Very honest about work that needs to be done and it didnt cost as much as I thought it would cost. Only took 3 hours total for the estimate and the work to be done to get my catalytic converter welded back together on both sides and cleaned my O2 sensor. Definitely will trust them with more work. They also provided pictures and diagrams of everything and asked permission before starting job with the end all price for the work 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿

Very good welds, quick and very cheap on my twin exhaust!

Went to get my exhaust tips installed on my car. Should’ve been a simple job. Cut old tips off and reinstall new tips. Owner was real friendly and polite. His tech was in a grumpy mood and kept complaining he didn’t want do the work that was required and the shop owner said was required too. I knew I should’ve left but I’ve had good work done there before years earlier. The tech mounted one tip sticking out a bit too far and then couldn’t match the tip on the other side and then complained over and over that I wanted the tips to match! They came out crooked and sticking out way too far. Went to another shop and they redid my tips and they came out great.

Best place in El Paso. They are kind, honest, and they dont try to rip off your money like some other places. Ive got quotes from several places for break pads but they were the cheapest & fastest. It only took like an hour plus they were able to fix it right away the day of. They even threw in another service for free! They will walk you through and show you what is wrong with the vehicle and tell you exactly what you need. Very honest business and I would give more stars I could.

Hands down the best service i couldve gotten.I am heading to California from Houston Texas when my exhaust started leaking really bad. Turns out it was just a o2 sensor plug on the pipe and a $25 fix when several other shops in el paso were quoting me over 300 to replace the cats. My experience here humbles me to know there are still good people here that arent trying to make a quick buck.

If you are looking for excellent customer service, and reasonable prices, this is the place to go. Let me start off by saying that I am an owner of a 2016 Challenger Shaker, and I needed to install my mid muffler. They were very busy, but David (owner of the shop) made accommodations to take his time and take care of my needs. The car sounds AMAZING. Let me emphasize that their customer service is also AMAZING. There was never a bad vibe, straight up honest work. I am very satisfied with the service and the results. Such professionals! I drive for a living, have limited time for repairs, but this shop always has time for me. They do wonderful work, take time to point out future issues, suggest things that I might do soon, and explain options fully. I have never been disappointed by them, after two or three years of services. Super glad someone recommended them to me.

Ive had several vehicles worked on at Montana Muffler and I have been very pleased with the workmanship and pricing. I have introduced my family and friends to David; who have also been pleased with his shop. Montana Muffler is more than just brakes and mufflers they are a full mechanical shop. Just recently July 2015 had motor mounts and a transmission mount replaced. I will continue to take my cars to David.

Before I came here my exhaust sound like A vacuum cleaner it was horrible every time I accelerate. I took it into Montana mufflers and brakes and they were able to swap it out and put a whole new exhaust on my car with Super 40 Flowmasters. I was impressed because I thought my car was still sound the same once they were done but the sound was awesome and it runs smooth. It only took them 2 1/2 hours to complete. I recommend the shop to anybody whos trying to get work done.

Im not sure why this place of business has good reviews. I took my car because it had a check engine light on and Frank assured me they would take care of it. I picked up my car and Frank told me all that was needed was a throttle body cleaning. The light was not on at the time of pick up. He charged me $100 and I paid him. The following day the light came back on and I immediately went back to the shop only to be told that I needed an oxygen sensor (Bank 2 sensor 1) (code p1283). Frank let me know that he would need to order the part and that he would call me. I have had to call 3 times and each time hes not in and his sister/wife took my info down. At this point I know hes avoiding me because he knows that hes responsible for the work. Frank has no word as a business owner nor as a man. No ethics and definitely no sense of honor. Go ahead and keep my $100. Apparently you needed it more than I did. Now I will go to a real shop with real professionals.

Drove in one of our service trucks on a last minute basis, David, owner knew what the problem was right off the bat! Honest, explained everything thoroughly & got us back on the road in the time he projected to be. We have dealt with this shop in years past, over 25, and havent been disappointed. Great welder dues am absolutely clean job for a little shop. Apparently the manager prefers you bring cash so he can put it in his pocket right in front of your eyes so keep an eye over the work as they work on your ride.

I called David first thing in the morning about an exhaust for my 18 Charger Hemi. He said come on down and they would work me in. I wanted two mufflers replaced as well as two new tips put on. David got me right in and really went above and beyond getting a customized exhaust and two tips that he had to modify. He was all done within roughly 90 min at a price that was less than it should have been. David explained all the steps along the way. I am from San Antonio area and didnt know who to go to. Went in this morning to get some exhaust work done for my Ford Fiesta. The owner worked with me regarding price, what I was looking for, and even moved his schedule around to get my car done today.
