission Chevy. We ended up purchasing our Equinox from them and the customer service was through the roof. The salesman was polite, friendly, and respectful. Our salesman even pulled the car into the shade while we looked at it so we didn’t have to keep our kids standing in the heat. He truly went above and beyond, which is how it should be. I will never step foot, or recommend, Viva Chevy after this experience.

I was traveling by car from Illinois and experienced minor trim problems that needed service. Stephanie set up a convenient time for the repair work. I was provided a loaner while the work was being done. The work was finished sooner than expected and we were on our way.Not only Stephanie, but all the staff I met were very friendly and genuinely concerned about my visit.

The only true issue I had was that I financed parts for the truck and no one has really been able to help me figure out when they going to order them or where the purchase order is. So it’s been a little hectic on that end. I call about everyday and no one. Has really been able to help me on that part. But great dealership will definitely be coming back

I dont recommend any viva dealerships they are all the same. They lie to you to get the sell and if you go in with a price from their website they lie and say it was a mistake. So they lie in person and on their website. Once you get your vehicle they say they will detail it and put gas but they dont do any of that either. The only way to get good deals is by being friends with the sellers. Dont even bother getting the service contract, once you come to do a simple oil change they take forever.

Called the Service line to make an appointment for oil change and recall for my car. I had concerns because I just had gotten an email for the recall and it was a recall from last year that I just found out about so I asked about what recall it was. This lady was so rude and said she could not see any recall. She had a lot of attitude and was more concerned with why I was just making the appointment now if it was a recall from last year and that since it had been so long I would have to ask someone else to even see if I could get the recall done. I did not make an appointment with them. I honestly wouldn’t even want to go there just from the POOR customer service and experience of this lady.I called the other Chevy place on George Dieter told them my situation and the lady I spoke with here was so nice and understanding and found the recall I was talking about for my vehicle and scheduled me an appointment within minutes.

I made an appointment online through the dealer website. I dropped off the vehicle early, but was told the appointment was just so the car could be seen that day, not an actual appointment time. The appointment was for 2:45, and it was for an oil change. The service advisor called me at 5:00 to let me know the car was ready for pick up. They did not charge me for the first oil change, which Im sure made the government happy as its a GSA vehicle. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was for the appointment time. If you are going to advertise online appointments, please note that appointment times are not accurate, and it is only to ensure the car will be serviced that day. Thanks.

They had my car for more than a week. and i never received a call from anybody at service, i call every day for a week 4v or three times and i never got a callback, i send an email, never answered, I had to go in person to ask for information and they charged me 250.00 for 2 diagnoses that may car already showed up in the table, and my concern about the car, oil leaking from engine they never checked it, and they want me to charge more for another diagnose, so sad to see ( professionals), working like this, and on top of everything my was in the iside with oil stains and a scratch on the door. never again

The sale was smooth..on receiving end not so smooth..Ive bought 2 other vehicles came with all vehicle essentials..such as 4 extra bolts In its container to replace locks on wheels ..my other 2 vehicles did..sales men says not this one I just purchased..havent received fishnet..cargo net for rear compartment..the quote onquote detail/car wash was a joke it came out dirtier then it went inn.Very unsatisfied...2021 Equinox...

The only thing was that they took around a day and nothing was done to my car. I brought it in before noon and at 6 when they closed I received a call informing me that the battery was dead. Yeah that is why I brought it in, I needed a battery change (with the battery already there in my backseat because I bought it in separately. Other than that, great service.

One of the worst dealerships in el paso, they sell cars that break down a month later from purchase & then their techs take over a week to find out what is going on with the vehicle in order to send it over to another agency, and also they dont provide rentals if you have no other vehicle, & then also when you’re trying to get your plates i takes them about 2 months to get them, im on the third month and haven’t gotten them yet i wen to get my permit today since it expired yesterday and they said someone else has it, how is that even possivle, in all i would give this the worst customer service score i could because managers and employees dont care about the customers
Salesman Joseph answered questions to the best of his ability, but seemed to be guessing a lot(Ex. How big is the gas tank?)The entire process was rushed, especially finance. My credit was ran over 4x and the interest rate and final deal continued to change, even after signing a contract. Finance failed to read my paystub correctly, which resulted in 3 days of following up and having to go back into the dealership constantly. I drove off the lot with a dirty 2020 Blazer, not a drop of gas, no internal cleaning and was told to schedule a appointment to receive those services. This is a con considering that I was at the dealership for over 3 hours finishing paperwork, the car could have received that care then, since there were employees sitting around and it was still business hours. Upon one occasion, where I had to come back in for paperwork, finance was very inconsiderate and lacked basic customer skills. I was talked “at” and not “with”, and when a personal question came up about family references, received a brush off, non-consoling response. Instead of giving me ways to resolve the issue of filling out essential paperwork, I was hassled into explaining the lack of my family tree and the recent death of my father. Although it may not have been intentional, social skills should be mandatory in sales and he sadly lacked in all areas. Overall, I did not enjoy the “act of engaging” that this particular dealership provided and will not recommend for the above stated reasons. If finance had been involved in the process earlier, I would have had a better understanding of who I was dealing with and where I stood, and I would have declined to continue with the purchase and taken my business elsewhere.

This is absoluatly the worst service department I have every been to. I drop my vehicle off at 0900hrs and the advisor told me that she would call mid-day with an update. I called the service department at 5:30 p.m. and was never contacted or received a call back after leaving several messages. I started call the service department the following day at 7:30 a.m. and continued to get the run around saying, my advisor was on the phone and she would call me right back. I called every hour until finally at 11:00 a.m. I received a call back from the advisor. The vehicle still had not been looked at and was just about to be inspected at 11:00 a.m. on the second of being at the shop. The reason for not calling was because the was nothing to update me on. My question is, what about tell the customer you will not being getting your vehicle back today and explain why. Luckily, I have to vehicle but for another customer, this could have been a serious issue. The customer service and information flow process are horrible at this dealership.
The tire rotation did not include proper air inflation of my tires, the chrome center caps were improperly installed and one of the caps is missing due to improper installation. My Fuel nozzle bracket was improperly installed and the neck is now loose.
I give you 5 stars. everything went well in the time frame given. Chriss wasmy service rep and a very good job in informing the time when things wouldbe finished.
I went to this dealer with my mind set budget wise. I knew what I could spend and what I couldnt. I repeatedly informed the rep that was helping me of my budget and that I wasnt budging unless there was an extravagant deal I couldnt pass not to far from it. He still wasted my time even after knowing the certain vehicles I was test driving were completely out of my budget. Then the finance manager was explaining finances(monthly payment, apr, loan terms) to me as if I was a child. I did my due diligence prior to considering going to this dealer. I wouldnt recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. Horrible sales tactics, no masks, and absolutely no consideration for the costomer. Oh yeah and by the way, my wife caught the majority of the reps laughing at me for not budging on there outrageous prices. I hope someone sees this review and thinks twice about going there for their car buying needs.
This was my first service visit to Viva Chevrolet. I was very satisfied with the service I received. Gus Torres, one of the service reps, came out to meet me as soon as I pulled up to the service area. After getting the vehicle information (mileage, VIN, etc), we discussed the work to be done and the estimated charges.. He said that the work would be done by 3:00 pm and he called me at 2:45 pm to say that the work was complete. All work was satisfactory completed on time and there were no surprise charges. I will continue to use Viva Chevrolet for future service on my 2018 Chevy Colorado.
Play a few games. Understand trade in value but 1 dealer and car max offer double for trade in. Finance tried to play words with terms of deal in order to push contract through. Had to speak with finance company and return as they don’t imply the things the finance person did. Basically tried to say that all the dealer maintenance package and extras had to be taken I order for contact approval. Returned to sign contract but won’t return to purchase another vehicle or services.
