I am used to great service having a Cadillac as my vehicle before I bought a BMW. Now that Ive experienced the BMW experience I feel like I need to switch everything over. I love Cadillac but the service provided here with a video of the maintenance personnel performing and providing on the spot feedback is another level. I dont know if all of the BMW dealerships/service is this way but Im sold on it. If you have a BMW whether under warranty or not they provide great service. Definitely recommend going there especially seeing as how its the only one in El Paso area.

Sales Representative Omar Salcido was an absolute pleasure to work and I highly recommend that everyone ask for him personally if you are interested in purchasing a new or used BMW. My wife and I live outside of El Paso so when we flew into ELP; Omar greeted us at the airport in the car we put a deposit on and was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining of all the added packages and features our X5 offered. To add a cherry to the top; once we found out the previous owner forgot to leave the cargo cover (a $700 purchase to replace); Omar called the previous owner and mailed us the cover via FedEx!

Heidi, is the best Rep in Service. Very professional and great to talk with when bringing in my vehicles for Service and repairs every time. I always prefer and ask only for Heidi. She is very knowledgeable in her department and will make the extra effort to ensure your BMW is in great shape to go and keeps outstanding communication throughout the process. My car sat for a week before they even started working on it. I had to call for three days straight before they even found where it was. Then, the only problem they managed to fix was a problem they created in the first place. They still charged me for the fix and left me with a car I cannot rely on and will have to pay a competent mechanic to repair. Highly recommend finding somewhere else to get your car fixed.

Recently went in for service at BMW of El Paso. I was able to book a quick appointment online, then it was service with a smile with Carlos. One thing I really liked was that the mechanic actually sends you videos to your phone which give you a visual inspection from underneath the car along with his commentary. Service was quick. 100% satisfied.

As always, I am very satisfied with the extraordinary service provided by BMW of El Paso, but more specifically by Alejandra Alex Hatorilaa. It had been a while since I had been in for service, but thats because I had passed on my wifes 320i to our daughter. I then got my wife a Mercedes and she had that for about a year and a half, but she was not exactly happy so I got rid of it and bought her a 330i.It was the new 330i that we brought in for service and upon arriving, I was greeted by Alex as if I had never been away. Alex is the type of service representative that truly understands her clients and as such, their individual service needs.I never felt valued by the Mercedes service writers when I took my wifes car to be serviced there. To be fair, the management people at Mercedes were very good and helpful, but it did not translate to their service writers. This fact and my experiences at Mercedes made me appreciate Alex and BMW of El Paso even more.The level of service and commitment at BMW of El Paso, and in particular the caliber of people that help you, is on a different level. Do not hesitate to have your well engineered German machine serviced there. You will appreciate it from the moment you walk in.

Terrible Service!! We took our BMW in there and gave back to us with parts missing and the service manager said I knew about it. The first tech said he would have it towed back and put all back together! Parts missing.. I dont think so.. Plus they left the some of theyre equipment still connected to the car. I thought this was BMW..Hello... They charge appox. 700.00 took the car apart and left it. Be careful. Karina said she would have the car ready and all put back together before we picked it up. She also said they tried to drill the the spark plug to remove and they didnt even touch the spark plug. She is a big liar!!! I will call my attorney!

Arrived at 9:30 my scheduled appointment—THREE HOURS to get my car serviced—oil change and filter changed—-only. Did I mention it took 3 freaking hours!!! I WAS going to purchase 4 tires a cost of over $1000.00—but when asked how long it would take they said ANOTHER hour!! Did I mention it took 3 hours for a simple oil and filter change!!! No way was I going to wait another PLUS hour. What is going on!!! So u lost a good customer that was willing to purchase tires from BMW!! So disappointed!!!

This dealership was amazing. We were traveling through El Paso on a cross country road trip and had a drivetrain failure warning pop up on our X3. We called ahead to see if they might be able to read the codes for us and they didnt hesitate to say yes. Once we arrived we were taken care of right away and everyone we dealt with was wonderful, especially Christian! The mechanic was excellent and they got us back on the road much faster than anticipated.

This was truly an enjoyable buying experience. I’ve bought a few cars before, and have helped many others buy cars as well but this experience was the most effortless. From no pressure car viewing, to building a car online, and then no haggle MSRP pricing based off of the manufacturers website pricing (plus tax of course.) I’d say this was a great experience I’d go back and I’d recommend to any friend to purchase from BMW of El Paso.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a “reputable”.Bought a 320i “certified pre-owned” 2017 BMW 320i xDrive. Not only did I get low balled on my trade in value, they also gave me car that was damaged. I moved out of El Paso once I got out of the military and moved back home. Water was seeping into the headlight and shorted everything out. Took it to a different BMW dealer due to the water issue. Water caused $1700 of damage (they ended up giving a decent discount to me because they felt bad that I bought this car two months ago) and then they resealed it and replaced the control unit and bulb covers. A month or so goes by and water/condensation was visible in the headlight again. I thought maybe they just needed to reseal it again. Nope. This time I was told I would need a whole new headlight assembly since it was damaged or eventually the water will cause damage to the new parts again. $3250.So all in all to make a long story short they will sell you damaged vehicles that cost you around $5k to fix what they should have inspected!All my fellow military folks at Fort Bliss, please avoid BMW of El Paso like the plague.

I know this is not Germany, but having dealt with those techs and the personal concern they have for their product leaves this dealership sorely lacking.

I just relocated here from Colorado Springs where the customer service was superb from start to finish; they provided loaners on all and any service occasion. In comparison, the customer service and overall experience in El Paso was excellent as well. However, the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because my address and e-mail was not updated and BMW of El Paso only provide loaners based on circumstantial and needs based services,which can be an inconvenience for the customer. Yes, Shuttle services bridges the gap and it’s understood that it keeps someone employed and different operating guidelines dictate otherwise. One would think that the customer service would be standardized across states, but not so. Thanks and looking forward to continuing services and providing a better rating based on future experiences. Overall, great experience and looking forward to the next. Also, Thank you for the vehicle inspection report, which I look at them all and appreciate.Kudos to the young lady receptionist Alejandra for going out of her way to make sure things were right!V/rProud BMW owner 4 Life!

Carlos and the rest of the staff are great folks. My vehicle, though only a year old, is not subject to typical servicing due to being tuned/modified. They went above and beyond my expectations and even worked with a 3rd party service contract to replace some tires. Though it is a more complex issue working with this car, they handled it with ease. I appreciate their attention to detail and willingness to work with my vehicle. Much appreciated! Will definitely continue coming here for service in the future.

Have tried scheduling service at this location multiple times. I am always given conflicting information on availability for service, etc. Last one I was told I they had the parts needed on hand which was not the case and was called while I was on my way there to be told the exact opposite and they had no availability for the day I was told I could come in for, and on top of that they didnt have the part I was told theyd have. This place has wasted enough of my time. The only bright spot Ive had here is dealing with their parts center, which everyone has been knowledgeable and professional with the exact answers Ive needed. A shame they arent like BMW San Antonio.

Waited for my vehicle to get checked motor light going on, turns waiting with no car to lend while car gets serviced! 4 hours later she lets me know it’s almost ready! Should we cancel the carwash? I had the worst experience with BMW. Beginning with the service representative Karina. Her attitude and demeanor was very condescending up to the point of insulting. Then there was the turn around time on my vehicle maintenance. I was told car wouldn’t be ready on a Friday. It wasn’t. Was then told on Saturday at 430pm car wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday of the following week due to needing to take apart entire dashboard. Miraculously my car was ready at 8am Monday morning. Besides being left on hold for more than 30 min and being told I’d get a call return in 10 minutes which ended up being 4 hours. The attention and just getting a straight forward answer was very frustrating and simply disheartening. I would not recommend this BMW service to anyone.

I didnt give 5 stars because I will always have a personal distaste for paying gouging labor costs for auto work. The mechanics are only ASE certified, so finding out it cost me 197 dollars to replace my idler pulley and belt upset me. That would have probably taken mean hour to do with all the right tools. I know it couldnt have taken them that long to do. I am upset because I could have easily done it myself, I just do not have the special tools and ratchet sets and heads BMW uses to do them. Additionally, I am also not thrilled with their assessment of what my vehicle needs done. I know for a fact that my engine mounts are solid, as they were replaced about 15 months ago, their assessment was that they needed replaced. There were a couple other parts I had replaced myself or with my father in law, a career mechanic, that BMW said needed replacement. I understand mechanics and service departments will to try to see if youll bite and spend more money with them on things that arent as pertinent as they claim, but I was already not thrilled, so seeing their assessment felt like an insult. They just casually recommended my vehicle for almost 5k worth of parts alone. I will not take my wifes vehicle back to them unless it physically does not run. For ANYTHING else, I will go somewhere with more reasonable labor prices.Aside from my personal gripes, the parts are BMW parts. And the service was done correctly, and the ladies at the service desk were kind. I recieved a shuttle back to my residence while the car was being worked on. The repair was done same day (super simple repair, just got gouged on the labor cost in my opinion) My wifes BMW no longer squeals when it runs. So theres that. At the end of the day, nobody put a gun to my head and made me pay for the service. Take all of this for what you will.

I bought a Volkswagen Atlas 2019 on May 9th and i haven’t gotten my license plates yet, this is absolutely ridiculous. They have given me the work around that they are being ordered but nothing yet. They have given me two paper plates already which is a TxDOT violation. I will place my concern also at the Tax Enforcement. BMW has stopped me from continuing with my business since I cross the border almost every day and without license plates i can’t renew my sentri . WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER !! Plus the Atlas two months ago gave me a steering wheel malfunction and broke down having to take it to the Rudolph Volkswagen to get it fixed and it took two months. Just a BIG Headache, i called BMW today and i get transfer to a line no one picks up. Lets see what Tax enforcement can do for me.

The service writer, Alejandra, was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining my daughter, Sonya Koerwitz’s BMW problems. Since the car was recalled due to the PCV Valve Heater malfunction it was repaired the next day. Also, as a courtesy the battery was checked and we had to purchase a new one. In addition, we received an observation and recommended list for future reference. In closing, they washed, and cleaned the inside of the car. Which was a nice surprise. Thank you BMW!

The service department after repairing windshield and replace my of keys was a terrible experience. I love my 2021 BMW X5… NOT the service of BMW of El Paso. The people servicing desk and adviser were incompetent. After ordering the new keys and windshield, they told me that there would be a installation charge.. no problem (and different than what was quoted over the phone) no body mentioned that charge for the programming of the key, but again whatever. They told me they would call once they got them in. They did call and I asked do I just bring it in or need do I need to schedule an appointment? I got passed around until I talked to someone and they said they don’t install windshields. I’m like why would you quote me an installation fee if you don’t install?? Turned out they do after a couple hours of figuring things out and my husband calling to figure out what is going on.I get a call saying my car was going to be done at 4 pm after 2 days in the shop (I’m in clinic seeing patients and can’t answer my phone) I get a text (4:07pm) that “do you want us to program the key?” ( why would I order a key that costs 400+ to not get it programmed??? ) When I texted them at 4:46 pm they said they couldn’t do it and it would be done until tomorrow since the person left for the day. After complaining I needed my car the next day the said disregard that they are coming in. At that point my husband Ubers over there to pick up at 4 and waited around for them to finish the keys right before closing at 6 pm. One would assume when you ordered a key that it would need programmed… and one would assume I would have been quoted that extra charge of $300 on top of the $400+ charge replacement so there would be no questions from the adviser! Money is not an issue with us but the horrible service and coordination was unacceptable. Disappointed in the poor communication. Lack of a loaner car while my car was in the shop as I Had to find an uber to work for 2 days and husband to pick up the car while I was at work. Honda has better service than this by along ways!! This is my first and only experience with the service department BMW of El Paso. Please get the act together and streamline your service department. I have a hard time spending $80,000 ++ to not have my expectations met which would be highly coordinated with knowledgeable people who know what they are doing. Maybe Im asking too much?

Honestly, every single person was professional, nice, and so courteous. My salesman was a gentleman named Jonathan Rodriguez. He did not represent the typical car dealership salesman. He was knowledgeable, informed, nice, and gave me a fair deal. Was honest and upfront about everything. See him when you buy your next Beamer!! He will treat you good. I would like to thank his boss who prolly helped him behind the scenes. This was a pleasant experience and can not stop saying that lol it truly was. I would like to thank the finance guy as well. He offered packages like all F and I people but he did it in a very customer centric and professional way. He explained the benefits and even negotiated the price. I dont even know where to start. A week ago I was in a dire situation with my car breaking down and I was not in the mind to keep spending money to fix it so Omar Salcido went above and beyond in helping me look for exactly what I needed for peace of mind and reliability! I live out of state and had to drive 5 hours for this transaction and he was prepared and ready with all the paperwork and with financing in place. (I apologize I can not remember his name but he was also amazing and helpful!) I have an incredible, gently used vehicle not that I can only say was miraculous in the outcome. I am very uplifted with this experience and purchase. Had an appointment for an oil change @ 9:15 am, dropped the vehicle off with a less than friendly person in front after trying to navigate their new construction, called back a couple hours later, a few times, only to find out they hadn’t started the oil change. It wouldn’t be ready for a few more hours. Finally get a call around 5 that it’s done. This is my seventh car, Acura service is awesome, Lexus and Sunland Dodge are great, BMW is just so so. Too bad because it’s an awesome M2 we bought. I have a auto dealership also.

Simple, I went in for an oil change and spark plugs, the technicians ruined my right adaptive modules with water, they replaced the module but did not fix the stepper motor, so my adaptive headlights don’t work and Cris, the service manager suggested I was trying to get free lights and said he will not fix my car. The car went in fine and it came out bad and they did not take responsibility. Terrible experience.

Hopefully my frustration and experience of owning a top end BMW product doesnt unfairly influence my review. BMW makes some fantastic vehicles and they are pioneers in many ways...my older 525i is an example of a tried and true product, while my newer 750i is an example of a work in progress. My recommendation is to either lease their higher end vehicles or to buy extended service warranties if you plan on keeping them for the long haul.BMW of El PasoSTAFF: This dealership is like most, they have a courteous staff and will try to assist you when you ask for it.SALES: When it comes to negotiating, they have the upper hand, as they are the only game in town that sells BMW products. Do your homework, and consider selling your own vehicle private party if you dont mind the extra work, versus trading it in. Remember, they have to turn a profit on your trade-in so be reasonable in your expectations.SERVICE: When it comes to getting a vehicle serviced, they seem a bit understaffed for the workload, and their prices are quite high. Case in point, $295 to diagnose an electrical issue with the heated seat. I was told an electrical connector was missing from the plug, i.e. fell off inside the seat. If I wanted it fixed, it would cost another $295 to locate the missing connector and plug it back in! I dont see how they can justify this, since the cars computers tell them just about everything that could be wrong and their service manuals lead them very quickly to the fault with detailed diagrams and schematics. This is just another benefit of being the only game in town with customers queuing up at their doors...they can charge what they want and what the market will pay! If you dont have the cash for the repairs, they have got you covered by offering financing options for service and repairs. This was new to me, and the only time I have ever seen such offerings! I was also quite disappointed to discover that someone had gotten grease and grime on my ivory white leather interior. This is unacceptable when $100K+ cars are being serviced there. To their credit, when I contacted BMW of USA about some of the items on my car which shouldnt have been faulty with only 30k miles, BMW of El Paso ponied up a 15% discount, while BMW of USA tried to lead me to believe the discount came out of their pocket.IMHO, a second BMW dealership is needed in El Paso, one that actually competes with this one, not a sister entity. I think the added competition would benefit the consumer greatly! I understand that companies need to make a profit in order to thrive and grow, and I dont mind contributing to that symbiosis. However, when that relationship feels disproportionate as a consumer, it is time to let your money do the walking.

I don’t trust anyone else.
