This was my first time going on for a reading with the lady with the blond hair! I had a lot of confusion, doubt and had been dealing with a lot of emotional pain and sadness due to a break up. She was very accurate in the things she told me it was scary because this was the first time meeting her. She mentioned things that I never thought she would ever mentioned but that resonated with me. She made me feel at ease the whole time and gave me amazing guidance and advice which I thank her for. Since the reading I have been experiencing a peace that I can’t seem to explain. I’ve become more positive as well since then! Thank you for everything and thank you for helping me get thru all of this! You’re amazing!

I went last week Friday to talk with the medium to talk to my parents and have them say what they needed to say to me because my parents had passed away when I was a baby. I didn’t know them. At first I wasn’t sure what to expect. But now I know that what she had told me what my mother used to call me when I was a child was real. I had confirmed it with my family. There was so many other things that she had said that made me realize this was real. If your looking for answers I do suggest you go experience it for yourself. It was breath taking. And I feel more at peace.

The staff are always hospitable and kind. Joe and Sylvia know how to help out when it comes to spiritual needs, and Bernadette really knows her way around the store. Always ask for them!

I had an amazing experience at this place! The blond lady who does tarot readings was super helpful and patient to help me find exactly what i needed. Even better she was so nice i was inclined to get a reading and it was amazingly accurate! Like scary accurate for someone who doesnt know me but i walked out very happy and excited with the way my money was spent. This place is a hidden gem😁 Seriously get some candles and a reading!

This place is amazing!!! Every kind of incense, oil, amulet, and guidence you could ever dream of is in this store. John is incredible and can answer just about any question you may have. I usually do every bit of my shopping online for my provisions, but not anymore I will coming back over and over again!

When to go shop with my father. Upon entering we were welcomed by silence. And seems we ignored by the lady at the register who continued on with a personal conversation with another lady. We calmly waited till we decided that they didnt want our money And left.

Everything was fine, the girl was nice and “tried” helping. But she was undertrained and did not know her merchandise. And for that I blame management. I was sold the wrong product TWICE. Which she recommended and said it worked for what I needed it. The first ($35) I opened in the store and showed her it wasn’t. Then the second ($50) one she said quote “I sold another one earlier and saw the guy open it and use it.” I left this time without opening the box. I returned 1 hr later and showed her it didn’t do what she claimed. She made a call. Then said to go back the next day when the supervisor was present cause she couldn’t get ahold of him. SECOND DAY: different girl no “supervisor” she wrote down my info and again said to go back the following day to speak to the “guy”. THIRD DAY: the original girl is back, she remembered me. She asked the women supervisor, which she proceeds to rudely and with an attitude state across the room “ALL SALES ARE FINAL WE DON’T DO RETURNS!” I said you could’ve said that 2 days ago instead of having me back and forth & with the idea that they would actually be helpful and not just plain rude. Plus no customer service at all. Maybe if I would’ve spoken to the “guy”, which she didn’t let speak, maybe he would’ve been prudent and would’ve wanted to keep my business. I’m a business owner my self along with my husband. Before that I was a supervisor under a government contractor I have many years of customer service experience and training, the way these supervisors or management or owners handle this business is below pathetic. Needless to say NEVER will I shop here again, and that’s too bad for them, I have many people I’ve recommended to another smoke shop. Which I’ll stick too from now on. This was my first and last purchase ($80) I’m very loud when I like something, but louder when it’s a bad place for business, just putting out there for other customers to be informed. Go elsewhere!!! And that’s why I figured you’d make an exception. It was salable, brand new, never used. You had other boxes of vapes already opened and for sale like the one I was taking back. And yes as a small business owner I know there’s “policy” to follow but I also know there’s exceptions to the rules, like if your employee is giving bad info on products your selling at your shop, then that’s also on you. But that’s not my problem, anymore. And don’t give customers the runaround, Come back tomorrow! Come back tomorrow!As a consumer I was trusting the knowledge your employee is suppose to have on the products your selling in your shop.FYI: Your employee is the the one who went up to said women whom I assumed was a “supervisor” since she attempted to manage the issue!Plus: Your passive aggressive comments on my review and other customers leaves a lot to desire and says more then all the bad reviews put together.
