Gave high estimate for basic repair, approved it because we needed it done. Upon repair being done they added an extra 15% to bill with no explanation other than “shop supplies”. Rip off.

Installed radiator 10/18/2020 Radiator failed 2/25/2021Took it to another shop, shop says cross braces installed improperly.Contacted the business they assumed no responsibility and claimed warranty is out. Normally radiator does not fail in less then 3 month. Compare cross marks with another unit you can clearly see how cross bars were improperly installed. Issue has nothing to do with anything else. Shop takes only EFS/COM checks so the carriers will not dispute anything with credit cards companies - BEWARE OF the shop ethics. Shop has admitted in the past carriers disputing CC charges with the credit companies.

My daughter and son in law were driving through El Paso coming from Tucson and headed to Nashville. Fuel injector module went out on my 2001 F250 7.3 Liter diesel. I called A2Z, they got my kids right in and had them back on the road in 4&1/2 hours. Very grateful they were there when I needed them

Sent my truck over there couple weeks ago for injector knock, and I told which injector it was it was in the easiest spot, wouldve been a 30 minute job, and they charged me 240 for labor, I honestly dont mind, but what got me mad was I sent my truck clean very clean I cleaned it the day before, when I got it back its was very dirty everything had a layer of dirt, now Im not sure If they went offroading in it or they left a door open or what, but ill tell you it got me mad, also they broke my charging port when they were installing my button. (UPDATE) Its February i sent the truck Christmas eve just found that they didnt put the back on properly, it has been spraying diesel every where absolutely unacceptable.

Happy with the service, quality of work, and they call me by my first name. I am going to be a repeat customer, if I ever need to be. I travel this way frequently, and it is a little peace of mind knowing that they are out here.

Spent 4700.00 to get my truck fixed and it still doesnt drive right. Was no way it was test drove. I cant get it over 45 miles with out it Jenking so hard my check engine light comes on and off. Waste of money. Still cant use it as my work truck.

The shop charged $80.00 to go pick up a part of about $5.00 within a radius of 5 miles. The shop charged $18.00 for the same $5.00 part. $226.00 for a thirty minute job.

A1 service... I advise anyone with a diesel truck to go to this place. Never had a shop one, thats open 7 days a week, second to hop on my truck as soon as I pulled up. They was fast and very knowledgeable. Got me in and out within 2 hours. Truck fixed and I was back rolling in no time. I definitely will be back..

I am very pleased with the tires I got here, very good price for the great quality of these tires. And I regularly have work done here, recently AC, EGR, and oil cooler. They stand behind their work and make sure its done right. Everyone here takes their work with pride so I keep coming. Great team!

This place is a total RIPOFF please do not go here if I break down in front of this place they could never work on my truck again, I had a total inframe done here it did not last the truck made it to North Carolina same problem that did not make it good or offer anything, or any money back they left gobs of rtv sealant which they used on my engine which in turn clogged the piston cooling nozzle I sent several pics to Rick and several test which were not needed injector cut out test whuch was usless and they talked to the shop in North Carolina that had my truck, the second time it went down that fella Rick is a total CON MAN and his Mechanics are not much better his warranty they offer is a total joke, by the way I did have to get another complete inframe done in North Carolina who Rick gave the run around on them also.

Worst place ever they charge me $416 to change jack break switch and theyll not give you any receipt for the part they supposed to be changed,I dont know if they really changed it I would not recommend them stay away from them .
