An excellent service from all the girls from Posh Bridal, since day one until the day we picked up our dresses, everything was on time, with no complications or bad surprises.They helped my daughter to find the dress of her dreams, taking care of every single detail. They were so kind to my daughter, that a day before her XV, she received a call from Posh Staff, wishing her the best on her special day. I also received the same help with my dress.Both dresses were a success and my daughter looked like a princess. Our experience was soo GOOD, that one of my friends is going there, to look for her bridal dress..

Bethani was such an awesome stylist and tended to all my needs. I went in with a vision and ended up with a pleasant surprise and overall amazing experience. I ended up leaving with an amazing gown at such a great price, too good to pass up on. Then decided I needed two gowns instead of the perfect one. I always wanted a gown that was adjustable to avoid getting two dresses, BUT in this case, two dresses were better than one. I’m a bride on a budget so I didn’t think this was possible BUT she made it happen without even realizing what she was doing for me. Thank you ladies so much for the amazing experience. I only had to go dress shopping ONCE to get the outcome I wanted and more! Like I said, bride on a budget and the gowns were very affordable and gorgeous as well! I loved their selection of both evening gowns and wedding dresses and the store itself is truly beautiful. I Had Maybe One Lady Who Would Acknowledge Me & Very Helpful Wish I Can Remember Her Name But Other Than That Most Of The Ladies Very Rude & Dont Acknowledge You & Self Centered Or Act Like Very High Class. Not Only Terrible Customer Service But I Paid Alot Of Money For My Bridesmaid Dress Only For It To Come Apart At The Church From The Alterations I Had Done. The Lady From Alterations Was Very Sweet & But I Feel Like There Should Be More Then One Seamstress So She Is Not Overwhelmed With Dresses. And The Ladies That Work There Should Be More Kind & Respectful To The Seamstress On One Occasion I Did Witness Them Being Rude To Her When She Was Seeing Her Appointments & Talking To Them & Basically Cutting Her Off & Making Looks Like They Were Annoyed Of Her. Didnt Anyone Ever Teach You To Respect Your Elders. The Only Positive Is The One Lady That Helped Me & The Nice Dresses They Had.

Posh Bridal is the most exquisite bridal boutique in El Paso. The young ladies at Posh are very sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make my experience the best. They are very educated about bridal gowns, and are also up-to-date with the latest trends in the bridal industry. Posh has a variety of gowns to choose from, and Im so happy I trusted the expert bridal stylists, and purchased my dress here at Posh.

Nothing but problems from the measurements to the alterations. Customer service is non existent. That is even taking into account Covid disruption. They need to work on their one on one, communication and all around customer service. You definitely do not get what you paid for. Have been dealing with the poor service for a year.10/18I will say one nice comment about this store. If they to include the owner were as professional as Stephanie maybe our experience would have been better. The owner of this store did not once individually reach out to the multiple members of the wedding party who had issues with their purchase. Instead she bothered the bride a week before her wedding to complain about my post. Smartly the Bride did not purchase her dress here. It is very unprofessional to call someone other than their customer. The issue could have easily been corrected. The alterations was another horror story. Multiple dresses coming apart from where there supposedly had been alterations. Dresses not in house when appt set, multiple dresses not ready till week of wedding.. I never requested my money back what I requested was for the error to be corrected. While many have had a wonderful experience and Im glad they did, I felt the need to warn and advise to watch out. There were multiple instances that issues could have been addressed, a simple I apologize for the many inconveniences. An attempt.

Can only be seen by appointment. Bethany was very helpful. I needed a dress as a guest for a wedding and was able to find something. However, a lot of the dresses are damaged and extremely pricey. Dont expect to pay less than $200 for a simple dress. I was able to get a 10% discount due to damage on the dress.

Here at Posh I had an amazing experience where the workers were very helpful. Not only did I buy one dress, but two dresses from here!! Both were very beautiful. This was the first place I came to look for my first prom dress, and the first dress I tried I knew was the perfect dress. I went to prom with a dress I absolutely loved and got compliments from various individuals. The dress made me feel very pretty and made my prom experience 100 times more magical. I will definitely come back to look for any dresses I may need in the future.

Since the moment my family and I stepped foot in the front door we were greeted and treated with major respect and overall stupendous customer service. Our consultant immediately offered us something to drink and a place to sit, she heard what I wanted and automatically knew what kind of dress I was looking for while respecting my budget. Aileen stayed close by my side while I tried on different dresses, not once did I have to grab the dress off the hanger or try to figure out how to get inside them or adjust them; not to mention she kept my dressing room very clean and organized while bringing ALL the dresses I chose to try on. I can not rave enough about Posh Bridal and my experience here. The only negative thing I can say about it was I didnt know about the VIP experience, so if youre booking an appointment make sure to ask about this! I wish I wouldve known, it would have been the cherry on top :) 10/10 would recommend to anybody and everybody

I really loved my time at POSH, (I went 3 weekends in a row because I’m so indecisive). There were so many beautiful options in every style but the best part was Karen. She was so patient and helpful. Most of all she gave me her opinion on the dresses which helped me so much. I tried two other dress locations but kept coming back to POSH because of the customer service and beautiful collection.

My cousin had found her wedding dress here and recommended I try posh. I was super excited, made an appointment and invited family and friends to my appointment. Upon arrival, nobody greeted me or my guests. I went to the desk to go find an attendant. When the rep asked me what my budget was she gave me this face basically telling me it was too low and asked if I could go hundreds of dollars over my budget right off the bat. She said I could look around the store to see if I liked anything else while she tried to pull some dresses. She didn’t even tell me where I was going to sit or try on the dresses; I had to assume and ask. While my family and I looked around, all she did was hover over us. She didn’t go and try to pull other dresses for me. She asked us if we had found anything and I told her no. She pulled out ONE measly dress and it was nearly $500 OVER my budget!! I was livid. Not to mention I felt terrible for my family and friends that took off work to come to my appointment. I tried on the one overpriced dress and left within 20 minutes of getting there. The rep told me she would call me back when they received more shipment and I told her not to bother. I had gone to ELLA BLU and found the dress of my dreams and the customer service was IMPECCABLE!!! I will NEVER GO BACK here!!!

Visiting this store was a really good experience. Aileen offered a really good service, she was really friendly and helpful. She provided various options that led me to my dreamed dress. She also made sure all of my questions were answered. I definitely recommend this place!

Went into Posh a Saturday as a guest of my sister in law, place and dresses are beautiful, the service was great as well. BUT is posh following with safety measurements? Not really.Yes they have antibacterial gel, store seem over capacity, saw bridal parties of more than 2 guest and when I ask to use the restroom I saw in the back fitting room at least 10 people trying on dresses. They should really be more careful other than that we loved everything, customer service and their dresses

When my mom and I arrived to the store nobody greeted us or stopped by to help us. Maybe like 10 minutes passed by, and we noticed one of the consultants saying her goodbyes to her clients that is when I approached her for assistance. Aileen, was very attentive and helpful! She definitely made the waiting around worth it because she is incredibly knowledgeable for wedding trends and is willing to go above and beyond to make you feel special for your big day. I definitely recommend you buy your wedding necessities at Posh Bridal whenever you get a chance because it is 1. affordable (depending on your budget) 2. cute variety of dresses/veils/bridesmaid dresses.

Stephanie and Karen were amazing help! I did the VIP bridal package (they close the whole store for you and your 10 guests). It was such an awesome experience. The dresses were beautiful, I found the one there and got to drink some wine. I would recommend this store for any bride, was worth it.

If I could give this place zero stars I literally would. I came in for my appointment today and the two girls up in the front were looking at each other like they couldn’t decide which one wanted to help me. (Super rude of them to do that in front of me) then the girl leaves me completely alone looking for dresses and all of a sudden comes back and tells me she won’t be able to order my dress on time after I had told her as soon as I walked in my wedding date. Don’t waste your time because these girls are super rude and uneducated and seem like they don’t want to help you I was treated better at other wedding dress stores which was super disappointing. Not the place a future bride wants to go to.

I came to El Paso to help the hospitals out with Covid. On my off day I caught an Uber to the mall and saw the most beautiful bridal boutiques I’ve ever seen. I went into the store and it was beautiful dresses everywhere! I was in Heaven! I was also greeted by the staff and they were very welcoming and so so helpful. I fell in love with so many dresses but finally decided on the perfect one for me. My traveling job came to an end but not the professional relationship between Posh bridal and I. These ladies keep me up to date, answer all of my questions and they are so patient. I would recommend this store to everyone!!! The customer is really exceptional I’m so impressed! I walked in and told the girl who met us at the door we were inquiring about prices because we wanted to get an idea and were still looking around and not ready to make a purchase. The girl right away told us that they sold designer dresses so everything was going to be expensive, didn’t inquire about my budget, rather right away assumed dresses were out of my price range. My mom and I were told we could look around but were offered no further assistance while in the store or information about dresses, appointment booking, packages, etc. Wedding dress shopping should be a process where you are given personalized attention and employees are ready to answer the customers’ questions...I DID NOT get this here. Other local places will give you amazing service, avoid this place!

BEAUTIFUL selection of gowns!I was honestly pleasantly surprised by the selection of gowns and full range of options for any bride. Before POSH, I tried on dresses in Atlanta, GA and Dallas, TX and POSH Bridal has just as many beautiful gowns and excellent service as the high-end stores I visited. Definitely recommend to any bride looking for great service and a variety of gowns to choose from.

Id previously came in without an appointment and was able to try on a dress I liked. I told the girl I would be back at a later date to try on other dresses or choose that one. I finally made an appointment that got confirmed three days ago. Today I get a call to re-confirm my appointment but it also sounded like they were trying to persuade me to book for tomorrow instead. After I rejected, they proceeded to let me know that my stylist wasnt available because they thought I was ready to order my dress. First of all, the size of the dress last time was way off, how are they going to order a dress when they dont have an idea of what size I might actually need. Secondly, why are they waiting till the day of to actually confirm whether Im going to be ordering this dress or not? I got a call back saying I could come in but I wouldnt have a stylist. The reason for booking in advance is to have an appointment secured. No thanks Posh, Ill take my business to Ella Blu.

I bought my wedding dress from here. The staff was so great! I wish I knew the woman’s name that helped me. She had me try on a dress that I didn’t think would be the one and it definitely was. They were so sweet and professional. They made my day so much more special! I went to another high end wedding shop that rhymes with Bella Blue and no one even attempted to help me. I went after work in scrubs and no one wanted to help me and they were a little rude. That’s why I loved Posh, they were so welcoming!

Yesterday my daughter and I visited Posh. It was my daughters first trip trying on bridal gowns. She made an appointment because she knew she needed time to determine what style worked best for her.Stephanie was her bridal consultant. She listened to my daughter in order the determine the best choices for her. Stephanie never hurried us or pushed more expensive dresses on her. She must have brought her over 15 dresses. As it turned out, the second to the last dress was it. It was perfect, price was great, and since Stephanie knows her merchandise, she remembered that there was an additional discount. My daughter bought the dress with absolutely no regrets. When it is the right one, got to act on it.Although, all walk-in were treated professionally and friendly, if a bride doesnt have a style narrowed down, it is best to make an appointment. We truly appreciated Stephanies help. She was very professional and gave us time to discuss dresses. Please ask for her when setting appointment or doing a walk-in.

Im so happy I chose to come here! The store is a wow factor from their dresses to their costumer service! I was greeted and welcomed the second I walked into the door. Stephanie was amazing and I could not thank her enough for her help! Although I made it known I wouldnt be purchasing right away due to military life they still gave me 100% to make me feel special. Posh is a really beautiful place! I enjoyed my experience and would recommend this place. However, please be aware that most wedding dresses run $1500 and above (many were $4000). They were really nice and did all they could to make us feel welcomed.

Ivonne is simply the best!! She made our entire dress fitting an incredible experience. Very intelligent on all the brands in the store and made some spot on recommendations. The store is very clean and they offered refreshments which made for a great time, even as the husband. You won’t be disappointed with Ivonne or Posh Bridal! (I do recommend making an appointment to ensure they can give you the care and attention you need).

My family and I went yesterday and Ivonne was just amazing. I loved how she asked the other ladies who worked there to come and see how I looked in the dresses. I loved that one of the dresses I tried on, I was the first to try on and it was simply beautiful. I and excited to go back to choose from the dresses I chose as the top picks and say YES to one. Low quality service, no customer service. Let me tell you when we arrived at our appointment, there was no one in front desk for help. Literally no one in the store, they rushed me once someone got there to help me because another appointment was coming. Secondly, the staff judges you like if you do not have money to afford the dress. Very bad experience, when buying your wedding dress should be an amazing experience it was NOT!

My mother an i went wedding dress shopping for my wedding and decided to go to Posh Bridal without an appointment because it was on out way back home. When we entered the building there was no one there to give us instruction, we were just standing for a good five minutes when a guy worker saw us and proceeded as if we were not there. Finally a girl worker saw us but still did not say anything to us! it was until i approached her and asked if we needed an appointment to look at the wedding dresses. When she stated yes i continued to ask if i can set up an appointment in which she looked annoyed by me asking but said yes. When she was taking down my information my mother began to ask about payment methods since she will be paying the dress. I felt as if the lady judged us even more because she asked this. She did not give me mom any information about the payment methods they have and was just answering yes or no to my mom. My mother noticed and stopped asking questions. We set up the appointment however i do not plan to go back due to their poor customer service.

I went recently and it was unfortunate that I could only have two people there with me because of COVID. It wasn’t how I envisioned it but it all worked out. I bought my Eve of Milady wedding dress at this store and I only have positive experiences. Yvonne is the person that mostly helped me out, she was very helpful, patient, professional and understanding throughout the whole process. The atmosphere in the store is really nice and calm, one does not feel forced to buy anything but always helped out and supported. Yvonne also took care of my fitting, since they do not do it in store. She called her contact and made sure every change that I wanted on the dress could be done.The store also has many nice evening dresses besides wedding dresses. I am definitely going back there!

Ivonne was great and all other staff was kind and professional. I visited several times before I made the purchase, but they didn’t make me feel bad about coming back without an appointment at all. The only reason I am giving them 4/5 stars is because of the seamstress they recommended. They had a several of them listed depending on your location. The place I went was not a professional business but a lady’s house. She didn’t speak English at all and I don’t speak Spanish well. I wish I had been made aware of this.

My daughter and I went shopping for a prom dress when we decided to stop by at POSH Bridal. We were running late at the last minute trying to find a dress ( already stressing out two days before the event) when three young ladies, Jasmine, Vivian, and Ivonne came and assisted us. They went far and beyond to make sure my daughter received the best service. They spent three hours trying to make sure my daughter found the perfect dress. Unlike other places these ladies could have ignored us and allowed us to look on our own. Instead of ignoring us they provided my daughter their full attention. Now this is what I call EXCELLENT service. I have been to other Bridal places and have felt uncomfortable, and belittled. Not only did they do their best to work around my budget but they helped me brain storm on finding ways to get that ONE dress my daughter will look lovely in. Omg. If you are looking for a dream dress at a reasonable price and excellent service go here. I am very picky and tried on at least 15 dresses. Not once did Yvonne get impatient with me. She was very kind and had a bubbly spirit. Thank you ladies so much for everything.

I went to Posh Bridal to look for a prom dress and their staff was amazing! I ended up buying the dress and I couldnt be happier with their excellent customer service. I tried many other dress shops and I can truly say that they are the best in town. I would highly recommend them for anyone buying any gown for a special occasion.

I visited posh last week and it was absolutely amazing! I was personally looking for a bridal gown that suited my style and Karen was such great help during the entire process. I highly recommend going.

Beautiful dresses the only issue is that the store is incredibly hot. I was helped by Stephanie and I couldn’t help but feel sorry that they had to work under such extreme conditions. I did find a couple of dresses in the store to try on but it was incredibly hot and I did not feel comfortable trying on and sweating in them.

Ive become accustomed to checking reviews to assure myself of a satisfying and pleasurable experience. Before I set an appointment with Posh, I did the same thing, and what I read was a bit discouraging. However, I thought, everyone deserves a second chance. Not only was Ivonne amazing, so was the rest of the staff, and owner. My daughter and I had a great experience, and best of all, I found my wedding dress!

Went in to find my wedding dress and all the girls were welcoming. Jasmine helped me find my last minute dress in my budget. And pulled dresses within my budget and gave me Exactly what fit my personality! Great place new location was spaceious and clean!

Walked in to look at bridesmaids dresses and were looked down on. Like we were not good enough to be in there. We were looking at what they said were evening gowns and were told we couldnt look at those. The ladies reminded us if the sales women in Pretty Woman and Selena. Snobby and rude. Too bad they work on commison. I have all the money to spend on my ladies dresses. Somewhere else!

Not a place for the bridal experience. Salesperson seriously needs to be prepared to make the time special for the bride. It should not feel like you are an imposition. Very thankful for the other bridal shops that ultimately made it a special day for my daughter. Truly disappointed.

Aside from the great experience shopping for a prom dress for my daughter, the store smelled like those sensors that they use in the restrooms at gas stations. Beautiful store just a strong unpleasant smell.

Worst experience ever. I was beyond excited to shop for my wedding dress and was crushed on this shops experience and customer service. I stated my budget and was given a “uh-oh” expression from the consultant. I was able to browse for dresses but none sparked my interest. I told the consultant that they were all over my budget and she replied with “you can check our website for more styles”. Beautiful dresses but they’re all very over priced.

Ivonne was extremely helpful, resourceful and accommodating to my budget. My buying experience for my Eve of Milady Dress could not have been better. Thank you Ivonne!

We Found The Perfect Dress Here!! Customer Service was over The Top !!! We were here all Sunday afternoon & Ivonne was extremely helpful & Knowlegable!!! So MANY BEAUTIFUL DRESSES!!!! A BRIDES TO BE HAVEN!!!

I went in this store as a walk-in as it clearly says on their website walk-ins are welcome. When I entered the store I was immediately asked if I had an appointment and if I didnt that I could not be helped in any way. I asked if I could just walk around and see the dresses and was told no that they had no time to show me anything and that I needed to leave and make an appointment. I am the customer and should be treated as one I am the one who will be spending the money so their store associates should be treating us with respect.

Decided to write a descriptive review of my complete experience with Posh Bridal, buying a wedding dress.January: Ordered dress, Ivonne, was amazing. She is a great employee, incredibly nice and made the experience of choosing the dress amazing. Wedding date is August 31st. Paid half of the dress.February-June: Nothing, never got the call to be told when the dress was getting here.July: Facebook msgd one of the employees and asked about the delivery date, was told Week of August 5th. Have screenshots to confirm.July 26: Called and asked what would happen if I cancelled, was told policy by Stephanie. Told her never mind. Decided I wanted to buy my dress anyway. Me & my husband are married anyway. Did NOT absolutely tell her I wanted to modify my order in any way or wanted it a different date.July 27- August 23: Nothing. NO contact. Absolutely nothing. Have call records to confirm I do not have any calls or contact from Posh since that phone call. Never was told when dress was there. Never was informed anything whatsoever about dress.August 24: went to store to pick up dress. Ivonne had me wait for 10 minutes while she looked all over the back for the dress. Finally came back with, I guess, the owner to inform me nervously that the dress isn’t there yet. Told her my wedding was canceled but I still needed my dress already. Ivonne told me dress should be here any day now. Owner witnessed the ENTIRE thing. Paid my dress in full. And was reassured, dress should be there any day now, that they had no clue why it wasn’t there. Receipt still shows the event date as August 31st confirming that I let her know I still needed the dress by that date.August 30: Called in the morning when opened and asked about dress. Was told I’d get a call back. Around 1pm got a call back from Ivonne, she didn’t know what was going on, said she’d call back.7pm got a call back from the owner, 2 calls. Have call records as proof. No voicemail. Did not answer due to the fact that I was asleep. Got a text and texted back in the morning. No response.August 31st: The event date. Called owner and got no response. Called Posh and employees were clueless. Called owner again, no answer. Got a call from owner who immediately started talking to me with an angry tone (as if SHE has a right to be upset). She kept telling me that it was my fault. That I never called. She informed me she had contact with my mother in law who didn’t even have her name in the contract or agreement. Said that I couldn’t ask for my dress the day before. Even though she gladly took my payment August 31st and couldn’t get herself to get the dress shipped then. I asked for a refund and she said, she’d gladly give me a refund. She called back and said her attorney told her that she didn’t have to give me a refund. That at the least she could overnight the dress on Tuesday. Which I don’t understand why she couldn’t do that on August 24 when I paid my dress in full. She informed me that my dress had been at the store. Which I have call records to confirm that I was never called and informed that my dress had arrived. But that she shipped it back to her store in Phoenix. Which again, I didn’t get a call before this. She threatened to sue me for whatever reason. Was totally careless that she ruined my event that day and left me without a dress. Was not apologetic one bit. Insisted everything Was my fault.In conclusion do not go to this place at all. Horrible horrible owner.

Annoyed and angry at how I was treated. They judge you by your budget and determining your budget determines how hard they try to make you happy.I was a bride to be and I didnt have much time for the traditional wedding dress shopping and didnt have much money because I joined the navy. When my maid of honor and I went inside the lady who greeted us immediately assumed without asking that my maid of honor was the bride and therefore only looked at her because she was dressed nicer than me. Then when I was looking at dresses to try on I found a 790 dollar dress I wanted to try on because I wanted my dress to be under 800. When my consultant said that she was ready for us she asked what my budget was and I told her under 800 and she told me, Oh our dresses start at 1300 but you can look at clearance. Uh okay... even though I saw a 790 dollar dress NOT AT CLEARANCE. IT WAS NEW. then she grabbed my dresses I wanted to try on and put us in a room. While I slipped on a dress, my maid of honor overheard our consultant talk to another couple who were in a similar situation in which they didnt have much time and much money to plan but their wedding was AFTER mine and the consultant told them that they didnt have anything for them. Then I yelled through the door to my maid of honor that I was ready for the consultant to zip me up, and my maid of honor told the consultant that I was ready and the consultant told my maid of honor, Oh, you can wait. Excuse me what??? She finally zipped me up and I walked out to look and asked for a belt. She didnt even help me get a belt she walked away to get another belt and came back with nothing. Which is whatever I can find a belt somewhere else. I asked her if there was anything we could do to lower the price and she told me she could only lower it by 200 dollars which was great but we couldnt do that with other dresses that maybe I would have liked better??? By the time we left we were frustrated that they judged us so harshly by how we looked and didnt even try.Have at least 10000 dollars before going in here.

Perfect store to say yes to the dress! Ivonne and Jasmine were so nice! They made my visit there so special. I would definitely recommend!!

This has honestly been my favorite bridal shop in El Paso, Karen was amazing and very patient. Beautiful dresses call for great service and that is what you get here.

Came at about 5:20, on a Sunday, and they were already closed. It looked like theyve been closed for a while. They could of atleast given us some service for a short time and pointed us in the right direction, and get us ready for a return visit. The girl was at the desk and just looked at us. The store hours say 6:00 pm, not 5:20 pm. Most likely we will not return.

Friendly staff, clean, beautiful and FUN atmosphere, my wedding dress planner was very patient and helpful, and the wine was delicious! Great experience!

This store was such a disappointment it really took away from my shopping experience as a bride. They have nice dresses but their quality of service is non exsistent. I walked in on a Monday started browsing through the dresses. I was never greeted. So after 15 minutes of seeing two sales associates walking by my mom and I as if we were not there we decided it was time to walk out. This store was not worth my time or my business and obviously their clients are not worth theirs. I understand if you were busy but to not greet a client with at least a Hello how are you doing we will be right with you???? When youre walking right by them that is dissapointing. I own my own business and I know customer service is everything. I hope the owners read this and it makes them aware that they are losing money and clients due to their employees not being properly trained. Especially in a bridal store that is a special day for any bride. Hopefully if you decide to shop there you have a better experience than I did.
