Beware of fraud!! If you have any work to be performed in the vehicle you will be purchasing, always ask for the old parts and triple check what they charge you. I exposed them this week for a job performed in a vehicle we were purchasing, for the last 2 weeks, that’s how long they kept it to fix some issues. They handed me the receipt and there was a different price for the parts and tried to overcharge me for over 100 dollars for such parts. Once I showed them the discrepancy they refused to sell me the vehicle today. Already had a contract and already had a funds paperwork from my bank, thy just never finished what was promised on contract and when put in the light for trying to scam us on the parts got upset and denied selling the vehicle. Worst dealership I have dealt with. I am a dealer in another state. They had a car on a dealer to dealer site that I was interested in. It took 8 phone calls and 3 Facebook messages over 2 days before someone would even respond to me. When I did talk to someone they said they couldn’t talk to me and I had to wait for a manager. 3 hours later I tried to call again and was sent to voicemail. Called another number they had and someone answered. He told me to hang on, he started talking to someone in the background and then hung up on me. Tried to call back and he hung up on me again. So I thought ok, well this is odd....just for the heck of it I used a calling app with a local number and they answered right away and then hung up on me again. They obviously don’t want to sell cars and all of the negative reviews have to be honest and accurate ones based on my experience. Stay away, beware, and buy elsewhere. Bought a car from someone half a mile down the road from them that actually cares about their customers.

Worst customer service ever. Nobody checks their emails and all the phone numbers they have listed for customers to call do not work. There is no follow ups on customers or potentional customers whatsoever.

As soon as we walked in we were automatically greeted by Javier. He was very knowledgeable, very nice and very helpful. We Ended up purchasing a truck for my husband, a week after I was so satisfied with our purchase I went back n bought me a car. The service was wonderful and the whole process was super easy! Great place to buy a used car. I was skeptical about buying from a dealer on Alameda. Unlike any other dealer on Alameda though, right off the bat you notice that every car on the lot is in nice clean condition with almost every car no older than 10 years old. No old polished up clunkers here. Every one was super friendly and no pushy salesman. After making my purchase, I heard a noise coming from the wheel. I thought FML, I bought a piece of shirt (sic). When I went in to go pick up my plates the next week I told them and they had no problem with taking a look to see what was wrong. They were even kind enough to fix the problem for me even though there was no guarantee. Shocking to see from a car dealer on Alameda (no offense). Will be buying my next car from them.

The sales side went well but when it came time to get my license plates it took them well over a month to have them. I personally had to pick them up myself because Ms. Manager Avelina never had time for that and would always give us the round around. Not even a courtesy call with an update from this lady!!!

Dealer failed to register truck under my name. Truck got impounded and we have attempted to resolve the matter in good faith but ADELINA ESPEJO who claims to be the owner has deliberately said SHE WILL NOT return the truck we have made a contract on or my $6,000.00 dollar down payment for 08 Chevrolet Silverado. It has been a huge inconvenience and overall bad experience. They picked up truck from impound rather than having it registered under my name. Overall shady business. They do not respond from our numbers we have to call from different numbers to get a response. I have filed complaints through the BBB and DMV as well as reaching out to other media sources. Univision 26. waiting on responses and investigations will be done. I will keep reviewing them and will keep posted as to see if matter is resolved. Bought a Hummer H3 from this thieves and the motor was overheated, they said it only needed a tune up,I had the tune up done (oil change, spark plugs,and several electric parts replaced ),and the motor was still weak, I then took the Hummer to the dealership and they made a complete diagnostic and in reality the valves from cylinder 1 and 3 were damaged,I was completely screwed,had to replace the motor for 4000 dlls . DONT BUY FROM THIS JUNK AUTO SALVAGE SALES.
