Since purchasing my 2011 Vette from Rudolph, I have always had it serviced at Rudolph and have been extremely satisfied. I have never felt, taken advantage of and have received only quality, professional, service. And, I love the coffee and donuts. Everyone is friendly and courteous!

I purchased a 2020 brand new truck from Rudolph and took it in to service twice already because my sunroof is leaking ! Every time it rains… it leaks! Service has kept my truck for multiple days without resolution. My sunroof is still leaking!The service advisor Mike told me the can’t find the leak and arent sure why it’s leaking … I provided photos of the leaking and was “taught”how to open and close a sunroof. I was asked to pick up my truck because they don’t know what’s wrong. They kept the truck 2 days this time for absolutely nothing. They wouldn’t replace the seals or anything on the sunroof. If you purchase a new car … beware! If I was able to give 0 stars … I definitely would ! I have a new truck that will continue to leak when it rains after my warranty runs out. I will be forced to take it somewhere to fix it and pay out of pocket. I am very disappointed.
My service advisor bill was amazing good guy and went above and beyond to help me with my vehicles repair. Did an amazing job to make sure I was well taken care of. Will definitely go back because of him.

In awe of the helpfulness and friendliness of every department here. Seriously. We broke down and had to be towed in, on a Friday of a holiday weekend just after closing. We were from out of town, moving cross country from Texas to Idaho. From the lady who answered the phone each time i called trying to figure stuff out, to the guy in sales who walked us thru how to use Uber to get to our hotel, to the shuttle driver who took us back and forth after that, to the mechanic who conference called with us to try to find a less expensive solution and get us on our way, to Bill Keoho who handled everything for us and was so wonderful - explaining everything, listening to our ideas, checking in on us to see how we were doing, recommending places to eat, stay, etc. In truth, treating us like members of his own family. I really am just overwhelmed by his kindness.If you need something worked on, GO HERE. If youre wanting to buy a car - GO HERE.I dont know who Mr Rudolph is, but he is lucky and wise to have put together such an amazing group of people. I hope he, and they, are as blessed as i have been.

It was great. All the employees I interacted with were very nice. It was short, sweet and to the point. I actually only spent a little more than an hour at the dealership. Most of the “deal” was done over the phone being that I do not live in El Paso.

We were having some issues with our equinox. Bernie was so nice and helpful. He helped us figure out what was wrong and resolved the issue. I will definitely go back to Bernie for any issues with my vehicle.
Brought my car into the shop after the check engine light was on. I was told my car needed a new engine control module for $1,000.00. My check engine light comes on the same day I bring it home from the dealership. The reason I take my car to the dealership is to get an “expert” to work on the vehicle to make sure my car is repaired correctly. Now, I’m out over 1,000.00 dollars and still having the same issue with my car. This is totally unacceptable!!! I guess I will never be able to get my vehicle repaired correctly because no one seems to be able to diagnosis what is wrong to my vehicle!
My service advisor Bill was great ! He made sure my truck was taken care of quickly. I didn’t have to call and look for an update because he called multiple times to let me know where it was in the process. Bill is professional and friendly. I appreciate all of his help ! Thank you Bill !

Spent the last four hours trying to resolve an ongoing issue with Rudolph sending me EXPIRED promotions in the mail for the third time. After spending hundreds of dollars on service at this location, the service advisor advised that they have NEVER washed or vacuumed the vehicle as a courtesy as long as he has worked there. I seemed to have taken LEE JOHNSON Chevrolets Service Department for granted as they really took care of me when I brought in my vehicle to their family owned business in Kirkland, WA.Now? This will be my last GM vehicle. You are better off going to Jiffy Lube or somewhere less expensive, since no one seems to know what the other person is doing. I received coupons in the mail - WEDNESDAY, 24th March 2021 and they have already expired. I rang GM Certified Service and they advised it was the marketing team that send these out. I spoke with three different people in the marketing team and they advised this comes from the individual dealership. I rang Rudolph and had to explain myself with 4-5 different people and no one seems to have a solution. Again, go somewhere else and save yourself the aggravation!! Lesson Learned!
Took car in with appointment for oil change and low air on tire. Was told nothing was wrong with tire even after I showed them emails of low air pressure from Onstar diagnostics. Oil was spilled on top of valve covers and manifold so car was smoking. Worst part was that it took about 3hrs for an unprofessional oil change even after I had an appointment!

Best dealership experience ever. The last 5 trucks that I have purchased were all online largely because I hated walking into a dealership. The folks at Rudolph have always been nice and helpful and I never felt stalked or pressured by anyone there. Our experiences with Rudolph Chevy started in the service department after having recently moved to El Paso. I knew that following our service visits with Rudolph that I would consider purchasing a vehicle from them (in person). My hunch was right and I must say I have 0 regrets regarding purchasing my wifes 40th birthday present from them. We went to pick up the tags to my wifes new Blazer today and an employee (Jesus) flagged us down and asked if the ring he had found belonged to her. He could very easily placed the ring in his pocket but instead he did the right thing and tried to find the rightful owner. Thanks Jesus!

Chris the service advisor is always a great person to be greeted when I show up. Also the Rudolph team always does a great job. The only thing I can say is why they can’t wash your vehicle if we are in a pandemic, but yet how many people are in the vehicle the moment it is dropped off. My wife and I had an appointment with Jose Castellanos, I can truly appreciate how calm and patient he was with us explaining what we wanted done. He wasnt pushy or trying to convince us to buy a vehicle. He only wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision. At first unfortunately we decided that we couldnt trade our vehicle because we would be upside down on our loan. Jose convinced us to wait for the market to go up so we could get more for our trade in. The next day my wife decided lets just go for it so I called USAA and we got approved and immediately got in touch with Jose and was gladly to help us. Once we arrived the first thing he wanted us to do was to get our military discount and did not give up until we got it. As I was running into an issue with the website and my verification. My review pertains to the auto service department only. The customer service was terrible. I spoke to several employees who gave answers with confidence but were completely wrong. I had to fact check everything they were telling me. I just moved to El Paso and brought my Honda about a year ago so Im somewhat new to the brand. Coming from BMW, I was worried about the service of a brand like Honda. Well, up until I visited Rudolph, I had been absolutely blown away by the top notch service Honda had provided were ever I went. It is a shame that Rudolph doesnt seem to uphold the same consistency.
My son was traveling through El Paso with a load of horses and he discovered he had a fuel leak on his 2006 C4500 when he was unloading at his stop, so he asked me to find somewhere to take his truck to get looked at. I looked online and saw Rudolph Chevrolet and initiated an online chat with the service department where I gave our info and within the hour, service advisor, Bill, called me to ask what was going on. I explained that I was helping my son find a place so he took my son’s number and called him to speak directly to see what the problem was and got my son to go in right away. He personally met my son and was able to get him an appointment first thing the next morning and they finished his truck by the end of the day! He was back on the road and made it home safely! Thank you Rudolph Chevrolet and Bill for such great customer service!
Most of the time the service advisors and mechanics are on the same page and complete the assignment as asked for. However this last time they were supposed to drain/flush the cooling system and replace all fluids. They just topped off the water/coolant. No explanation for the loss of oil recently, however they did change the oil and filters. They did find some other maintenance issues which were resolved.

I took my truck for oil service and while i was there i was told they need to fix a recall repair and when i got my truck ready, while driving home for 10 miles my truck started shaking and engine light came on and a clicking noise is coming from inside the engine. I took it back to dealer and service was already closed and i left it there for diagnostic and repair because my truck had no issues at all and next day i talked to my service advisor Bill and he told me that the truck had a damaged cylinder and that they are not responsible because they did a good oil change. This morning i sent a complain e mail to mike melendez and i am waiting for a response on what action rudolph chevrolet is going to take.
Fast and great service . Ilive clear across town where there other Chevrolet dealers, but since i have always gotten my preventive maint done and avery few warranty problems, i have always been treate with respect and courtesy . they are also very competitive with their prices . No cutting corners .

This is the worst experience with a vehicle that I have ever had. We bought a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. It’s been in the shop since 2 weeks after we got it. I have spent thousands already and am now stuck trying to figure out how I’m going to get from under this vehicle. DO NOT but a used vehicle from here. I now understand why they did not offer a warranty and sold the vehicle as is.

I am pleased with the service that we got from the agents. We had previously gone and was directed to someone and when going again we were greeted by someone else. They were very professional and both worked together to get us what we wanted. We didnt get the impression that they just wanted their commission. They worked together and made us feel that they really cared for our purchase. I will go there in the future!
Love Rudolph dealerships. The service is great. I live in the east but love to come get my car services here. I get to do my paperwork or watch TV while I wait and they always provide the coffee. Also provide a bench to have lunch outside with my kids. Since they are messy.

I usually dont give 5 stars for anyone unless they actually deserve it my experience with this dealership is probably by far the best experience Ive ever had at least for service, and parts. Ive only been to this dealership maybe 3 times each time the service clerks went above qnd beyond to make sure my extended warranty covered everything made sure to let me know how much it would cost if the warranty didnt cover it and didnt try and tell me I needed extra stuff I went in there told them what I needed didnt there multipoint inspection nothing else came up from what I said and they did what I wanted them to do, I sadly do not remember the other service reps name I know he still works there but the person im working with right now is Alexis, she has made sure to tell me qbout transportation so I dont have to wait there this dealership will also take you home so you dont have to wait I will say because of the shortage in vehicles qll around the states right now they do not have loaners at the moment but they will still take you home and pick you up when your vehicle is ready. The parts department Johnny specifically I called him last Friday to make a last minute order he was not able to order it that day because I called to late but the next day that he worked which it was independence day weekend they had two days off and when he came back to work he ordered the part in for me without me having to call back up there. Then when the part arrived Johnny called me and told me the part was there qnd now today after all my parts to my truck came in they are doing all of my work for me with very little money coming out of my pocket. I do not know how there sales department is but if they are anything like the other departments that I have encountered then this is probably by far the best dealership qnd not just chevy all vehicles dealerships and I have been to a lot for numerous reasons. Still probably by far the best dealership Ive ever been to

I originally took my truck for a multi point inspection with a few other issues to get it ready for a road trip well resulted that the truck broke down on me and almost killed my family and I in San Antonio. After taking it to Dunn Chevrolet in San Antonio, they advised me that the dealership should have caught the problem with the inspection. After speaking with mike the manager he literally told me that it wasn’t their fault, mind you I took the truck to get inspected by a certified Chevy mechanic so that I wouldn’t have this issue. Very very poor service overall !!! Mike said he would speak to General manager and let me know if they can help with cost but haven’t received a call in over 2weeks from anyone regarding this issue !

I put down 18000 of my money on a 2021 Silverado and within 3 weeks the steering wheel is making a rubbing noise everywhere I turn . Called salesman and he was ver unsympathetic. Simply said take it to service . I don’t feel appreciated and wondering if I made a bad decision

Tammy was my salesperson and was amazing throughout the entire experience, going above and beyond to help me.
I would not have these people paint a bicycle for me. Charged $4200.00 and had to take it back repeatedly over a year time span. Items broken and glued to hide it.....items just plain missing....major integrity issues as far as Im concerned. Maybe if you know someone or are related to someone you can get a decent paint job. This is a dealer ship....not one of the fly by night shops on Alameda so I did not expect this type of poor workmanship. Im still not satisfied with it.....just tired of dealing with it. In all actuality, they should be cutting me a check for about $1750.00.
