We had some issues with our phone and sim card. Sal went out of his way to assist us in getting it fixed. He hung out with us while we spoke to customer service when he didnt have to. I would recommend their friendly service any day of the week. Thank you Sal!

She was the only employee in the store and was working with at least 3 people at a time while still answering phones and addressing customers that came in asking about their service since the tower was down. She was polite and patient with everyone. One of the best experiences I have had in a cellular store.

Fabulous location 1st of all, they just revamped and remodeled the whole entire location it looks like a beautiful hotel lounge of sorts many desks for multiple customers at once should it be need and the soothing ceiling lights sealed the deal with an ambience that can only be found at Verizon. This is the only ones I go to now especially since our favorite representative works there now. She goes by LANI.She tailor fit our Verizon plan to our necessities without over stepping or making us make prompt decisions. We were there for as long as we needed. She offered us a sound minds and the confidence we desired for our final decision. LANI also crunched all the numbers in a variety of plans and ensured a quality, unique, customer service we are definitely going to refer to her ONLY everytime we return! Aside from the great personal experience she is also a tenured agent. She has been there for the better portion of 8 years which isnt too common in the wireless world. LANI is definitely a 5⭐+ representative for this this location. They are lucky to have her in their batillion of resources. I ordered a phone from a different Verizon location. This phone was shipped to my house because it was not in stock. Once I received my phone, I had issues activating it. The store I purchased the phone through was temporarily closed and that is how I ended up at this location.The team was great at assisting my with my issue and had my phone working in no time! Sells rep lied to me. I upgraded phones and was told my bill would be 30 more a month after trade in. My next bill was 170 more a month. I returned and in short the same sells rep said “it doesn’t matter what i said, it matters what your bill says “.Update. I went to another location. In short, the previous sells rep did my paperwork wrong and i was given a discount/credit, that i should not have received. I was then billed for this amount. Also minus the credit charge, i will still be charged 60 more a month for my phone bill. The previous sells rep screwed me and i think it was intentional. Regardless i signed a contract and it is my failure for not reading into it all.I emailed the response from Verizon. Still no reply.

I usually do not like going to the Verizon store! Most of the time the employees tend to do their job, but not really look out for the interests of the consumer. You would think that purchasing new phones that are $1000 plus, the employees would share their verizon wisdom so that you dont end up paying a fortune every month. Most of my experiences have been fair to disappointing! I found myself in El Paso and decided to give Verizon another chance by possibly upgrading both my wifes and my phone. Enter Verizon employee Salvador! By far the best Verizon store experience ever. Salvador took the time to explain every option and clarify all costs. He did his best to get us the best plan and price for our needs! He restored our faith in our Verizon store visits! Thank you, Salvador!

Would leave negative stars if possible. Beware of buying from this place. Bought a case, didnt like it after a few days and instead of returning for a refund exchanged it. After a few days with the new case decided to go with the original case. Stopped in on the 14th day (14 day return policy only) and was told I would have to come in the next day and see the manager. Stopped by the next day and the District Manager tells me she the system will not let her do anything because it is past the 14 days even though I was in on the 14th day but she was not at work to handle the transaction. If you can believe it her solution was I keep the case I dont want and try to sell it and she would give me a discount on the original case!! That is the most ridiculous course of action i have heard. This is part of the reason why I generally never do business with authorized dealers.. Go straight to Verizon or order equipment from Amazon.

This store was awesome! I was using an old LG Extravert 4G phone & decided I needed to update. I ordered a new Samsung Galaxy A01 & I was nervous about setting it up with a customer service rep on the phone.So I went to the Verizon store on Woodrow Bean in El Paso,Texas & was lucky to get Orlanda to help me. She set up my phone and made it simple for me to use and eased my fears. Thank you Loni your awesome!!!

Loni took a lot of her time to show us what type of phones that would be sufficient for myself and my husband. Brianna came over to introduce us to the device called, the HUM. The HUM is a wonderful device to receive information about our vehicle. We want to thank both ladies for taking their time to show us the type of phones that we would need and for introducing us to the HUM.

I needed a screen protector applied to my brand new Samsung S20 5G UW and their employee Sal was more than helpful finding the product and he even applied it for me. Will be coming here again
