If I could give 0 stars, I would. Scammers! They sold my husband and I a lemon. Never disclosed that the car was in an accident and the car had all sorts of problems soon after we purchased it.AVOID THEM AT ALL COST

Just bought an amazing Tundra from this dealership. Sam was super helpful and made the process super easy! We got a great deal and didn’t feel like we had to haggle or were taken advantage of like other places we visited. Overall am super happy with our purchase and will be sure to check their stock for my next vehicle in the future! Thanks again Sam!

Took a trip with my wife from Wisconsin to El Paso to purchase a vehicle. We had our eye on a 2011 Lexus CT200H. We did our homework and asked plenty of questions regarding the details of the car. The dealer seemed friendly and eager. We explained our situation and how we would be making a deal if everything checked out okay. Our major concern was on the overall condition of the car. My wife has had her eye out for this car for a while and was excited to finally go check it out. We crossed our fingers and took a trip. Upon arriving to the dealership the disappointment began to slightly develop. Its obvious that only so many details can be disclosed through phone calls, but this was far from accurate. The car had scratches on all corners including deep scratches requiring new paint. The paint was Dull and sun scorched in areas. Tires had about 20% tread. The driver window was going out and the moon roof did not want to fully open. The check engine light was off. I handed the dealer my ID and took it on a slight test drive. We figured might as well pay to have it inspected by Lexus considering we spent 500 on the trip. We politely asked if the dealer could drive the car to the dealership so that we could assure confidence. He agreed and followed.Upon arriving to our appointment the dealer waited. I requested my ID and he claimed it was in the vehicle and the tech had already taken it back. 30 minutes later he has a friend pick him and leaves the car with us at the dealership. We explained that we may not purchase the car and someone will need to drive it back (which is why it was suggested they drive the vehicle to Lexus). We searched to see the salesman was gone. He left the car. My wife messaged and asked for my ID and he claimed that we were to bring the car back and collect my ID. We never agreed nor disclosed anything to him about returning the vehicle. We DID NOT even drive it to the dealership. However, we payed 150.00 for a full service inspection because we were very serious buyers and were ready to drive away in a new car.The inspection came back and it showed service records all older than two years. The technician explained that the car had been recently reset which is why the Check Engine light was not on. The car was hardly sufficient. It called for quite a few repairs. Needless to say, we paid 150.00 after the dealer decided to not hold up his offer to pay inspection fees. We also paid to have the car insured (Yeah, pretty serious buyers) Unfortunately, we were in a situation where drive-able was good enough and we were going to purchase the car anyway. Until, the dealer began to threaten us to bring the car back as we were sitting at the Lexus dealership. He proclaimed that I was not getting my drivers license back and he would report the car stolen if I didnt bring it. They literally dumped their car on us and left us in a hard situation. Considering, I had no ID I was hesitant to even drive an hour to drop it off. To avoid drama we decided to deliver the car and collect my ID. Both men were extremely rude, claiming we werent serious buyers even after we paid to inspect the car? After collecting my ID I showed them we were serious and the kid claims, I wouldnt have sold it to you anyway.Look, we arent drama queens. We try to be as reasonable and fair as we can. We even loved an excuse to go on a road trip together. This place was an extreme let down. Their information is fabricated and they are just about their money. The rudeness was extremely unnecessary. We were there to spend. There to buy. And they have no real concern for who walks in. They led us across the country to be let down.Fortunately, we found another that was a year newer, 30k less miles and in pristine condition for 1,500.00 less. Its pretty upsetting that they would treat us poorly considering we were 90% closed on a deal.Take your business elsewhere, you deserve better.

Careful with your cars. Cheapos will put conventional oil for a car that needs synthetic. I know that for a fact. They just want a sale.

5 Stars! Adam (Ahmad) is by far the best mechanic I know. He is honest and has fair prices compared to the dealership or more well known shops like auto zone. I have taken my vehicles there several times and trust his work and service. Most recently I took it for brake service. I saved myself about $80 bucks compared to what the dealership would have charged me on top of labor. I recommend Mesa Motors but most of all, I recommend Adam. He’s the owner and the lead mechanic, so of course the service is great, because he cares. By the way some of the bad reviews here are mistakenly talking about the dealership next to Adam’s business, which is not affiliated with Mesa Motors.

My experience is with this owner lack of knowledge about the cars condition. I compactly disagree about their honesty because they were dishonest. The car I purchased from them lacked a full diagnostic test. for example simple things such as car battery, signal light bulbs several of them was broken, interior lights broken, and the most important thing is: they hide abs and esp model problem that the car has. that is a huge problem the cost of this part from approximately $2200 plus the labor, so you are looking at about to get it fix $3000. They have never mentioned to me about that huge problem of the car. They made it seem as if it was a miner and unimportant thing. I soon realize that it was a huge problem for the car. I hate people dishonesty and trying to take advantage of their position. give it a second thought before you give a business to this dishonest seller.

They put some sort of scelent in my oil so it wouldnt leak. Had to pay to get that fixed. Also told me that my mini was satellite compatible, nope.Said they would fix the scratches to make sure We purchased, they said ok. They used a gmc paint marker and told me what, you expected us to do, paint the car? Yea right. And walked away.Though they tried to be nice? They couldnt even give me the number to the radio so I could get satellite. The new radio the installed? (old one didnt work, but was compatible) wasnt compatible. They said they set it up but we just needed to pay. When we called the radio company, they had no records of the new radio because mesa didnt pay for a radio satellite compatible, like the original radio that was messed up.Dont trust they will con you and say what ever to get you to buy the car.Do everything so they can get the money and after that nothing. We even asked for the engine warranty, when the car stated leaking oil.....they told us to bad.

They are very dishonest people. They listed a mileage for a car 103k and after a 5 hours drive to the dealership it was 135k and he still insisted on selling it for that same price. And the car had a bad gasket after I took it to a mechanic for inspection and many other problems with the car. They just care about themselves not the customer. This place is terrible. Glad I didn’t purchase from here. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!!
